Do a lot of women have this problem?

Okay now using my theory that there are probably lots of other sincere persons on here looking, then either you're not making contact with the ones that are sincere(see scammer).

Removing also the ladies who are probably not interested because you live too far away, not their type.

Then you're left with the manner in which you make contact,is there something that is turning off these woman? Sometimes saying something that seems okay to us can be a big turnoff or negative to others, sometimes the profile is off, the pic is a turnoff, maybe making some adjustments to the presentation might hook a fish.

Another thing I've noticed is that a HUGE percentage of these contacts are from so called 'widows with children',no doubt some here are widowed but after reading the rest of the mail including the part asking for your private e-mail or wanting to give your theirs, you realise its just a popular ploy to pull at the heart strings. So if there are so many sincere people on here looking and contacting how come they meet up with so many scammers and not with the many other sincere types.

Even my good training in manners is bound to run out sometime - especially if said writer can't seem to remember if he's the age he states in his profile or the one he puts in his first contact mail or just can't decide which country he's from. At that stage you're just begging to be ignored.

You know what's interesting, I'm going to assume that there are lots of decent fellows on CS genuinely looking for someone and who write a decent first contact letter for those types of men I have no problem replying even if its to say not interested - but I meet mostly scammers and I'm even gracious enough to respond to the scammer types although those responces are never very nice and they probably wished I didn't.

Of course not all drugs are bad, many save lives daily. As for wheather I would PREFER a partner who is into pot or alcohol here's my take on that. There's a thing called free will, so your free to mess up YOUR body in any form or fashion you like - after all its YOURS to do with as you please. However you are free to do all that - JUST NOT AS MY PARTNER. Just so long as doing your 'drug' is in no way going to kill or harm ANYONE ELSE then feel free to trot on down your road to self destruction. On the other hand if your addiction is to chocolate then yeah, we can be addicts together.

Just wanted to find out what are some of the foods and beverages that are popular or specific to your country. We are multicultural so all the people that came here added something special to our food, these are the Africans, The Indians, folks from the Middle East, China, Europe. What about some of your local food?

And what exactly do you mean by 'BEAUTIFUL'? Is there some country that has the market cornered when it comes to this so called beauty? Last time I checked there wasn't any. Different countries has different standards when it comes to beauty, and there will always be biases and prejudices when it comes to looks.

Men you are important to the lives of your children!

Just this morning on the way to work , I was listenting to a radio talk show discussing single parenting and the importance of single parents having support systems. Out of the discussion came some information about the corelation between the amount of men in prison and the lack of having fathers or father figures in their lives. It would appear that the lack of male input makes a lot of kids(males especially) suceptible to outside negative influences. As a child I grew up with an extended family who looked after my welfare and assisted in my upbringing. Many single parents may not have these support systems.

The bottom line is this despite whatever animosity there may be between two parents of a child a way has to be found to co-parent(of course you cannot force the other parent who does not want to participate). At the end of the day a woman cannot teach a boy what it is to be a man (neither can a man teach a girl what it is to be a woman). A man's input is also important for his daughter as well as he 'supposed' to be the one from whom she will learn how a man is to treat her. Now even if father is not around ideally there could still be someone to step in and fill the role. Men you're role is IMPORTANT and should not be shirked and there are far reaching consequences to a father's absence. While the role of mother is a big and important one - so is the father's and this is an important consideration for anyone considering fatherhood or being stepfather to children. Many men have step up to the plate and respect is due. Discuss.

I'm not the kind of person that any underage kid would be coming to to ask to buy them any of these things - not unless they wanted a piece of my mind which wouldn't be a pleasant experience anyway. As young kid I got to sample alcohol and developed absolutely no taste for it, however if its some special occasion I will oblige to some wine but its not on my list of things that I love. I lived with a grandfather who smoked and developed no taste for cigarettes - in fact I hate being around cigarette smoke. And quite wisely(for them) no one has ever volunteered to introduce me to any other drugs. So why in the hell would I ever buy this for some underaged kid. In fact this wine emoticon is probably the only time you'll see me with a glass in hand.

Agreed, its just as much a turn off as seeing some dude put up a pic of him and his ex, don't know exactly what that is supposed to proove but unless its some family member, its just a turn off.

If you're tired of the cycle then hop off the train. Learn to maintain more of your mystery instead of giving it all away when you've just met someone and take the time to ascertain that they too are interested in a meaningful relationship not just fun time. The feeling of being 'in love' can be intoxicating but remember you're looking for something REAL and LASTING, and that I am afraid sometimes takes time and people are often impatient and clutch to the nearest thing that walks by. So the key is Patience, attentiveness to what people say, going slow and getting to know who the other person is and knowing what you want. Anything worth having is worth waiting for.

I keep seeing an awful lot of complaints from men that women don't reply to them when they make contact. Is the same true for women making contact? Do a lot of women find themselves being snubbed by a lot of the men they contact? If most women find they will recieve at least a I'm not interested note (at least some of the times) and guys don't even get that, then what could be the reason?

This is a dating site for adults, my kid has nothing to do with it, any pics I have of my daughter are for those I CHOOSE to show them to, not for the whole world to have a look. So no pics.

WELL DONE! Some write such rubbish they are not worthy of reply. I've never encountered one who would write such trash but he probably would have wished I hadn't replied.
