RE: Where has Obama Failed miserably?

Where has Obama Failed miserably?

Honesty

He took office with a promise to get out of Iraq immmediately.
Total lie.

He's just a more colorful version of Bush.

Nutrition crisis: watch out for Codex Alimentarius

Just as the nationally adopted Texas Medical Algorithm project mandated extremely harmful drugs for millions of perfectly normal schoolkids, now, on an international basis, food is to be regulated in ways that will make it impossible maintain a healthy natural diet.

The project is called Codex Alimentarius and, through the world trade organization, it is installing de-facto global controls over every aspect of the food industry. It is designed to kill organic food and impose presently banned pesticides, harmones, herbicides, and other dangerous substances upon our food.

Even the Codex organization predicts a widespread increase of nutritionally related deaths due to the imposition of the new "guidelines".

RE: Status of gurus

oops, meant to post this video

RE: Status of gurus

Actually I think that often both the gurus and their followers are highly intelligent. But they have entered together into a collective delusion that distorts their ability to think rationally.

The guru may start off as simply a self-serving con-man who laughs at the gullibility of his followers, but over time they always get caught up in their own web of lies because their very position depends upon keeping up the lie at all times. After a while they lose touch with reality.

RE: Vegetarians...Who Else Is Vegetarian Or Vegan on CS

I don't believe in astrology.

RE: Mistakes, I've made a few.....have you?

Now where's that first stone?

RE: Wake up Obama - 150 dead and still counting

They don't like Christians, Falun Gong (yoga sect), or Buddhists either.

RE: Wake up Obama - 150 dead and still counting

Well first of all, guess to what country the US owes the most money.

China holds 22% of the US debt.
Japan is second at 19%.

Then realize that without continually borrowing even more the US would fail immediately.

So you won't hear the Obama criticizing China or Japan, no matter what they do.
All he can do is tap dance when they tell him to.

when was the last time you received flowers?

Never.

RE: Is america the most hated country? If yes, what can they do about it? -positive comments please?

Well, God knows.
Tell it to the judge.

RE: Is america the most hated country? If yes, what can they do about it? -positive comments please?

Yes, that's true. People are basically the same everywhere. But they can be pushed into all sorts of evil by governments, politics, the media, religion, etc.

RE: Is america the most hated country? If yes, what can they do about it? -positive comments please?

Most of the world would disagree with that statement.

In truth, all people are the same.
Whether they are Americans, Iranians, Russians, whaterver.
We like to see ourselves as good, but we all end up compromising our goodness and seeking our advantage much of the time.

If we acknowledge that fact and regret it, and try to be more just and to repair the damage we have done, it serves to humble us and helps us make us better.

But If we try to deny our selfishness, and start to see ourselves as essentially good, somehow better than others, it fills us with pride, and we willingly close our eyes to our own sins, and after a while we can't even see them any more.

That is when the real evil begins.

RE: Is america the most hated country? If yes, what can they do about it? -positive comments please?

Not exactly accurate that.

Every country in Europe has some State media, that's true.
But they also have private media.

In America, the entire media is owned by a very few large corporations, all of which are Jewish owned and/or run.

In Europe, however, various media sources reflect various political ideologies, from Communism to Royalism, to Fascism, to whatever.

The result is that in America the entire media repeats the same official lie, whereas in Europe there is a whole smorgasbord of lies to choose from.

RE: A new American Revolution

I wouldn't call what is happening a "revolution".
It's more of a "coup d'état".

It's not a popular uprising but a change in the form of government engineered by those already in power.

It is definitely moving towards dictatorship with a heavy bureaurocracy. Something similar to communism, but by another name, of course.
Fascism disguised as a leftwing movement.

How many people talk to themselves?

Do alter-egos count?

RE: CS says I'm too picky!

Try taking off the "definitely wants kids".
It may be that the search engine is overly exclusive on that point. Leave some wiggle room on the profile but take it back away in communications afterwards.

