I disagree. Lamenting does not need to be part of the success. Indeed, it only delays success. One can admit they are currently having difficulty accomplishing something and use that as inspiration to gleefully devise a better way. That's the opposite of "acknowledging you can't do something you want to." It's instead saying I CAN DO THIS IF......
I'm not saying one can't be successful by lamenting first. But, it delays success, and is NOT a necessary first step, and the longer one laments, the longer one takes to find solutions.

cc - You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Since genes are not altered in the vaccinated, it is NOT "gene therapy". And YES, it IS a vaccine. Indeed, the vaccinated produce an immune response, which is the goal of the vaccine. That immune response is multilayered, triggering not only the production of antibodies, but several other levels of T cell responses as well.
Getting back to the topic of the blog, the cell line that was used during the development of the Covid-19 vaccines has been used with many other vaccines. The origin of the cell line is from an aborted fetus. The fetus was not aborted with the purpose of vaccine development. But permission was given. I don't see a problem with that. People every day get organ transplants from people who have died. It saves the lives of the living. This cell line has partially helped save the lives of millions of people. I don't see that as a bad thing. After I am dead, I hope my body will help save the lives of others. In a way, part of me will live on. The only realistic prove-able life after death.

However, if Trump isn't in jail, AND the Republican Party is dumb & dishonest enough to select Trump as their candidate, WHOEVER the Democrats run will beat Trump (again). Most of the people in the USA now realize how dangerous it is to have Trump in power and will be motivated to again prevent him from re-gaining power.
Perhaps that's to entice the clueless Trump supporters to bet on him. "Look, he's the favorite". As the trial verdicts roll in, those odds will plummet and they'll be locked in at 40%.
z - it was natural to focus on the most vulnerable first, the elderly and those with pre-existing maladies. However, with the Delta variant they are witnessing a much higher rate of children getting sick from the virus.
That's terrific z. By 90%, does that mean 90% of the adults, or is that the entire population including children ? We are only beginning to get children vaccinated against Covid-19. They can be a reservoir of the virus and rapidly spread it to others.
