To protect or not protect,.........

When meeting a new partner and the time comes for your first time of passion together, do you think wearing protection is a passion killer, so do you insist on protection or are you comfortable enough to go bareback?

Panic

I don’t have much patience with people who panic, because panic is just uncontrolled fear; and fear can be controlled… once you understand it.professor

I can remember when we first saw action in Caprivi. We were young, not prepared to die and shit-scared. We thought we were cowards. Our platoon sergeant should have been a psychologist. He stated that dying for your country is bullshit; you have to make the enemy die for their country. That had the lot of us laughing and he instantly won our confidence.thumbs up

He said that it’s normal to have fear and told us that he’s scared too but knowing and admitting to it, enables him to deal with it. He said that once we’ve “seen the elephant”, the cause for fear will become routine and we’d be able to deal with it. “But never deny that fear,” he added, “for that will get you killed very fast.scold

And he was right. The first time under enemy fire it was terrifying but we got used to it eventually and it became routine. But it does not become routine by itself. You need plenty of exposure to it. And once you have conquered one fear, it becomes easier to conquer another.dancing

I’m inclined to believe that any fear can me mastered with enough exposure to it.hmmm

The beauty of it all is that once you have learned how to handle your own fears, you recognize and respect – even admire – that ability in other people. Nothing can fascinate me more than seeing people performing well under hazardous conditions.thumbs up

I dedicate this blog to all those people who work under dangerous conditions.applause

I was reading the Pioneer Press today and it looks gloomy on all directions as far as established institutions are concerned. Here is the front page: Bankruptcy on the Catholic Church (Twin Cities), as many others in the world due to enormous s*xual Abuse lawsuits.

What is so remarkably eerie is the fact that our government is busy pushing the rule of approving all 50 states to legalize same sex marriage, a very hot item that the Catholic Institution vehemently disapprove.

I don't know about you, but I am trying to direct my attention away from the political heat of the world's fight for peace.

May we all enjoy our weekend my dear fellow citizens of the Blog world.

Thank you all for your reads and comments.

Opinions please...

Got woken up early to another wild goose chase...
2am and sounded like all hell had broken loose in the hen house...

BUT no it was just old "Reddy" running around in her usual style , think she coined the "headless chicken " analogy

She's an odd old bird of unknown age and perantage has never layed an egg or even let the rooser near herself
The way she performs I'm thinking she's lesbian

People keep telling me to wring her neck and feed her to the dog , but I felt sorry for her BUT now she's found a new trick

She's started shitting in other people's nests
Then crowing like a rooster about it

And even getting other chickens to copy her...

I even saw my pet RhodesIan Ridgeback doing the same thing....

A good hard boot up the arse sorted him out double quick time.

So blogging community

What would you do ?

Idle Threats

Of all the creatures on this planet, humans remain the weirdest; as anther weirdo proved last week again.

A nearby electrical shop is closing down and they had a sale last week. Everything had to go by Saturday and, as a result, they have marked down their goods substantially. I went around on Thursday to see what spares I can pick up for a bargain. hmmm

While talking to one of the salesmen, a man came walking in; carrying two fancy light fittings. “I want to return this. I bought it here yesterday”, he said to the cashier. She explained that it cannot be done because it is a closing down sale.blah blah

“Bullshit”, he said, “I have the slip here. You people should have signs up if you don’t take returns.”

The cashier pointed it out to him that there were signs all over; one at each entrance, one at each pay point and three large signs suspended from the ceiling. “And”, she said, “it is printed on your slip.” And indeed, the signs were large and prominent.wow

“Look”, he replied angrily, “I paid a lot for this stuff and I don’t want it anymore. Why didn’t you point it out to me?” The poor girl explained to him once more that she cannot help him. By this time everybody in the shop were watching.shock

“You should put up better signs! How the f*ck do you expect people to see it!” he yelled as he stormed out the shop. “I’ll never buy from you again!” he shouted as he went out the door.very mad

The salesman looked at me with an amused smile. “That’s for certain,” he said, “We’re closing on Saturday.”giggle

Obama Legacy Unraveling – Worse than Watergate

Embedded image from another site

Richard Nixon had to resign over the famous scandal of the June 17, 1972 failed break-in of the Democratic National Committee headquarters at the Washington, D.C. Watergate Office Building. After the five perpetrators were arrested, the press and the U.S. Justice Department connected the cash found on them at the time to the Nixon re-election campaign committee. Several major revelations came about with presidential action to try to cover up what took place. It was discovered that Nixon recorded meetings in the Oval Office. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that Nixon must release the Oval Office tapes to government investigators. The tapes revealed that Nixon had conspired to cover up activities that took place after the break-in and had attempted to use federal officials to deflect the investigation. Nixon, however, never ordered the break-in.

The Obama Legacy is coming undone. It is looking more and more that President Obama was actually directing U.S. intelligence agencies to spy on Trump. Clearly, like Nixon, Obama at the very least knew what was going on. The likelihood that Vice President Biden also knew everything also remains very high.

Several Republican senators released the names of top Obama administration officials who had put in “unmasking” requests and might have gotten the identity of Michael Flynn, Mr. Trump’s former national security adviser who was captured on tape talking to Russia’s former ambassador before Mr. Trump was sworn in. The list of officials provided by Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell included Mr. Biden, former FBI Director James B. Comey, and ex-intelligence chiefs John Brennan and James Clapper. These are the men who have been most vocal against Trump – it appears that they have been taking that position knowing what they did was illegal to try to deflect blame if they became criminally indicted.

A federal judge is the Flynn case that appears to be acting more like a prosecutor. He has yet to accept the Justice Department dropping the case. The Judge himself in an unprecedented position suggested he might pursue contempt or perjury charges against Flynn. This is showing deep bias in a political case regarding this judge.

Newly declassified House transcripts show that Hillary Clinton presidential campaign chairman John Podesta met with a former Senate Intelligence Committee aide to join forces regarding the dossier with Fusion GPS for the post-election phase of trying to dig up dirt on President Trump. This is the same Fusion GPS that Mueller never mentions in his report and pretended that it was not part of his investigation.

The ex-aide is Daniel Jones, who in 2017 formed the secretive nonprofit The Democracy Integrity Project. For the project, Mr. Jones hired Fusion GPS, the Clinton campaign’s opposition research firm. During the election, Fusion co-founder Glenn Simpson took money from the Clinton campaign and the Democratic Party and retained Christopher Steele in June 2016. A former British intelligence officer, Mr. Steele went on to compile a dossier filled with felony allegations against Mr. Trump and aides that turned out to be bogus. Mr. Jones also hired Mr. Steele.