RE: July 4th Tea Party....

Exactly right Gary.

RE: July 4th Tea Party....

They will NEVER be over.

Sometimes the truth is so unpleasant that we choose not to believe it.

Government is not trying to fix the problems or refloat the economy.

Quite the contrary, they are trying to gut the economy and make off with as much of the loot as they possibly can before it sinks altogether.

RE: Latest news in Iran

The whole "crisis" was manufactured.

Iran is no more or less democratic than the US.
Nor is it any more or less "free".

And the press is not exactly the voice of truth.

No need to get all worked up over injustice or oppression in Iran, much of which is just media hype or government engineered disinformation.

There is plenty of very real injustice and oppression in our own part of the world that we don't seem to be able to cure.

If we look to the US record in Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, Haiti, Grenada, Panama, Argentina, the Phillipines, Indonesia, Cuba, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatamala, and elsewhere, there is no reason to think that the US can do any good by getting involved in Iran.

RE: If Jesus comes back to earth, will he be crucified again?

You're forgetting the military tribunals act.
If the president considers someone to be an "enemy" they can be imprisoned, tortured, and even executed, without trial and without a lawyer.

This is the new America.

RE: If Jesus comes back to earth, will he be crucified again?

You got it all wrong.

When Jesus came before, it was to die for our sins.
That's been done once and for all.

Ain't nobody gonna crucify him this time.

RE: Do muslims have a right to exist?

Would that same qualification hold for Israelis in your opinion?

Does their right to exist depend upon their not infringing upon the rights of others?

RE: Are you an 'oxy moron'?

Politically correct

RE: Are you an 'oxy moron'?

Could you be referring to Norah Jones' cover of the old Hank Williams song "Cold Cold Heart".

RE: SHOCKER - Obama going to tax middle class

Some think Obama is inconsistant.

But actually he is entirely consistant toward his true aims.
He just hasn't been honest about what those aims are.

He's scuttling the economy with his bailouts.

That's not stupidity, it's treason.
Obama's handlers know exactly what the effects of the bailouts will be (even if he doen't have a clue himself).

During his campaign, while in the US Obama spoke like he wanted to restore the US.

But for some reason, right in the middle of his campaign for US president, he went to Germany and gave a speech that was entirely New World Order.

Of course that's no accident. Obama was pledging allegiance to the globalists so that they would support him for president.

That speech was hardly covered at all in the US media.
But it was heavily publicized in Europe.

The bottom line is that Obama changes his rhetoric according to the target audience.

But when it comes down to real action, he is following in Bush's footsteps and pushing the globalist agenda.

RE: SHOCKER - Obama going to tax middle class

SHOCKER - Obama going to tax middle class

That's no shocker.
Its exactly what was expected.

The middle class is slated for extinction.

RE: I don't believe in "atheists," can anybody prove "atheists" exist?

I don't believe in Santa Claus.

I know what he is supposed to look like and certain elements of his supposed character.

But I don't think he really exists as an entity.

I think he is the invention of someone's imagination.

I believe in God myself.
But of course atheists do exist.

The Bible acknowledges the existence of unbelievers.

Ps 14:1 The fool hath said in his heart "there is no God".

RE: What do you think are your worst qualities?

My extraordinary modesty.

Hear hear.

That boils the whole issue down to its essence.

RE: Madoff Gets 150 Years, Maximum Sentence

No but they're not that serious either.

Madoff's scam was running for decades.
And certainly he wasn't in on it alone.
Other people made millions.
At 71 going to prison isn't that big of a deal.
He'll be in some sort of prison old folks home.

And the sentence is a joke.
At his age he won't live more than 10 or 12 years maximum.
And his would fail just as fast out of prison as in.

But this way all the others will get off scott free by piling all the blame and all the punishment on Madoff.

It may have even been planned that way all along.
They knew somebody would have to take the blame.
Might as well be the old guy.
