High Noon Part 2 of 2

Whistle blowing, train is leaving
I can see them coming down the street
Hide behind a building, they pass me
Then I step out and call their names

They turn and begin to fire
Bullets whistling all around
Managed to shoot and kill one
Still leaves three I have to face

Running quickly behind the stables
Feel a bullet wing my arm
Burns like fire yet I can't stand here
Otherwise they'll shoot me down

Into the stable and up in the loft
Trying to see where they are hiding
In runs one and shoots up at me
Squeeze the trigger and shoot him down

Through the air a lantern is flying
Setting fire to the hay below
Not much time before all is burning
Loosen horses and ride out with them

In the Main street horse it stumbles
Throws me down onto the ground
With bullets flying all around me
Raced to cover inside the Saddlery

Low on bullets, think my time has come
A new shot sound, and down one went
Who was this one that came to aid me
Oh my God, it was my sweet Amy

He had her there with gun to head
Was me he wanted, murder in his heart
Out I stepped to face him man to man
But he would have none of that

Just then Amy turned and his face hit
Took my chance and went for gun
We shot it out face to face right there
True my aim was, dead he bit the dust

From everywhere people came talking all at once
The boy he came with buckboard loaded
And Amy I helped aboard ready for leaving
There was but one thing left to do

With disgust on my face I surveyed the crowd
None dared to match my stare
Plucked the badge from my shirt
Threw it at their feet right into the dust

Mounted buckboard and took the reins
Off we went not a single look back
Down the trail there is a new town
And with this come a new life

"2012" Questions

Theres a planet "Nibiru",
Some call it just " X ",
That leaves many scientists
and scholars perplexed,
Did it pass earths path?,
Sometime in her past?,
Did the dinosaurs dissapear?,
Because of the blast?,
Did a world wide flood,
Cover the globe?,
Did the Akkadians scribe
the information on gold?
Did the aztecs know,
And carve it in stone?
Atlantis, Lumeria,
Where did they go?
Are Aliens here?
Because "They" know its near?
Or should I forget my fears
And have another beer?,
Since nothing supposed to happen,
Till the end of next year!

Heavens Wine

From the stairway to heaven
to this crystal stream
Wine coloured doves decend
on this forest dream
Lay down my love on leaves
of gold
From angels vials pour
dreams untold
Lay down my love in this
ethereal light
Touch my soul in this
mystic night
Let all creatures chant
to rhyme
While we sip from vials
of heavens wine~

Coming Home From Sea

On a dark stormy night
slipping into berth
A cold harbor winds blow
The boat makes lines
Fast to a foggy pier
After many days at sea
Bouncing choppy tides
Walking up the hill
Streetlamps glow dull
Their gloomy shadows
Swaggering sea legs
My tired body aches
Boots glisten white
still crusted with salt
Washed by steady drizzle
counting footsteps off
Across wet cobblestone
Reach my little house
It sits up all alone
On top of Harbor Hill
With many pleasent views
Lush with ivy hangs
Down brick chimney side
The evening flower blooms
Of late night blossoms
Inside a soft latern glows
The smell of scented candles
Wafting out open window
Where fire baked bread cools
Mixing together a sweet aroma
She's sings old hymns softly
Stiring finishing touches
Spices fresh fish chowder
Steaming warmly over stove
Six long weeks at sea
Adrift on roiling tides
Fade away like memories
washing off the salty brine
Of creased and crevaced skin
Now hands and face are pink
After soaking in a hot tub
With healing herbal oils
Soon I will feel the sweet
Touch of my lover's lips
As gently she will sroke
My naked body like a feather

Knight of Darkness

Blood moon rising in the midnight sky
She lies waiting…
The wolves are nearing
She can hear their thirst
Echoes of hunger tell of his presence
He is Closer….
Tonight is the night
My master will come to me…
Shadows disappear in the fog
Thundering hooves break the silence
I am coming my sweet
He whispers on the wind…
Immortal beloved
I will kneel before you
And drink your seductiveness
Into my veins
Your soul will become mine
Lovers for all eternity…
Death abandons us…

Black Hole

What if
We are like two
Super galaxies
Sharing the night sky
For you and I
Still searching
Waiting for our light
Path to cross
And come together
As one
Into your
Black hole
I want to go

ONE BREATH OF KNOWLEDGE

ONE BREATH OF KNOWLEDGE

Baby tell me everything I need to know in one single breath
Describe to me having phun, having plans and having a child
Tell me in one long deep breath all about life and death
And how I should live with ease and stop living in the wild

In one solitary breath tell me to leave the forest for some tiny town
With one breath tell me precisely what it is I need to do
In one breath tell me to stop running around and to cool it and calm down
Take one oxygen granting breath and tell me all about the beauty of you

