Well I did paragliding last month and it was a real let down so I figured sky diving might be a bit more exciting... One of my friends has said that she would do it with me so it should be a good days craic and if we can raise funds for something that would be an added bonus!
Must be an old age thing...none of my younger friends are interested in it ....Cowardly young ones

It seems that you would have to raise 500 euro just to take part, that way your chosen charity gets half... just asking what you guys think..I am definitely going to do it...yikes...coward here...but it was one of the things on my bucket list

Well you could always treat her to elocution lessons if it is only the accent that would bother you!

All joking aside, cultural differences would bother me if I was to date outside of my own race. I had a Muslim friend and chatting to her was a real eye opener. Some cultures have a terrible attitude to women and treat them as less than second class citizens. Some cultures also have a terrible attitude to people with disabilities.

I think that for the Christians among us..Christ should play a part in our lives every day... I however am not a religious person ,I am personally religious but I do not have a lot of time for organized religion.
To me organized religion does not really promote us helping others..
I donate blood and do voluntary work which I think is more important than beating down the chapel doors...I do this all year round...so screw the once a year thing...and Yes I am going to drink,eat and be merry this Christmas

An Honest Mistake

Well I was doing a transaction for someone else in the Post Office yesterday( cashing an allowance book) and I was also doing some personal stuff for myself.
The persons money was fine but when I checked later I seem to have 49 euro left over, I don't think it is mine as I had kept my money separate. I had extra money on me for paying bills. I rang the post office this morning and gave them my mobile number in case their balance is off.
Personally I would always point out a mistake because I would hate to think that someone would have to put money in out of their own pocket even in the bigger shops as I would hate to see some poor employee getting a bollicking and being out money over a mistake.
One time I got home and realized that a person had made a mistake, when I rang them they were quite rude to me and said that they had not made a mistake, I got a wee bit pissed off and said to them...that's fine, Thank you so much for the extra money that you have given me and I hung up Not a very nice thing to do I know

An Honest Mistake

What would you do if you got the wrong change in a shop or in any other establishment that you deal with?? Even if you noticed it hours later?
