RE: USA's Presidential Election 2016.

The whole American voting system is strange, based as it was on the America of the1800's, it has failed to move with the times. So the popular vote gets ignored and the electoral college vote gets accepted. That would be okay if the electoral college was above manipulation.

Interesting that this election result is a reverse of the Obarma Election, Except that today the republicans say it is a fair and just system, a complete U turn from their comments 8 years ago.

RE: The People Has Spoken: Trump our new Leader

Technically he is not the President, he is the President-elect. And he could lose that position if he loses his upcoming court cases.

Never let facts get in the way of "truth".

RE: New site changes

nerd thumbs up Sad reallyblues

RE: Which Do You Think is More Important: Unconditional Love or Love with Conditions

But you put conditions in your profile, age, religion etc, so one can make an educated guess that you would expect certain idealism in a mate, therefore any love you have for another is absolutely bound by conditions.

As has been said, there is no romantic unconditional love, only that between a child and parent dog and master.

RE: Missing Americans

You say they are not all the same, but from outside America, we can see from your choice of president-elect, that in fact, you all are the samedunno

RE: Clinton vs Trump: The Race Is STILL ON!

Exactly, and the constitution states clearly that no state can leave without federal clearance.

Texas has been trying to claim sovereignty since the 1800's, and failed, nothing has changed in the constitution since that time, so the whole concept is hogwash, Texas is now and always will be, a part of the Union, get used to it rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing

RE: We need chat room

I already did thatdoh laugh laugh

I fail to understand the point of a chatroom, tiny sentences all mixed up, never knowing who is talking to who, and most of the conversations are unbelievably boring.

RE: We need chat room

Why? The forum is bad enough, a chat room would just deplete those that use the forum now, may as well close CS completely.

Post some threads and get chatting on the forum, that way people get a far better idea of the true personality, rather than the "hidden behind a screen" chat. IMO of course.

I hate chatrooms

RE: The Brits are building wall!!...

The problem is no longer immigrants, it's the lies and misinformation spread by a media that is rotten to the core.

A media that uses its power to control the masses is media the world would be better rid of, the lies and twisted facts being published today is just mind boggling, and sadly, we just have no way to know who to believe.

Trump will cause a WWIII
Hilary will die in a few months
Duterte has murdered thousands
T.May has sold the UK to China

None of the above are true, yet the media is forcibly making the public believe these fairy stories are true, by twisting real facts and mis quoting statements.

When will it end??

RE: My Genration

I quite like some rap, as the use of language as a language to express emotions and feelings is often better than any other spoken language, but I don't feel it is "Music" in the sense that we can call Mike Oldfield and Mozart musicians, they created music using instruments designed to make music. I don't think Eminem or T-ice etc could be called musicians.
To me, Rap should have its own genre and name, like Beat Poetry, it is more towards the poetic than musically aligned in my opinion. But without doubt, it should not be dismissed and much is amazing too.

RE: Hil Clintons health deteriorating fast; Obama DHS plan to unconstitutionaly take charge of elections

Yes far better to use conspiracy and joke media sitesdoh

RE: The Brits are building wall!!...

Actually the "wall" is a replacement for a fence alongside a main road, to stop illegally gaining access to vehicles crossing over to England.
It won't be built by the British, but the French, but will be partly financed by the UK government.

The real facts!!!

RE: Historical Text of Donald Trumps Criminal Illegal Alien Speach.

More BS for the gullible, who on earth believes what this man says, he must be getting lessons from Hilary to lie so well!

RE: What would you do if you were in my position? I am currently working and have a job that stresses me

Or a 57 year old man wanting live-in 17 year olds, who earns $150,000 and pays £1000 for inexperienced "work"!!!

RE: What would you do if you were in my position? I am currently working and have a job that stresses me

It is illegal in the UK to advertise age specific jobs.

You broke the law

I made it a policy not to employ EU criminals.

RE: JUST BE READY FOR HILLARY

what with the OP and the bible thumper, seems that America is doomed, whomsoever gets electeddoh

RE: Is Trump Delusional or just plain Crazy!

I think, having read so many threads over the years, you can see a certain pattern appear, those who are here for fun, interest and friendship and some, who have no real social life, and find that using social media a way to get the attention they fail to achieve in their real life!

RE: The evolution of CS...

Thanks for that Con, brings back many memories reading some of the achieved threadsthumbs up thumbs up

RE: Recent accident--

You must remember Deputy Dawg, he's a Cheif of Police now.

RE: Hillary experienced a "Short Circuit"...

The Jews are far too intelligent to select such idiots as leaders, more likely the Mexicans choice.laugh

RE: Hillary experienced a "Short Circuit"...

322 million people in the US of A, and they come up with Trump /Clinton as their choice of leader.

Says a lot about the voting public.

God help the world!!!

RE: IS FRANCE BEING PUNISHED FOR BUILDING MORE MOSQUES?

Was Bush a Liberal democrat?

PS no Christians were thrown to the lions in the colosseum, that is just Hollywood's version

RE: Where to go for a holiday alone?

Might want to rethink thatsad flower

RE: Where to go for a holiday alone?

You could try Malta, they seem fairly flexible regarding visa requirements, although you would need to enquire locally to be certain.
It's a beautiful Island, lovely people, good food and fantastic place to just relax.
Flights from less than £400 from Baku

RE: Permanent Summer Olympics in Greece???

Sounds like another GREEK with a chip on his shoulder, who suggested buying their way into Greece? Perhaps you can hand back the billions given to Greece through the EU and go it alone? Or just continue to bite the hand that feeds you!!
All that has been suggested is that an international sporting event, that originates in Greece, may be in a better position to continue, if it had a permanent base, rather than countries getting into serious debt/lack of safety/ running out of time to hold the event.

RE: Permanent Summer Olympics in Greece???

With the state of affairs regarding Brazil and Qatar, it won't be long before the Olympics is shutdown.
Unless a solution is found that cuts down the immense cost of hosting the event.

Molly, I take your point and cannot disagree, the Greeks have proved to be totally unreliable and corrupt. But, maybe by having a management that has the games at heart rather than the country, they may have better control.

Maybe France is a good location, after all without Pierre De Couberton, there would be no modern Olympics.

RE: Permanent Summer Olympics in Greece???

Why no? The Olympics cost too much money for a single country to bare, it makes a huge amount of sense to move to a permanent arena in Greece, that can be maintained by all the competing countries, at a fraction of the cost. Also, the facilities could be used in the non-competing years as a practice centre, hired out to teams.

Why do you think differently? Interested people need to know grin

RE: Permanent Summer Olympics in Greece???

It's an old idea, sadly not one of the Olympic management agree. They would lose money I guess

RE: leave = brexit consequences

Why should anyone trust you? You live in Norfolk FFS!!!

Boris will get the whole thing finailised in a matter of weeks, and then the real celebrations will begin, starting with waving goodbye to those north of border.

The savings from the getting rid of Scotland/EU will pay for a wonderful future for England and Britain.

I may even return to the UK myself!!

Did you know?

I'll record you when I get to stay the night
