and the flowers bloom...

sweet surrender
oh honey
sweet bee
upon the sweetest
freshly scented blossoms
in a silent
sweeping lavender
cool breeze
blows ever
so gently out
rising with
the scent
of a deep ocean
whispering across
great many seas
waves crashing
against walls
on my knees
holding out
opening up
treasures sparkle
golden opens gates
with a key
of love
a sprinkling
of magic dust
sugar coating princess
totally cast under
a deep spell
surrendering with you
sweet surrender
in loves spell
sweet bee

Secret Love
What do you do when you see with new eyes?
Something that was well hidden and in disguise,
Never the right time for what you wanted to say,
Always had to keep you arms length away,
What would happen if you only knew?
How I always wanted to be close to you,
Don’t know your feelings, never could share,
It never seemed right, was never quite fair,
What you don’t know is how I wanted,
Behind closed eyes my dreams were haunted
Through many years apart and to this day,
If I could see your smile, I would be okay,
How do I tell you I feel these things?
Take what comes and what answer it brings,
Every time I see you, you seem to blush,
If you only knew how you made my blood rush,
If you could only know, if I could make you see,
That our hearts could beat in harmony,
Hand in hand find the future together,
We could be as one together forever…..

About this poem:
I ran into someone tonight and this just came out....love
We have to allow ourselves to be loved by the people who really love us, the people who really matter. Too much of the time, we are blinded by our own pursuits of people to love us, people that don't even matter, while all that time we waste and the people who do love us have to stand on the sidewalk and watch us beg in the streets! It's time to put an end to this. It's time for us to let ourselves be loved.

Beautiful muse
it is cold tonight
the winds of change
has returned your kiss to my lips.
We lie under
the same sky once again
as the hard grass of winter
pinches into our backs.
Behold outside
our eyes see a waxing moon
showering us in blessed taint of darkness
with milky taunts of all creation.
You have ridden
to me upon the wind this night
uncertain of wrong or right
I lay back and dream of dragons.

Craving and longing yet again
For the right words to paint
Bleeding paper from an empty mind
Unsated soul from distant years
Sorrowful ocean filled with hardened tears
Haunting memories that never fades
Splattered on the canvas of my dreams
Languid body and broken bone
From the torments of yesterdays
Listless and pale
As the clouds passing by
Beyond forgetting of a distant past
Mercilessly worming
In my broken heart
Oh how I long to leave behind
The pains buried
In a bowl of sand
Must I ride in this tempestuous life
To chastise me beyond forgetfulness?
I am already disparaged
By my own lack of faith
Would I have to bleed more
So my death will come to rest?
If you think remembering
Is a phantom pain
Come hold my hand
