Rocket Bike Dreams

Rocket Bike Dreams

At 1000 miles an hour down the road I fly
Adjust the forward pitch and up into the sky
I have this mad dream for a rocket powered bike
To blast through the air making adrenalin spike

The thrill of whooshing along way up there
As you see my rocket bike zip through the air
To take my girl with our wind whipped smiles
Off in a flash out to lunch flying 1000 miles

Blazing along stereo cranked as the rockets blast
Arriving at our lunch 10 minutes into the past
And when we arrived everyone there would stare
At our wind stretched grins and wind blown hair

However silly things like this may seem to you
Building my rocket bike is something I can do
But controls will be a problem to get done right
So my rocket bike flies straight all through the night

Right now I can just let my wild imagination roam
And dream my crazy dream of my rocket bike at home
So if you see two blazing trails way up in the sky
You just saw the glare of my rocket bike blasting by

About this poem:
Being a gear head and car crazy guy who loves fast cars I have this wild dream of a 1000 mph rocket bike. Well who knows what the future holds, and who says all your dreams must be small ones? For what is science fiction today becomes a reality tomorrow. Look at cell phone, laptops, space planes, space station, and now a man witha jet engine on his back that flys like a jet plane all of which were just science fiction a few years ago.

soul mate effect

Ever since I Was ten I was considered different from the other wolves, yes you heard me right wolves. I'm whats called a totem soul, a human who has the ability to transform into his or her spirit beast. My name is Gage Moonarrow yeah I'm a Cherokee Indian and my entire family are wolves. Tonight I'm with my bothers Clave and Flare at some dive bar playing for the various patrons. Our band is called Wild Tribe I'm the lead singer slash guitarist. We had just finished our set when she walked in, she is the most beautiful girl I have ever seen long raven hair and curves that could make you motion sick. She walked up to the bar and spoke to Marge the owner. She shook her head at the girl and she walked away. She walked out of the bar then screamed. I rushed out of the bar to see she was cornered by some thugs. On instinct I shifted into my totem form... right in front of a human, totem soul rule number one never change in front of a human.

The knights of Diamond castle

Dimly do you see them as they
stride toward you through the
densest fog..
You have taken hostage a dozen
maidens..
But you have signed a covent
with death..
Beware!
They come as grim reapers to
claim your soul..
They come.. for you!
Now take your sword to your
own throat..
Surely the stallion hooves
have sounded the death knell..
Surely your heart faints for
fear..
For your tormented faces shall
be reflected in the burnished
shields as the knights of
Diamond castle fall upon you
And our maidens shall dance upon
your graves~

The River Of Dreams

The River Of Dreams

So heavy become the lids of my eyes
As ever so slowly the waking world dies
Perchance to dream I slip off into sleep
Shooting stars and moonbeams in my keep

Vibrant colored rainbows, memories and pictures
Fantastic journeys I take, and love's illusions are the fixtures
From a flowing imagination come endless streams
As safe in sleeps keep I ride the river of dreams

The Flying Dutchman

The wind through the rigging howled
As we were tossed about
Waves so high you could be buried at sea
To the bottom sunk in a trice

Fools we were to be out here
To think, outrun the weather
Caught we were in the storm of storms
These waves as high as mountains

But on we sailed, now too late
Our only hope was prayer
Myself I lashed to the wheel
To steer us out of trouble

My wife and child before my eyes
Gave reason for this battle
The crew they too had families
For them all I was trying

My eyes sore from all the spray
Was this some sort of imagination
What other ship would be fool enough
On a day like this to out venture

Yet there she was, all fully rigged
Sailing against the weather
It seemed there were no souls aboard
The ship ghostly in appearance

As she drew close to me
I could see the crew aboard her
Twas skeletons dressed in rags
With the Captain giving orders

On passing I could hear the wails
Begging and pleading for mercy
The stench that came from the passing ship
A smell so rotten and putrid

I prayed to all the gods I knew
That we would not be just like her
There are some things worse than death
And one had just passed me

How we managed to survive the night
I have no understanding
Came break of day the weather changed
The rest was fair weather sailing

We entered port and went our way
Not one word of this was spoken
Survived we had, our luck held
Would break if of this was spoken

And to this day I still recall
As I smoke my pipe by fire
Chills still run up and down my spine
The ghostly ship with the deathly crew

The Twilight Realm

The Twilight Realm

When the sun drops below the horizon it's the stars turn to shine

With the coming of the twilight realm a fabled magical time so fine

A tiny pixie dances, floating in coolness of the evening air

She beckons all to follow her flying about without a care

That's when our spirits soar as the world fades with the suns last kiss

But being enchanted we care not for the passing as we were all made for this

TIME

What is time, past, present, future,or eternity? It has no beginning and yet never ends, changing never to be seen, yet all things age and start agian. Used in creation, end times, kalachakra, and astrology, all that man has named. Could time possably be,god who has no name,as he is endless with no beginning to ever be seen.

Putting Pen to Paper

Here I sit with pages blank
Of what to write I wonder
Should it be of lovers lost
Or ones that found each other

Possibly into outer space
And different worlds found there
Blaze across the evening sky
My retro rockets firing

Or deep beneath this earth's crust
Descending deeper ever deeper
So far down where light don't shine
Down where Morlocks are living

How about beneath ocean waves
Far down to Atlantis City
Civilisation that once was lost
Now newly rediscovered

So many choices, I just don't know
This blank sheet still stares at me
What to write I wish I knew
Putting pen to paper

Astral travel

Right and left mind,
Outside time,
Beyond reality,
Without boundaries,
No rules of gravity,
Astounding!!!
I hear it,
Fear it,
So near yet so far,
I'm off to the next star,
In the next galaxy,
Is it fantasy or fallacy?
Is it only me?
Dreaming...

Youth Gone

For there was
this race of
humans that
was obsessed
with their
youth you
would think
it was there
whole existence.
For they had
looked like
they were in
there 20s for
over 300 years.
They would steel
your essence,
your soul leaving
you old decrepit
and fragile.
No one ever felt
guilty for doing
this they thought
it was there right,
there privilege.
They would stomp
on your hopes,
dreams and give
you back a life of
merely a few years.
