"I LOVE YOU IS THE LAST WORD FROM A MAN"

By now most women have not yet realised that the last words that a man who is truly in love to a woman will tell her from their first encounter or meeting, even haven't dated for less than two years is "i love you baby".

Why, a man always keep his options open, that is to say if it turns out not to go well. This is one of the main reasons why women are more angry and frustrated when a split up happens. To the man, he was in a hidden love, but preferred to secure his heart from being wounded by an eventual crack down.

O! yes i did love him truly,a woman shouted to her friend, but you people could not let me enjoy my love. It's hard to find such men now our days, especially as women are growing in numbers as an uncontrol destructive wind snow.

That is why i couldn't expressed my true love to her,Jack exclaimed to his friends,"i preferred to be myself", because her friends and family members didn't want our relationship. They thought she merited a bloke who can do everything for her.Damn!

Hello 'Dorise', her friend Sarah called,it's been a long time since you splitted with Jack, why are you still single? Well! My friends and Family members, could not let me love or express my love, and now i am some kind of confused!
But i just heard your best friend Lynda said you depended on jack for everything! Cool mistake! Most women now our days are still depending on men. Then what was women emancipation all about?
Lynda, did you know all the time i spend with Jack, he never told me he loved me. Do you think he loved me?
Well i will suggest let's focus to the future for the next jack, you've been since single and lonely! My friend! to be single and lonely is too stressful! and when you are in love, you got so many friends with clumsy advises! What a game, i think i got it, i don't need any advice about love!Even riches cannot advice me, but my feelings.

What a sad life!

Just this Monday, a famous Filipino movie director passed away at the age of 49 due to a heart attack. Yes, they say people who died of heart attack is getting younger. But the circumstance in which he died is very saddening. His sister had a heart attack earlier and he followed her to the hospital. Upon learning that she was DOA, he suffered an attack too. Now the family lost 2 well meaning members. Very tragic! May they rest in peace.

And another thing, me being the nail who sticks her head is out of job again. A real sad week!

Was the regime change in 2014 a coup?

Elon Musk calls 2014 Ukraine regime change a ‘coup’
© AFP / Justin Sullivan
Twitter CEO Elon Musk polarized his followers with a tweet declaring there was “no question” that the 2014 change of government in Ukraine was a “coup.” On Saturday, the billionaire tweeted that while “the election” – presumably referring to the 2010 vote that elected Viktor Yanukovych president – was “arguably dodgy,” what followed “was indeed a coup.”

No doubt in my mind either.

Oh I'm so sorry. I didn't know there was a rule that blogs can only be posted if you approve of them. I'll try to be more careful next time.
NOT!
How about this novel idea my little dictatorial friend:
You post what you are interested in and I'll post what I am interested in.

I'm surprised you haven't figured that out by now. After all you do think you're smarter than most.

(bloggers) instead have this deranged compulsion to read it and then writhe in agony? These people are truly mental cases.

My point? I don’t have a point. People cherry-pick offence from everything I say, so I have instead copy/pasted comments from current blogs. One of them had been addressed to me, the others are neighbourly chitchat.

Meghan is no Diana

Meghan Markle reveals feeling she ‘didn’t want to be alive anymore' in Oprah Winfrey interview

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's highly anticipated interview with Oprah Winfrey dropped several bombshells regarding the couple's exit from the royal family.

In the wide-ranging interview aired Sunday, Harry and Meghan described painful palace discussions about the color of their son’s skin, losing royal protection and the intense pressures that led the Duchess of Sussex to contemplate suicide.

The interview with Winfrey was the couple’s first since they stepped down from royal duties and the two-hour special included numerous revelations likely to reverberate on both sides of the Atlantic.

Harry told Winfrey that he felt trapped by royal life and was surprised that he was cut off financially and lost his security last year. He also said he felt his family did not support Meghan, who acknowledged her naivete about royal life before marrying Harry, as she endured tabloid attacks and false stories.

"I went to it naively because I didn't grow up watching the royal family," Meghan said. "It wasn’t something that was part of conversation at home. It wasn’t something that we followed."

Meghan said she and Harry were aligned during their courtship because of their "cause-driven" work. But she did not fully comprehend the pressure of being linked to the prestigious royal family.

"There was no way to understand what the day-to-day was going to be like," she said. "And it’s so different because I didn’t romanticize any element of it."

Meghan, who is biracial, alleged that when she was first pregnant with son Archie, there were "concerns and conversations about how dark his skin might be when he’s born." Markle said that she was not privy to such conversations, but that Harry was. She would not reveal who had the conversation with Harry, however, as she felt it would be too "damaging" to do so.

Meghan said she soon grew concerned about her son not having a royal title because it meant he wouldn’t be provided security.

What would you do

You are driving along in your car on a wild, stormy night. You pass by a bus stop, and you see three people waiting for the bus:

1. An old lady who looks as if she is about to die.
2. An old friend who once saved your life.
3. The perfect man (or) woman you have been dreaming about.

Which one would you choose to offer a ride to, knowing that there could only be one passenger in your car? Think before you continue reading.

You could pick up the old lady, because she is going to die, and thus you should save her first; or you could take the old friend because he once saved your life, and this would be the perfect chance to pay him back.

However, you may never be able to find your perfect dream lover again.

WHAT WOULD YOU SAY?

What could you do with 240 billion $

I live in Norway, but what I say is similar in other European countries. There are certain freedoms.

For example, I don't have to worry about hospital bills or educational cost. I do not even see the bill, or need to worry.
You have full payed 4 weeks holiday, mother and father have payed leave if they get a child, etc.

