Old were the bones
Found washed up
On the shore
Lost in the sea
Many years ago
Long after was life
Was empty of light
Buried under sand
No longer cold
As the deep sea
Now basking in the sun
Lying on the beach
Next to me once more

Is anybody out there
There there…
What’s wrong with me
This must be
Can’t see beyond Lee
Can anybody help me
Strong I must be
Hope can’t see
Does anyone love me
It can’t be
Look to see
Hidden me
Somebody see
I’m lost ultimately
To be
Lonely

Anger
Depression
What’s In your mind
I need to know
Get out of mine
Do you feel the same
Hope so, don’t think so
Smiling and laughing on face book
Why so much to me
Why so one sided
The age the stature
The looks
The body
My performance
Phantom phone and text
In my mind it excites
Back to reality
Gone
Never coming back
Phone deadly silent
I need
Wait for days
I don’t need
I’m still waiting
Please come back
Where are you
My reflection
No end in sight

Why do you need someone to touch you to feel again.
Surely that is not a requirement to feel alive.
I don't need anyone to be able to function, I never have, because everyone will always leave.
So why now?
Yes I know the psychology behind it, I am a nurse, so I get it.
So after losing a child, a father, a sister, and getting divorced twice...it makes no sense now..this numb feeling is so strange.
In order to give to others you need to have something to give, there's always been a lot to give, but today if you cut me open I wouldn't even bleed.
Love yourself first I am told, but where did I go.
I am a house full of Xmas lights and if you switch on the lights inside the Xmas lights will go off, so you leave the inside in darkness.

The strength of a man is not seen in the width of his shoulders, it is seen in the width of arms that surround him.
A man's strength is not in the deep tone of his voice. It is in the delicate words you whisper.
A man's strength is not measured by how many friends he has. It is measured in how good a friend you are with your children.
A man's strength is not how he is respected at work. It is in how it is respected at home.
A man's strength is not in the hair on his chest. It is in the heart within your chest.
A man's strength is not in how many women he has loved. It is whether he can truly love a woman.
A man's strength is not in how hard he hits. It's how lovingly he touches.
A man's strength is not in the weight he can lift. It is in the burden that you can understand and overcome.

The chirping goes on and on
As gentle rain showers fall
Hunters in the moonlight prowl
Everything grows silent now
Then slowly one by one they go
As soon as danger has past
Till once again across the meadow
That chorus of crickets grow
Moaning that late summer sorrow
Unseen into darkness bellows
When our eyes rest our ears follow
September's gathering clans
Till a mind rests as one of them
Growing sleepy in the hollows
Till first frost spoil all their plans
When growing winds will whistle
Across the tops of drying thistles
Till that first soft blanket of snow

I’m at the gate
Waiting, bright is the house
On the boundary I lean
Seeing the happy, smiling people at home
Does anyone notice, I’m calling
Was I ever there
Here I am in the dark, silent
please
I’m cold, my legs getting tired
How much longer can I stand
Alone looking in
Does anybody see me
What’s wrong with me
I would like to say hello
My voice is gone
It’s been so long
They’ve moved on
Forgotten

Climb into my mind,
But be careful, if you walk down the wrong path you can get Lost.
Sink into my bloodstream,
But make sure you get to My heart, if I get hurt you could just spill out onto the floor.
Walk into My Aura,
But make sure you repair the damage with rainbow colour.
Or, I could just imagine that you saw me inside my mind, found my heart and held it, and that you broke all the barriers and put lights inside the darkness.
That would be safer, that I could handle for now.
But ohh how amazing if you were real.

I want to cry with you
Hold you
I want to feel your pain
Really feel your soul
Nothing to gain
I want to spread my arms
Look into your eyes
Feel your tears, hear your cries
If I could I would
Make the pain cease to be
In a world filled with misery
I want to cry with you
I want to feel your pain
Really feel your soul
Nothing to gain
I want to hold you
Die with you
Feel your tears
Feel your fears
Close your eyes and you will see
This is how it has to be
For you and me
Suffering derailed
Love prevailed
Forever more
We soar

My deepest thoughts on Loving people. Love is the only currency in this world and we seem to be far, far from that today.
