Don't know the author, and this is not my opinion, but I agree with the advice given by the scholars: the more you think about being happy and such things the less happy you feel. Better think about how fortunate you are to have been brought here on earth as a rational human being capable of all earthly and unearthly feelings. This is happiness in a true sense! I am thankful to God for each and every day of seeing the beauties of His creation all around!!!
