My Friend
You see it doesn't pay
Although it causes broken hearts
It happens every day
Each time your chance to see him
Your heart begins to dance
Your world revolves around him
Boy, there's nothing like romance
And then it starts
You don't know why
But you wonder day and night
You see my friend
You're losing him
It never turns out right
So when I say to fall in love
You'll be hurt before you're through
You see my friend I ought to know
I fell in love with you.

It takes two
A mess was made
Life was lost but one remained
Is he good or is he bad
No one knows if hes mad
Was it right or was it wronge
Its only hime with blood soaked hands
We can judge and we stair
but he only knows the one with blood soaked hands

for you to want me.

just a voice without
a face to see.
Just a voice
to soothe you
when distraught.
Just a voice
with no purpose

afterthought.

remain as if;
a frozen heart
in your snow drift?
Guess it's not
meant to be.
Need a real man
to love me.
To be touched,
and held close
each night.

will one day
find Mr. Right.

I've let my feelings go on

A heart so fresh, so ripe, unblemished
Knowing all of of this from the start
You fed on me for your love so famished
Tunneling down into my deepest core
all around and in and back out again
crisscrossing even through all you bore
paths of destruction for only when
To realise after too late for defense
and never should have invited you in
my heart was fooled with playful pretense
and how must I suffer the consequence?
Now I hang withering on the tree of life
Dark scabs cover me all over my skin
and anywhere you peel me back with a knife
So many dark traces where you've been

seeing that special someone every night

now that it has gone and i think why me
time has slipped away from me how could the be
im a single male trying to find my way out of here
trying to get where i was loved not always in tears
times i think to my self where did time go
time can come and go and when it does no one will no
i never see what i did or what i missed out on alot
but all i no is that i need to keep going on and i wont stop
Someone better
Even if its just for a little while
Someone better will never let you down,
Or turn that smile upside down
Someone better will be always by your side
Someone you can truly abide
Someone better will let you be
To wander like a bumble bee, Free
The time has come for you to see
That someone is not me
Just for a moment...
I thought you were there
raised my eyes,
full of desire
into the air
my heart lifting a few beats,
out of it's despair,
plummeting back down
as I remember,
for now,
there hurts an empty space there.
