I recently read a discipline workbook from about 30 years ago. My mother had used it in her parenting days. Well, as I read through it I got some very interesting advice. According to the book, sometimes people need thier privacy when they're on the phone. It's important for family members to respect this, and the family should do the best they can to offer a quiet and private atmosphere. Well, this is where it gets interesting------ The book advises that if this becomes and issue in your home, you should REALLY consider taking action, and go get a longer phone cord!!!!! It really struck me how different the issues were when people my age were kids... Back then cell phones pretty much didn't exist. You might want to share this one with your kids- pretty funny.

A man drives to a gas station and has his tank filled up. While doing this, the clerk spots three penguins sitting on the back seat of the car. He asks the driver:

- What’s up with the penguins in the back seat?

- I found them. I asked myself what to do with them but I haven’t a clue.

The clerk ponders a bit and then he says:

- You should take them to the zoo.

- Yeah, that’s a good idea.


The man in the car drives away. The next day the man with the car is back at the same gas station. The clerk sees the penguins are still in the back seat of the car.

- Hey, they’re still here! I thought you were going to take them to the zoo!

- Oh, I did. - said the driver - And we had a great time. Today, I’m taking them to the beach.

I never liked money,I simply like what I am able to do with it.
A young couple won 15millions euros in euromillion,but they lost the most important thing.They lost friendship,tranquility and love.Now they are fighting in court.
I guarantee you that with such quantity of money I will just want to live a life without any kind of worries and I will make an easier life for lot of people.

Everyone across this globe is confused and scared. We are afraid of war, natural disasters, economic crisis, nuclear explosion, terrorism and suicide bombers. The poor is afraid and the rich is shivering. They seek for refuge-a place of safety but seem to have forgotten that peace can never reign in a grubby mind. Not even in this generation where evil and crime are ignored, legalized, acclimatized, accustomed and denied. Freedom of speech and expression are choked by fear of torture, persecution and imprisonment.
The innocent are left with ‘what can you do about it”!

Today’s society promotes, encourages, and teaches young people to explore their sexuality and to become active in early adolescence?
The media and advertisement firms are using the exploitation of the body more unashamedly than ever before.
Intimate physical details are no longer being airbrushed out of photographed models; such details are even being drawn on our national dailies and newsprint just for attraction and seduction.
The Youths have been bombarded with assorted immoral spur by the media but parents, teachers, the clergy and even religious circles have remain silent on this subject, giving us up to self morals and destruction.

To convince the gullible, nearly everything from cosmetics to religion is presented as seeming different from what it really is; half truths, prejudices, slanted reporting, denigration, detraction, mythical argument, distortion of facts, falsifications, pretense of virtue while supporting vice and glorification of violence? In our politics, impossible promises are made to honor, in our education destructive theories are formulated, in medicine false arguments will prevent the next generation from arriving on the earth, commerce falsifies advertisement on television, the press distorts the truth to suit a particular sect, the porno and the amoral people sell their stuff with the argument that somehow what is adult is sinless, that what may be bad for children is not bad for adults? Evil is concealed?

A student throws garbage on the classroom floor and defends his act on the ground that if the janitor did not have work to do, he would have no job, hence no income with which to support his family!

We strive for the extinction of terrorism while we are the vilest terror to innocent babies.
We seek peace and unity but we cannot reconcile with our unborn regeneration.
Even the abortionists have engaged in the evil trade of selling baby parts for research to pharmaceutical companies, universities and research institutes.
This evil trade is probably the reason for initiating partial birth abortion procedure.

Last night I saw a Special part of Celine Dion concert.She sang with a little girl from Filipinas and her name is Charisse.Celine shared the stage to help and to make her dream becomes real.Believe me Charisse voice is better than a angel voice.

Im really new to this, and Im thinking maybe many people have already asked similar questions before, Im wondering, if I like some womans profile, what should I do, should I email her, should I send flowers, should I add her as a friend.. I mean Im a bit confused.
I think emailing seems like the most sensible thing to do. If I do email her... I dont really know what to write.. Things are so different online. I feel so much less confident online. I wonder if I email her would I even get a reply.
I mean any tips on email writing would be highly appreciated.

Connecting Singles has been great for me.. I have met a lot of great females, secure in the knowledge, that we are all sincere about ourselves, looking for that special person, we would like to meet.. I have met friends out there...Hopefully, they will continue to be so..
I do not to want to see anyone get ripped off, for what they've worked all their lives for.. But what with the world economy the way it is, not to mention our uncertainties for the future, we as Americans are prime targets for any kind of con.... I am asking you to be careful in the future, please!
I live by a basic saying, "IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS!!!..."
In the past two months, I have been approached by two different females, each asking for money, promising the world. The first time was for $500., the second, $2000.00..
They have a scam plan, they give you another e-mail address to contact them, usually one that has too much traffic to closely monitor all the time as CS does.. When they get you alone, they load you up with promises, offering the world, anything your heart could desire.. BUT WAIT FOR THE OTHER SHOE TO DROP!!!! There will be money involved somewhere..
I have been there and done that, hopefully, if I can help anyone with this info, I hope I have done so..
