Disgusting, To Say The Least!
I’m not a Christian and therefore not bound by their conventions. I don’t have to turn the other cheek. I criticize the Church from time to time and point my finger at Christians when I think is due but have never attacked their God, nor the God of any other religion.What I saw yesterday surpassed all levels of decency; I thought we lived in a time of religious tolerance.
People who think that blasphemy is good fun, are sick.

This is not about religion; it is about respect towards others and I'm deeply disappointed with the few people who approved of such behavior. Why does respect fly out the window when we get to religion.

Maybe it is true for controlled anger but I have seen anger that will put Mt Vesuvius out of business. Some people go crazy with anger.

That is very true but when the behavior of a person spills over into lives of other people you can expect some reaction.

It reminds me of a scene I once saw in movie where these people were being interviewed for jobs in this Roadhouse as bouncers.
While the lead bouncer was explaining how to conduct themselves and how to deal with unruly customers.
One of the men bouncers asked the lead bouncer what if someone calls his mother a w--e.The lead bouncer asked the other man is she?The other bouncer just sat there saying nothing back.
No, that one I'll keep to myself though I did touch the subject a week or so ago in another blog.

I stated my disapproval and opinion on the contents of a blog posted by an banned member. But it now appears as if I need your your approval for a blog topic. Why do you make an issue of everything I say?

You said that someone had made a personal attack on you.
I was only using that situation as an example.
I had someone the other day make a negative post about the fact that I was old.Of course a couple women I suppose felt the need to defend me when I'm very capable to defend myself and said some comments to that particular person.
I did reply back to that person and one of the last things I said to them was they seemed like a bitter person.
As you say, that is your opinion and you are entitled it. Just as I am entitled to state mine. No need for us to start an argument about it. You cannot be convinced the other way around, and I cannot be turned either.
Cat this here above is what has me confused and I don't often get confused regarding a comment.
Just curious of why you would be concerned regarding a bannned member.
Wouldn't it been easier or better to just report them?

Don't worry, right now I'm as confused as a chameleon in a bowl of smarties.
I was brought up in a Christian home but If there is a God then I have not met Him yet. As such I'm not an atheist and cannot acknowledge or deny the existence of God. I just don't know if there is a God. And so far nobody could prove either possibility to me.
I had another blog prepared for today and this was just a filler to keep up for two or three hours to state my disgust. How was I to know the thing would solicit such an reaction. Had I known I would probably have stuck with the intended blog.