Simply lay down beside me and with only one breath begin to speak
Instruct me in what I need to finally and at last succeed
In one and only one breath teach me how to help the lame and the weak
Please baby, as naked as you are reveal all the meager things I really need

Don’t take another breath as you proscribe the way I should live
Tell me whether I’ll live or die if I don’t settle down somewhere
Describe to me the feeling if I stopped taking and learned how to give
Baby, in one soulful breath make everything I need to know crystalline clear

About this poem:
THIS IS A POEM WRITTEN BY THE HANDS OF SELFISH LADIES WHO
TAKE MEN'S FEELINGS FOR GRANTED
THE WOMEN WHO WATCH THE CLOCK RATHER THAN THE
SENENETY OF A LAKE
THE ONES WHO HAVE NO INTENTION OF GIVING
BUT ARE EXPERTS IN HOW TO TAKE
SIGNED BY ONE WHO GIVES MUCH NORE THAN HE TAKES!

Precocious Love

Like precious flowers
Before a magnolia leafing
Love could not avoid
such furious passion bleating
With boundless energy
The heart of a cheetah
I met a goddess from
The plains of Machida
Her eyes were shining
Like dark green sapphires
Her voice flowing notes
Like the sound of a lyre
Her thick hair raven black
Falling to her knees
Her beauty beyond any
Searching all seven seas
She made me weak
My lust so atrocious
Feeling my heart
Beating so ferocious

VIKING 2.......Part 1.....

Stygian layers, almost intangible….. Merging…Shifting,
Dark on dark, like quicksand, sinking, lifting,
Time and distance bending,
Creating a place of no substance, beginning or ending.
Evil incarnate, two colours of black,
Two dimensions joining, back to back.
Re-opening now the forbidden door,
Once thought to be sealed forever more.
Prince of Myrkwood, with Prince of darkness meeting,
After a wager that one lost by cheating.
Now in the liquid swirling darkness,
Two plotting how their combined evil to harness,
To bring their revenge, that they think will be so sweet,
Upon a Viking and Elf, that had won the last battle, in a way so neat,
Also upon Odin himself, whose helping hand had been clear,
Plotting too, how to bring him near.
Two thinking, the reason for their losing,
That the wager was at a time and place, not of their choosing.
This time, battle would be joined far above the ground,
Where little comfort for humankind can be found.
And so with much hate,
Two plan to set the trap with bait.
It being forbidden for a God to fight,
Directly with the Prince of night,
They gamble, that Odin will the Viking send,
Once more his honour to defend,
Now it seems, Vikings short lived peace will be no more,
Mayhem will rule, as two sides go to war,
And this time they wish Odin’s loss to be hard,
For they want no less than the keys to his beloved Asgard!

Again...it is now in this time,
Though, follow another line,
The future, yet now...The past for others,
On a little island, a band of Viking brothers,
This, for their leader, a sleeping, waking dream,
Blurring the boundaries, so things are not quite as they seem,
And further back, now a different time, an Elf sits on the windowsill,
Casting a spell to stop the creeping darkness that is....
Myrkwood......Still

Legend of Mara (Part L)

He drifted on the sea for days. He was starting to really suffer from thirst when a sudden downpour filled a bucket with fresh clean water. The rain hit his sail and ran down straight into the bucket. He quenched his thirst and once again thought that the Gods must be looking out for him. As to why they would he had no idea. He was thankful to be still alive and not eaten by the ants. It seemed that he was picked up by a rapid current and carried to who knew where.

He was not sure of the number of days but he became aware that he was approaching land. What beautiful land it seemed to be. As far as the eye could see there was trees and shrubs. Between them he could even see splashes of bright colours from unknown flowers. There were trees there he had never seen before. The current was taking him to a river entrance. It seemed that the tide must have been coming in as it carried him upstream.

It seemed that he had been carried for miles upstream when the Skuddle gently beached itself. Carefully he disembarked. He could hear strange noises all around him. Some sounds were similar to the woods from back home and others were totally alien. But there was something there in the distance that he could almost make out. Something that in this place was totally out of place. Surely it could not be. Impossible.

Slowly he headed towards the sound. He would have no peace unless it was investigated. The closer he got the less he believed it. Human voices, not just human voices but they spoke in a language that he could understand. How was this at all possible. As he broke into a clearing what met his eyes left him speechless. There stood the Meeting Hall from Hamburg. Well almost all of it, people were still assembling some of it. It seemed that he had found what had happened to Hamburg.

"Volker, is that you Volker?" spoke an old woman. She appeared short, fat and wizened. As she approached him she shuffled barely managing to put one foot in front of the other. "Volker it is you."

Suddenly it was as if the shutters dropped from his eyes and he could see. "Gresunda how is it possible. I saw you die. You were swept under the water into the cliffs and you never surfaced. How could you be here alive?"

Tears were streaming down both their faces as they embraced. All these wasted years each thinking the other was gone.
