Well in that case... grab a bottle of tequilla and a bottle of cointreau and I'll lean back over the bar and you can pour it directly down my throat!!! No glass necessary!!
Absolutely, but women have been brainwashed since we were little girls, and who actually writes and wrote most of that stuff? Men... seems a bit ironic doesn't it? Fortunately I'm not much of a romantic, but I do have my moments.
yeah but at some point you have to come back to reality. I actually feel really bad for men... being compared to such unrealistic ideas. I'm pretty realistic and even I have the occasional fantasy of what I would like a guy to do
Well I don't necessarily see a scam, my thoughts are; if they couldn't put a little thought and time into filling out some basic info, are they going to put any time or thought into anything else?
OK, here is a post I just received on another site, no one from this site and no name so I don't think I'm breaking any rules. Can you imagine anyone sending this, let alone responding to it as a first approach????

I used to enjoy thinking up ways to shock them but it's gotten boring so I just hang up. What is fun is inviting a jehovah's witness in and trying to convert them to Buddhism
Fortunatly those types are only about 30% don't they realize that if that were the kind of conversation I wanted to have I could be making a fortune on the phone and not giving it away online???
It doesn't have to be a deep and meaningful conversation, but a light friendly get to know you conversation is nice.
When I'm feeling down I hibernate away from everybody and wallow in my own self pity, then when I'm tired of that I get a grip, call a friend and go out.
Here's to hopeing for Mr. Right... bit of a pessimist Have a birthday and Valentines day coming up, we'll see how he does with those. I did notice that he put the birthday app on his facebook after I mentioned the party my friends were giving me...
That's great!!! You give me hope!!! I've met someone on another site, he's in Mallorca, not far from Ibiza, it's only been 2 weeks but I'm ready to meet, I hate this wondering, I just want to know one way or the other!!!
Well dads been married to mum for 49 years and is a good looking man (in high school my girl friends wanted to meet my "older brother" eeewwwwww.) He still gives her lovely romantic cards on holidays, opens the car door for her, and holds her hand when walking down the street. He wears a kilt to all formal occasions and only drinks socially. He's a scotsman through and through and I would consider myself lucky to find a man who's half the man he is!
I would never think someone is "the one" based on exchanges in forums, Internet, IM or even telephone conversations. I will acknowledge that there is potential or possibility but as soon as I feel that I want to meet, now! not a few months from now. I guess I'm not very patient but I don't want to invest months into something and then find out there is nothing between us when we meet face to face.
Does it matter from which country? Anyone who is living in a place that is different from where they grew up is going to have things they miss.
I can't help but come across your replies posted throughout the forum and all I can say is that the insightfulness and thought you put into each and every reply just astounds me! I wish everyone here could reply with so much thought and intellect.
There seem to be a lot of ex pats on this site, as one myself there are certain things that I just can't get here or are ridiculously expensive and I really miss them!!!
1. Proper pancake syrup, not the real Canadian maple syrup, I mean Aunt Jemima or Mrs. Butterworths
2. Meat Cuts, london broil and tri tip especially
3. Mexican Tortillas corn and flour
4. Powdered or Icing Sugar
5. Paul Mitchell hair care supplies
These are just a few of the things I miss, the payoff of living here more then makes up for it, but sometimes... What do you miss?
RE: ScoTuMa Pub - All are welcome
Thanks, but it's gonna take a bit more tequilla before I'm ready to dance on the bar so keep pourin' if you don't mind!
