I've seen a few different stories surrounding the release of Trump's “Never Surrender High Top” sneakers.
So far, it's only one he used to unveil at Sneaker Con, autographed and sold for $9,000. Several pairs were listed in eBay in the 6 figure range, but it's reported they haven't materialized.
One of my friends worked in a warehouse for a company who supplied audio and video equipment. He got employee discounts and resold the stuff to us. That's how I could afford the sound system. At one time I went from a Marantz 2270 stereo receiver with 2 Dynaco A25 speakers to quadraphonic Marantz 4270, quad Shure cartridge and 4 Dynaco A25's.
That was more than 50 years ago and if I remember, there weren't may records formatted for quad sound so I went back to stereo.
Then who is your valid news source? While you poo-pooed the link I provided because it came from MSNBC, it ONLY had Attorney General Letitia James making a public statement at the conclusion of the trial, there was NO commentary by anyone at MSNBC. That same clip could have been posted by ANY news source. Would you have complained if it was recorded by FOX?
Let's make this clear... for the record, Trump's business was already found guilty of fraud. The trial was only to determine the amount of penalty. In their research they found transactions that weren't reported. What was it $40 million in cash transfers?
BIGDADDY... I found the PERFECT way to support BILLIONAIRE Donald Trump:
Stand with Trump and donate to his GoFundMe account. Intended to raise $355,000,000 at the time of this posting already has raised $265,066. One guy already donated $5,000.
Gal, here's a tiny sample of the fraud that went on in the "World of Trump"
Trump paid significantly lower property taxes on Mar-a-Lago when in 1995 he signed "Deed of Conservation and Preservation" in which he gave up the right to use Mar-a-Lago for any purpose other than as a social club.
He was only permitted to be there as a guest for 2 weeks in a calendar year. If you recall, he contested this while president.
Trump, the judge wrote, "insisted that he believed Mar-a-Lago is worth 'between a billion and a billion five' today, which would require not only valuing it as a private residence, which the deed prohibits, but as more than the most expensive private residence listed in the country by approximately 400%."
Again, value and devalue as to avoid taxes and inflate assets.
You've got it bad, don't you and that's not a question.
Nothing wrong, you say. The courts feel different about corporate tax evasion. Did you ever hear of it? I say Allen Weisselberg wasn't in finance. He must have been Trump's chef and that's why he went to prison. It's called cooking the books. He like Don Jr, Eric and Ivanka all had amnesia while testifying. As a rule, when the prosecution asks a question to a defendant, they usually have the information/answer prior to asking.
I love it when you talk about swamp as these fellows come to mind:
I've seen 10 new upgraded profiles, but the banner is only on the pages with other members (new and who's online) if you click one of these profiles, there's no way (that I have seen) indicating they upgraded.
I googled "Hot swapping a SIM card" with lots of different opinions and found some explaining electrical and static charges could/would adversely affect both the phone and SIM.
One good response stated the phone won't recognize a new SIM until it gets rebooted. Why would you not want to turn the phone off to reboot.
The salesman in the first store forced a reboot with the power already on. At that point it was too late as the new SIM was damaged when he inserted it.
Both Eric and Don Jr must also pay more than $4 million apiece, including interest.
CFO Allen Weisselberg was ordered to pay a $1 million penalty.
Ivanka Trump, who like her 2 brothers had amnesia when testifying on the case, said she couldn't recall many of the interactions/transactions she oversaw while being executive vice-president of the Trump Organization. Noted, Ivanka got through this unscathed.
Judge Engoron handed down a judgment in a 92-page decision today. This ruling is one of the largest corporate sanctions in New York history. As expected, Trump has vowed to appeal. I read that it's predicted appeal after appeal and to declare bankruptcy.
I'm not sure why Taylor Swift appears in the news several times daily. I know she tours often and had a number one album, but I haven't seen or heard any of her videos. Is she so talented that I should research her?
My cousin was rehearsing with the guitarist yesterday when I stopped by to copy some of his music sheets. He's got a book of song lyrics with chord notations and programming notes for his drum machine.
The danger is... it's mostly hand written and it's his only copy.
I'll scan the entire book and make PDF's so if the book 'goes missing' ten years of music transcription isn't lost.
Sometimes, he plays gigs outside and the notes have to be clipped to a music stand so they don't blow in the wind. We talked about putting in on a tablet. I've got one with a 10" screen and will see if that's suitable. Alphabetically indexed so it's easy to find when there's a song request.
I see lots of suggestions are needed related to stage presence, organization for cleaning up wired connections that will make things go smoother.
Is Niacin a double-edged sword...
