Perfect Accident

I caught the letter that you sent
Took another run to get it
It was a strange and perfect accident
Wish it was the first one and the last

Wish it was for me
Then to someone, not for me
Wish it was for me, tonight

I guess we were making it look right
Torn between the laughter and a fight
I trusted you to glide.. along...
Thought you'd swing back this way

I caught the letter that you sent
It was a strange and perfect accident.

THE WINNING GAME

You killed my love and some of me
You took and took, and asked for more
You ruined and killed the best in me
Always taking is what you do....
Why can’t you see, don’t you see it’s gone?
You took and ran, lead me on
You won and won over again
Your past took control, you won again
All are wrong including me
You won!

You are every woman to me

You are every woman to me
And sure as the sky's above
No other woman can I see
No other woman will I love

I see you on the street
I see you at the store
I see you in the my dreams
I need to see you more

I sought you since my adolescence
Was fooled by many pretenders
But none of them had your sweet essence
They weren't even contenders

I seek you out in the spring
When perfume fills the air
It seems my heart just cannot sing
Because you're never there

I seek you out in summer
through many a sweltering night
I create you in my slumber
Til morning fills with light

The leaves turn brown and start to fall
the sun retreats and summer dies
I sit and stare at my bedroom wall
til your image fills my tear filled eyes

Winter finds me at my window
peering through frosty pane
you won't be there I know
but I stand there just the same

Sound of Angels

My best friend he lay dying
All alone, just me and him
I knew no one could help him now
Life's thread was getting thin.

I'd built a campfire out of deadwood
Wrapped him in his blanket tight
Watched the campfire take on the darkness
The sunset welcomed night.

Put the coffee on from habit
Knowing he couldn't drink
Hoping the smell would comfort him
Giving me time to think.

This trip was one of many made
Twenty years and more
Two old friends fishing the big lakes
And watching eagles soar.

I don't know what spooked his horse
He'd been mountain bred and born
Something made him rear and fall
Pinned my pardner beneath the horn.

His lungs were crushed beyond talking
His eyes were still alert
I eased his saddle beneath his head
He tried hard to hide his hurt.

I masked the tears that misted my eyes
There was no time to cry
Somehow I had to have the strength
To watch my best friend die.

I told him I was plumb helpless
I had done all I could do
But I would stay with him through the end
Then the hurt and tears came through.

His hand moved softly over mine
And he raised his finger high
His gaze seemed fixed beyond the stars
And he pointed to the sky.

His lips were slowly moving
Although they didn't say a word
I sensed he was talking
To a presence I'd not heard.

"Is that God you're talking to?"
I asked, trying to understand
His head moved slightly sideways
As did the pressure from his hand.

I looked upward where he's dpointed
But first didn't see a thing
Then I sensed and felt the beat
Of something nearing on a wing.

As the full moon cleared the peaks
An owl gave it's call
Shadows stirred of things unknown
And I watched in quiet awe.

I remember a phrase from long ago
Or had it been whispered from the skies
"To behold and angel on the wing
You must use your heart for eyes".

Magic was clearly in that moonlit glade
Losing my fear of my friend's death
A look of peace replaced his pain
As he drew his final breath.

"Is it angels?" I asked quietly
A final nod, then all alone
I watched those angels in the moonlight
As they flew my old friend home.

Wasn't good

Come Near
Let me Hear
What You Thinking before..
You Disappear ..
But Far away
You're already so far away
From Reaching ..Me ..

Would you still go
If I remind you
Of how We were so Close
Picutres hangin' on the wall
Memories of me and you
But seams Like
You're already Gone
You've Moved on
Loving you was my Loss
And I know it's over
But Wasn't Good

What Do You want !

And Now you're sorry
Now That you're so lonely
But I don't understand ..
How will I heal my broken heart
How will I not be worry ..

Who left you once
Can leave you again & again
That's a lesson I learned from you ..
And you promised me once
Under the rain ..
To never leave me that way ..
But you did it ..
You Hurt me anyway ..
And My soul you killed ..
So now What do you want ..!

Signs of Love

They Say ..
We were meant to be ..
Just look at us ..
There's no diffrence ..
Between him or me ..

We Used to smile ..
At the same time
Holding hands ..
Can't be apart
And when he holds me ..
He looks me in the eye to say..
I Love you ..
But I'll break your heart someday ..
And I stayed !
Somehow .. I thought it's meant to be
Somehow .. I left me to trust you ..
To Trust the signs of love ..
But I guess you stoped caring too ..
You've moved along the way ..
And it's all my mistake ..
I shouldn't trust your Love ..
All Over again ..

Unfinished Love

Friends or not
You keep on missing me
Breath you in
Then I breath you out
Cuz you were not
Meant to be

A story with no clear endin'
You're still wonderin
If I'll Give in !!

Unfinished Love ..
Keeps on Calling me
And I should answer the call
It's Clear That I ..
Moved on ..
And between us I'll build a Wall ..
Unfinished Love ..
You're everything I don't want !
Don't you call me at all ..!!

A Sad Lovers Heart

A tear stained cheek,
memories that linger of love once shared,
Unique and rare, but also unfair.

A heart carved on a lake side tree,
with initials set for the world to see,

Our lakehouse, Our wine, Our passions divine,
Our kisses so ripe , Our love felt so right,
Our souls did connect, Our minds did collide,
Our hearts did a dance, Our times will abide.

Guitars played with joyful tone,
Songs that were sung, and promises hung,
in destines time, they were meant to be mine.

Time it will pass, with painful flow, and lots
of attempts to finally let go.

But Follow your heart, and one day you'll see,
where your soul is meant to be, and maybe,
that place is right here with me.

Never forget how I loved you so, regardless of the
times we were low, for no love is perfect,
within god's sights, but a test to see if it can reach
the light, through the darkness of the stromy night.

For deep in my heart without regret,
is where you will be, until we get, that finger of
fate that might step in, an guide you to, where our
souls begin...

And if we never reach that place, please recall
my loving face, and know through all the pain and
tears... I loved you during our 3 and a half years.

Kiss Me If I Cry

If you hold me Close
It Wont Clear the pain away
What Hurts the most
That there is nothing left to say
It's Over And I know
I'll still miss you everyday

Kiss me if I cry
Cuz I cry only
In Goodbies
Im seeing your face
For the last time
Kiss me if I cry
Oh how many times
We've Tried !
We've lost our hearts ..
We've lost the fight !
