I love to write medieval poetry and feel these journeys are somehow a part of my soul; one of its memories. It would explain a lot. If for a moment, I drew thee into this web of intrique and made thee believe, then my task is complete. Blessed be!~

Update 4/2020: I wrote this a year ago February not knowing what was going to happen in the world in the last few months. Eerily it makes one feel right now with COVID-19 "Is the World Still Out There?" being so isolated. Feb. 2019: Sometimes I get daydreaming a beautiful dream and block out the world. Finally when I return to reality - it will be so quiet that I have to look outside to see if the world is still there.

This poem came to me today and I feel it reflects some thoughts regarding a recent vision quest. I traveled last week to the Ancient Redwood Forest in Ca, and saw incredible things there that set my mind reeling. I went there for an inward glance and some answers. A fantasy sonnet about dinosaurs being 'true angels' once living on our planet and down through the ages we mortals have arose but are still waiting their return. It's kind of a strange poem even for my standards not to take anything away from Botticelli who so inspires me with his "Birth of Venus", but maybe he got it all wrong?? :))
I wrote this one 10-17-94, just barely over two months after I "turned on, tuned in, and dropped out" and went to Woodstock '94! lol Putting this in here, I thought it might put a little change of climate into some readers minds. Something wild and out of the ordinary, perhaps?