A modern car has lot built into it, and it is the same with the country you live in. A dragster is not a sensible family car, but very fun for some. Those on Wall Street seem inclined to prefer it, and tout everybody in America about the perils of socialism and other scares. But for common people, you need a sensible car.

I worked awhile in United States, and was simply appalled by the condition that people struggled with. The criminal correctional system resembles something out of the dark ages. I did experience some co-workers needing surgery, but could not afford it. And when pain just got unbearable, they got drugs on the street. They didn't last long.

If United States would quit messing about, would limit their defense budget to what other NATO countries use, I estimate you would have 240 billion $ - why not invest in your own people ? Why not build a society as most other countries ?

Sure, it isn't perfect anyplace, but America is a whole different chapter. News, television, commercials, Hollywood, business, everybody is spellbound by something they call the "American dream" - It's there somewhere, over the rainbow, Emerald city, - a fata morgana. It's like religion, in which you are promised paradise in some afterlife, if you just do the suffering here and now. In fact, it is the false prophets, as this place could be so much better if we want it to. What could you do with 240 billion dollar ? Even if you spent them on just some fun, buying ice cream for all the kids, having a party - it would be much better then waging wars.

I don't think Iran or Iraq, Afghanistan or any other really have the desire to send troops to the United States in order to wage war upon you. I don't think American people wants to wage war upon others either, but a few men are - the industrial military complex and business men on Wall street. They were actively involved in Germany and Russia, in Vietnam and all over. It gave business opportunity for the selected few. Your tax relief are used by companies that produce their products in China, enabling China to develop their military might, have sold them a re-branded "American dream", to make sure that your children and grandchildren will have a challenge as well. Can you not come up with a better "dream" ?

I wish my English was much better. I envy some of you here, because mine isn't that good. I was bullied even by my english teachers as I didn't speak proper English. They used me as example of how you shouldn't speak. It was never easy to be a kid from United States.

Oh, well ...there is always the unattainable dream we long for, and for most of my life it was to get back home. But my childhood America is gone, things have changed, and it is also frightening if you are about to get your dream come true. I can understand people who has been locked up for too long in jail, may feel scared leaving.

But I cannot resist reacting when I hear obvious falsehood and lies told to people, or what I believe they are.

Sorry America

If all this crap was started by my blog, I’m ever so sorry for posting that blog in the first place, though I cannot understand why it offended some because it was not vicious and it did not contain any untruths.confused

I merely expressed my views on the American tendency to sue for everything which is so entirely different from my own country. On top of it, in the comments section, it became clear that my problem was not really the suing part but with where the resulting compensation ended up.shock

And, not taking anything away from my apology, I do think that one particular reaction was plain childish and uncalled for.thumbs down

Come on guys, if you really are the great nation that you proclaim to be, small bullshìt like this should not upset you. Maybe some of you are a little too sensitive for a bit of criticism and have lost the ability to laugh at yourself sometimes. idea

But once again, I’m sorry for offending you. It was not my intention.sad flower

The Gold Star Club

Created on May 28, 1918 by committee of 25 women and approved by President Woodrow Wilson, the gold star club, better known as the Gold Star Mothers establishes the respect and acknowledgement for every mother that has lost a son or daughter in war. Initially it was portrayed as a war flag with a dark blue star for every member of a family that was serving in war and a gold star for every member lost in war. It has, from time to time, slipped the memory of many Americans, but is quickly remembered.

The most famous of the Gold Star Mothers was Aletta Sullivan, the mother of five Sullivan brothers who were killed in action when their ship, the USS Juneau was sunk by an enemy torpedo on November 13, 1942 during the battle of Guadalcanal; and remembered once again in the movie “Saving Private Ryan” in which only one remaining brother survived combat of World War II. On September 21, 1948 the U.S. Postal Service issued a commemorative stamp honoring the Gold Star Mothers and Mrs. Sullivan was given the first sheet of stamps issued.

You can read more about this distinctive organization on Wikipedia, where it is accurately and fairly represented. It is a pity that one of our presidential candidates has not spent at least as much time studying such issues as he has talking about them and those that are members.

As a former Army Officer I was called upon several times to escort the bodies of fallen soldiers home and represent the Army to the family and friends. While it was not a standard practice of the military, my own command provided me with a single gold star flag to give the grieving families as well as information about the organization. I only heard gratitude and appreciation from each family for us taking the time and showing the consideration for their grief and the small remembrance of their sacrifice for the nation.

There are many similar organizations that show their respect in a variety of ways. In fact, most states offer some form of a specialty license plate for Gold Star Families. One of the more unique organizations is the American Gold Star Manor located in Long Beach, California which is a 348 unit retirement home for the parents of soldiers killed while serving in the military. It was founded in the early 1960’s by Eleanor Boyd, then president of the American Gold Star Mothers organization. It remains operational today and can be found under the same name on any web search.

I keep my opinions about this current election pretty much to myself, but in this case I will make a simple exception. Any person serving or wanting to serve as the Commander in Chief of this nation needs to be capable and sincere in honoring each and every Gold Star Mother regardless of their race, religion or any other distinguishing factor. It is not their place to make political comments or any statement about the fallen or their families other than the most reverent and respectful if for no other reason that to remember were it not for their sacrifice, we certainly would never have become or remained one of the greatest nations on this earth.

To the parents of Captain Khan I would only extend my sincerest appreciation and deepest respect for their son’s service to the country as well as their most personal loss. They deserve much from our country and I commend them for their restraint and civility in this debate that has been stirred over their loss. Each and every American can take a lesson from this debate and that is the importance of honoring and cherishing the service of every American as well as having nothing but respect and reverence for those that gave their lives. As popularly and properly said “All gave some, and some gave all” …. Least we not forget.
