Well start making them...I am sure I have hurt someone's feelings, haven't meant to, but in life we all need to grow thicker skin - I have. Stupid? Oh well, we all have moments and have had - go back and read some of the past posts....I have been stuck in dumb at it's best! The point is, we all support each other, through the good, the bad and the ugly. We grow, become more confident, learn about ourselves and others. And all of those traits make it easier to meet someone and develop a relationship. Men are attracted to women who know who they are, who like themselves, who are confident to say what they want and what they like...you can make friends here and you will meet someone, maybe not here, but you will...when you believe in yourself; when you believe you can

to refer to woman, or lack thereof, as a supply and demand issue - I just needed to say that women are not a commodity; and it is very insulting to be referred to as such. I am amazed at your apparent NEED to be worshiped and am not surprised that you have been unable to find a Canadian woman who is willing to bow down to a man of such quality, substance and integrity as yourself .
Everything is fantastic - busy settling in and with work and kiddo and my man of course! Love living here! It is great to know I don't have to get back on a plane and leave. 
the whole "it's the freight" thing and "we don't have the population to support that level of service" is getting really effing old though... There is always room for change and improvement in my books

JMO, but I think in general, Canadian men are seeking Canadian woman...one of the problems we tend to experience is, as Canadians, we are very committed to family, friends, jobs, hometown area, etc....in other words; we are not risk takers, for the most part. So the challenge becomes the geographical expanse of our country! It is difficult to connect with someone with in your "location criteria". 
It was a good day at work - going to take a bit of time to learn the ropes, but I think I will like it and will do a really good job. Good luck in the job search K, am sure the right one will show up for you when it is meant to
