struggling within

perfection we strive
imperfect we are
colorful blindness
darkness were in
outter limits
high as it is
achieving our best
struggling to succeed
looking within
a beating heart
love is all
that there is

Simply me

I no longer wonder why
You did not want me
I am who I am
Simply unique, like potpourri

Someday, Someone
Will love my unique fragrance
Adore me, cherish me
Awakening my inner radiance

The thrill of the chase

With a wink from her eye
and a lick on her lips
she throws him a smile
and blows him a kiss.
daring him on
she lifts up her skirt
if you want me my sweetie
ya gotta catch me first.

Heart beating wildly
he's determined to win
this wild crazed creature
will belong to him.
jumping to his feet
it's time that i catch her
or i am not who i am
the almighty hunter.

Becoming breathless
she leaps over rocks
laughing running scared
in fear of been caught.
adding to the excitement
she leaves a trail as she goes
one by one
she rips off her clothes.

He follows her laughter
he picks up her garments
with a whiff from them
he now has her scent.
taking to his feet
he rips off his shirt
i'll catch this so called witch
who seems to have me cursed.

Stillness and silence
to be heard not a sound
he pounches and leaps
capturing her to the ground.
she struggles to escape
resisting and fretting
she wants oh" she wants
but she cannot let him.

Parting her lips
she welcomes him with a smile
he smirks to himself
victorys mine.
felt trapped in a corner
she lashes a claw
starteld he stumbles
she's escaped once more.

Wounded and shatterd
in looseing his prey
he goes home defeated
tomorrow's a new day.
she returns where she came from
a cave full of fear
knowing not to be ones prey
she won't become the hunter.

in love

when we feel it
should we reveal it?
is it safe to say?

if we know it
must we show it?
would it really be okay?

can we see it?
and can we be it
without driving it away?

have we been there?
that warm place where
a moment lasts as though a day

are our hearts loudly beating?
are our bodies quickly heating
til all our instincts won't obey?

are we gaining responsiveness?
a lapsing state of consciousness
loosing our spirits, come what may
...
...
it's my advice
to never think twice
just let our emotions be free

the meaning
of our leaning
to how wonderful it could be

as two together
be fair or foul weather
just so long as we are we

far past the twelvth of never
our love shall ring out forever
our sighs of content where all may see

that we are as one
it's only begun
we shall use eternity

to sing out our wondrous love
under starry skies above
for I love you...and you love me

How have I known you?

I never heard you til
I heard the kindness
in your voice
Never knew your compassion
til you cared for me in
sickness
Never saw the beauty in you
til you sacrificed your desires
for another
Never saw your patience til you
weathered my angry storms
Never knew you cared til you
visted me in jail
Never knew your faith til I
found you praying on your
knees
Never knew your mind til I
saw the wisdom in your
character
Never knew your touch til you
quelled my haunting fears
Never knew your kiss til
it dried these lonely tears~

YOU, ONLY YOU!

You, only you of all the endless world
Can bring a joy to me one ever brought,
Make life a paradise on earth for me,
My only hope in life to burden lift.
Life dealt me blows so hard to bear,
A test of fortitude it was, but I don’t care.
Joy was denied me, was in fact a fruitless toil,
To fail in life, I guess, is not a feat to boast,
Live means to love and to be loved in turn.

Kisses Among The Columbine

My mind takes me to the place of our dreams
High in the mountains where cold water springs
From little rock crannies where the Columbine grows
Beside a small pool, that nobody knows.

Perfume of the pines, sweet on the air
Alpine meadow flowers entwined in my hair
Placed there as gently as an angel's touch
By the calloused hands I love so much.

The taste of your lips pressed to my own
There in the mountains our true love had grown
We'd lie on our backs, staring up at the sky
To watch soft, fluffy clouds meandering by.

Or behind the stars that appeared in the blue
Close enough to pick in the heavens for you
And put them into your gentle blue eyes
To see them twinkle like the lovely night skies.

As you laid me down on a pallet so cool
And placed on my finger a hand plaited jewel
Of unbraided pine needles so strong it held fast
An unbroken promise that our love would last.

And so it did from that time to this
And now I will give you my parting kiss
By God dear cowboy, our ride has been the best!
Now you'll lie down for this long final rest.

I'll join you one day at our spread in the sky
And we'll watch his dear angel fluttering by
But not even heaven could ever compare
To our wild mountain home with it's clear mountain air.

it is not me

It’s not me
Who makes coffee
In your kitchen
In the morning

And coffee aroma
Wakes you up
Stretching softly
Like a bear

After night scent of
Mint
Wild thyme
And lavender
Still sleepy
You dream
Slowly

Because
I do not have
Belle body
Or young d’esprit
I am not a mixture
Neither elegance and simplicity
Nor fantasy and humor

And carpe diem
I know
Only from books

So now
It is not me
Who goes to you

Sweet fruit
Pick it up only
And taste It

WHAT WE NEED IS LOVE

When you’re with me I feel I’m up in heaven,
Just you and me, and all this boundless space.
For earth - it bends and sighs under this burden,
It is too small in scale to all our love embrace.

Earth is too small in scale to all our love embrace.
When you’re away, I’m nothing, just loose ends.
To tie ends up, for heart to fill with grace
I need your love, cause only love makes sense.

I need your love, cause only love makes sense,
I guess it’s time we chose which path to take,
For where we go when tired of earthly ways -
To where our love abides in restless wait.

About this poem:
How nice when there is someone waiting impatiently for you to come home, who truly loves you and wishes you well! For only this reason you have to thank God each and every minute of your life. To those who can not boast of such a blissful possession I wish good luck in finding love so that their lives are full with love to the brim!

fusion flowers

purple pulsing rose's blood,
in your words of love..
dying flowers ,in sand of times,
embraced lovers eternity,
elusive trace..keeping...
mine,fruit of desire,
to me..in a next life,
coming again and ever,
in the orchard of passion,
once again,bewitching my soul,
with some smile of lilac,
and indefinible esoteric spice..
lily of your valley,
delicate marriage..
your prawn body,
provocative emanations..
