Ahhh... another comment from someone who only comes to my blogs to hit & run.
It's all about the perception.
To write a blog describing a situation where a woman got angry simply because someone moved her shopping cart doesn't make me the whiner... and you know that. But, if it made you feel better jabbing me (as you always to on my blogs) then have a happy Sunday.
I'll in the middle of food preparation for a BBQ later this morning. Back later ~~
Not true... Trump supporters are mesmerized. If Trump called them morons to their faces, they would all cheer him.
Whining is a Republican trait.
If you don't believe me, look at Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene who complained that she made more money in the private sector. No one is twisting your arm. Go back!
Bentlee, you need to brush up on your comprehension skills.
The tourist/snowbird season is over. The woman was a local. She blocked the aisle. A man moved her cart out of the way. She thought he was rude and said so. She saw that I watched the whole thing and must have become paranoid checking back to see if I was following her.
I think I left out 2 others... A four key B chanter from Bruce Childress A four key Bb chanter from Brad Angus. I think the B chanter I originally got from him wouldn't tune up and he traded the Bb.
So, the search goes on... "Witnesses are telling prosecutors that Donald Trump had a habit of showing classified documents to visitors at his private Mar-a-Lago club, according to a new Washington Post report."
Who knows who got to see top secret and classified documents when Trump was showing them off, or as noted in other news stories... negotiated information with foreign governments.
Jessica Watkins — a military veteran from Ohio who founded a militia in the area — was sentenced Friday to 8 and a half years in prison for her role in the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack.
I've heard old recordings of Rogge sets and they were great. Rogge probably started with a D set inspired from Rowsome dimensions. His craftsmanship is flawless, but it's been many years since I abandoned the instrument. My guess is he's got a few apprentices doing most of the work now.
At one point I owned a 5 key narrow bore D half set from Geoff Wooff when he lived in Australia. A four key D practice set from Neil O'Grady, Canada A four key C chanter from Seth Gallagher, New York A four key B chanter from Brad Angus, Washington A four key practice set from Bruce Childress, Maine A four key full set (in silver) from Bruce Childress, Maine A four key D full set from Ian Mackenzie, Australia A keyless narrow bore D chanter from Davy Stephenson, England
They feel empowered to do so... I noticed it in High-school where those who came from families with money, picked on those who didn't. One friend had tattered jeans that his mother stitched up and one of the football stars cornered him in the hallway saying "I used to wear clothes like that, until my dad got a JOB!" Same concept.
I'm up to the part where phat is connecting Hillary, Russians and Durham... but, I haven't seen the connection as to why Stewart Rhodes was sentenced to 18 years.
I read today that DeSantis intended to make his announcement on an audio only social media platform with an expected audience of 700,000 but after 20+ minutes of technical delays, his audience dwindled to half that amount.
Pipes come in different stages: The chanter (music stick) is the main instrument and that requires a bag and bellows. Those 3 pieces are called a practice set. After, the piper would add 3 drones for accompaniment. Probably a few years later, add 3 regulators that each have keys to press for playing chords.
Here is an example of a 'full set' from a pipemaker in Germany:
When I have my phone turned to vibrate (ringer off) and it's a few feet away, the sound of the dragging chair is similar to the phone rattling on the desk... especially if I'm playing music at a moderate volume. I always glance over to see if it's an incoming message or my neighbor dragging the chair for lunch!
I'm in a good, but bluesy mood today listening to some YouTube music. Free is one of my favorite bands. Formed in 1968 and originally billed as a blues group from London.
The original members were: Paul Rodgers on vocals, Paul Kossoff on guitar, Andy Fraser on bass, Simon Kirke on drums.
Oh, you're so rude...
