sleeping thoughts, of all that was
sleeping thoughts that's all
who was that guard
who was that crusifier
who nailed me shut
who released my soul
who left a hardened footprint
who
grabbed me me when I was down
what sights were so terrifying
who comforted me
upon my looking
who touched my soul
then walked beautifully away
who spiked my life
then slipped the knife
with sudden words
they came striding
towards my face
confused no more
a love racking at the core
no hole to fall
no ground to kiss
an elevated sweetness
a voice I miss
as devil's may be
an angel stood
sweetly
beside me
and you
with utter deep passion
hidden by a mask
So utterly smashing

She leaned in and I moved, ever so slightly, away and whispered no. So quiet I was not sure it had been said aloud. So breathless as to hold no force of my conviction. And as if she could read that very lack of conviction she paused but only for a second. Then slowly her lips moved on as if no did not mean no and perhaps she was correct.
In slow motion I watched as they parted, the membranes separating almost reluctantly as if they were resisting. I could smell the fading frqagrence of opium, her perfume for the evening. Like the love scene in a movie I watched as the light caught her hair just perfect brushing the high lights with sunshine lighting her face with the radiance of angels. Before it was too late I said no again, louder this time, and to my suprise she listened.
She pulled back, slowly, confusion written upon her face. Eyes flecked with gold, eyes ment only for merriment, joy and love now mirroring the pain in my own eyes a pain that I put there now those eyes asked the silent question why. I could only answer honestly and I said Pain slowly shaking my head as it dropped to my chest weary of the game. My heart filled with tears that would never fall while a sigle tear slowly jurneyed down her cheek. I reached out to try and brush away the pain and she turned and walked away.
Now I sit unkissed just as I wanted?

Who can look into the eyes of love
and say "No thank you."?
Anyone,
if those eyes do not hold a reflection of love.
But, what if the reflection was there?
What if ambition, dreams, fear
clouded the reflection?
What if you see the reflection in your mirror
every day you wake up
only it is years later?
And looking into that mirror
seeing the reflection of the looking glass
reflected in your own eyes
reflected detcelfer
reflected detcelfer
reflected detcelfer
would you go insane
with your lost decision?
Would you wander helplessly
lost and forlorn
stepping from inadequate to inept?
Is it possible that love has revisionable 20/20 eyesight?
Is it possible to find the reflection again?
Who can look into the eyes of love
and say "No thank you."?
Anyone and they do so everyday
day in day out.
One love,
two loves,
three loves,
more?
We test the waters
by sandy shore.
Where are we safe?
Safe are the eyes of love.
Where are we both lost and found?
The eyes of love.
And how do you fight for the reflection you seek
when your lover, vampiric, holds no reflection?
Every look into the eyes is a stake through your heart!
fading, fading, fading reflection.
But, can true love ever really fade away?
When you walk away from the looking glass does the reflection follow?
Or will love always find a way
Onto the mirror of our soul to be permanently
Etched upon our hearts
Reflected
Through the cornea of our essence

I find when I stare at her face
that I am drawn into fantasy
I am the one to kiss away
her fears
I am the one who tastes salt
in her tears
I hold her hand trembling
in anticipation
My eyes hold her eyes mutual
infatuation
But the is not fantasy
So I try not to stare at her face
too often

When i lie outside and look straight up i see the stars and my heart starts to pump.
Then i feel a pain deep within my heart only to realize there's a missing part.
This part can be filled but only by one...
the one who knows me for me and like to have "fun".
I've met this mysterious girl once before and swear I'd known her since i was born.
This girl has her ways of making me wonder...
What if we were with one another?
The times we could have being together is almost as unpredictable as disastrous weather.
As i was beginning to grow on her she let go of my hand and went and got another man.
Then my feelings start to depart realizing she could never see inside my heart.

I know you won't come back
verything that was .Time has left is behind
I know that you won't return
What happened between us?
Will never be repeated
Even when a thousand years pass
It won't be enough to fade you away and to forget.
And now I'm here
Trying to turn valleys into cities
Mixing the sky with the sea.
I know I let you escape,
I know I lost you
Nothing can be the same;
A millennium could be enough for you to forgive
I'm here, loving you
Suffocating, in photographs and scrapbooks,
In objects and mementos
Can't comprehend
I am driving myself mad
Changing a foot for My own face
The letters I wrote,
I never sent
It's all the matter of time and faith
A millennium with another thousand years...
Are enough to love?
If you still think something of me...
You know I'm still waiting for you...

I am the Lighthouse
Beating in the Dark
The Safety Beacon
Guides your Drifting Soul
The 3am Call Show
Takes you to the Other Side
Broadcast from the Outpost
The Never Ending Sunset
Scanning for a Message
Waiting for a Sign

Here or there
Doesn't Matter anyway
You're so far away
I see your body
But I Can't feel your soul
How can this love
Go out of control
You used to be my heaven
I used to be your angel
Seams like it's too late now
To even remember
How sad this could go
We don't know
But we were hoping
For this love
We'll never let go
I stand infront of you
Looking into the eyes
The eyes I once loved
You seam so lost
And sadness is what i found
You're just like a shadow
Arriving too late
and leaving so soon ..

Because of you I am better
Because of you I am stronger
Then I was before
Because of you
I will never make that mistake again
Of dating someone
As low and heartless as you

love can be sad
why love at all
it can be so confusing
it can make you fall
deep in to an abyss
then there you are
how will you get out
feelings are intruding
cry out loud
you claw your way up
out the slippery slope
you try to forget
who will throw you a rope
there is nobody there
the heart is so hurt
the brain on lockdown
don't say a word
make your peace
with the love that's gone
there will be another
but never like the one
count your losses
pick yourself up
mend the heart that's broken
get out of this rut
it will be all better
in no time you'll see
don't fall in love again
tears will set you free
