Unmatched

Today I do not find an adequate start to dedicate some lines that make you blush, I seek in my conscience pieces of your personality that bring my muse back to inspiration, you are the daily work of my thoughts, that is the reason why I am full of you in a single breath, you are always present, you are always my present, I trust in the goodness of my heart to choose you as the heir of my life, help me to be happy, become yourself what is unknown of me, transform into that you never ignore, to know about you is to know love, to know you in not knowing everything. I open my mouth to pronounce you, but my weak spirit takes my hand to emphasize with emphasis these beats that oppose exile, I have to express you, I have to mutilate my sorrows with the sole purpose of extolling your soul, of what you lack is what that I will show off to the world. Many do not know you because you do not abound, but everyone wants you because you are unique.Humanize love, personify the passion, deliver that blue sky painted with kisses and happy dawns, is there with you where I want to inhabit, consume me I want to be your skin caring for your body, I want to be your love letter and always fall in love or be that infallible need to turn your nightmares into a beautiful love story. Let me be those tender arms that always help you and scare of you any suffering."I promise to be that happiness that you long to live forever happy"

Truly

There are foolish words, attitudes without value, irreproachable needs, guilt that does not need an owner, unnecessary cries that evoke the most intrinsic secrets that the past washed, days that do not require the rotation of the earth, thoughts that do not accompany precision and I am the one you do not have the world to be born again, I say yes to love even if you lack good Intensions, that near you I do not need the sea to see its waves when your my dear princess inspires everything to fly without wings. You make dawn sprinkle in a dying desert, you invite the sincere and our quietness, it is enough for you to let me dream of making you free. Happiness knows that you make me happy. With you, luck becomes mystical. You are certain that even the incredible fades, so even though there are paths that were never made, hearts that were never found, faces without sculpting, I will always say yes to your Love even without thinking of me.

Sirens Song and Odysseus - take two

As morning fog dissipates into clear thin air
the same goes one mythical, ancient isle
everyday sounds belie its entrapment
Sea birds by the thousands cry across open water
amplify distant shoreline percussions
plays upon the ears as approaching cannon fire
then quickly overtaken by thunderings overhead
Gnarling skies lowering hoist up demon waves
vibrations in the rigging wail with forebode
sailors choking in the froth and spray
severed from their sanity while pitched to and fro

Chords in C major snap in the middle
free-scaling notes reassemble themselves
into flats and sharps of the minor keys
recombined are re-imagined lyrical and vocal
Sirens song seductive seeking solace in the storm
final moments respite from this maelstrom of the mind
Regardless our hero having tied-to forward mast
his good ship's voyages, legacy and logs
entire fleet and faculty pulled in altogether
little else than bubbles fizzing top the surface
Sea birds calling across the open water

Totally in love

A look that's all it takes
To know that you care

A touch so soft and gentle
To know you will be always there

The glint in your eyes
Says it all

Your hand in mine
Radiates the warmth

All these things show me you care
Unconditional love truly is rare

Symphony of Tears

Symphony of Tears
(C) 16 11 2017
by Begine Luc

If tears became rivers
and rivers became sees
the world would be covered
all alone by me

If for each tear, each cry
was born a melody
Oh I would keep all the tune books
and make a symphony
a symphony for you

If problems
became presents
I should sure know what to do
How could you, leave me all the way
with all those tears inside

If for each tear, each cry
was born a melody
Oh I would keep all the tune books
and make a symphony
a symphony for you

If all my tune Books
could be a symphony
a symphony for you

If all my tune Books
could be a symphony

Casey at the Bat Lawrence Thayer

?

Casey at the Bat

BYERNEST LAWRENCE THAYER

A Ballad of the Republic, Sung in the Year 1888
The outlook wasn’t brilliant for the Mudville nine that day;
The score stood four to two with but one inning more to play.
And then when Cooney died at first, and Barrows did the same,
A sickly silence fell upon the patrons of the game.

A straggling few got up to go in deep despair. The rest
Clung to that hope which springs eternal in the human breast;
They thought if only Casey could but get a whack at that—
We’d put up even money now with Casey at the bat.

But Flynn preceded Casey, as did also Jimmy Blake,
And the former was a lulu and the latter was a cake;
So upon that stricken multitude grim melancholy sat,
For there seemed but little chance of Casey’s getting to the bat.

But Flynn let drive a single, to the wonderment of all,
And Blake, the much despised, tore the cover off the ball;
And when the dust had lifted, and men saw what had occurred,
There was Jimmy safe at second and Flynn a-hugging third.

Then from 5,000 throats and more there rose a lusty yell;
It rumbled through the valley, it rattled in the dell;
It knocked upon the mountain and recoiled upon the flat,
For Casey, mighty Casey, was advancing to the bat.

There was ease in Casey’s manner as he stepped into his place;
There was pride in Casey’s bearing and a smile on Casey’s face.
And when, responding to the cheers, he lightly doffed his hat,
No stranger in the crowd could doubt ’twas Casey at the bat.

Ten thousand eyes were on him as he rubbed his hands with dirt;
Five thousand tongues applauded when he wiped them on his shirt.
Then while the writhing pitcher ground the ball into his hip,
Defiance gleamed in Casey’s eye, a sneer curled Casey’s lip.

And now the leather-covered sphere came hurtling through the air,
And Casey stood a-watching it in haughty grandeur there.
Close by the sturdy batsman the ball unheeded sped—
“That ain’t my style,” said Casey. “Strike one,” the umpire said.

From the benches, black with people, there went up a muffled roar,
Like the beating of the storm-waves on a stern and distant shore.
“Kill him! Kill the umpire!” shouted some one on the stand;
And it’s likely they’d have killed him had not Casey raised his hand.

With a smile of Christian charity great Casey’s visage shone;
He stilled the rising tumult; he bade the game go on;
He signaled to the pitcher, and once more the spheroid flew;
But Casey still ignored it, and the umpire said, “Strike two.”

“Fraud!” cried the maddened thousands, and echo answered fraud;
But one scornful look from Casey and the audience was awed.
They saw his face grow stern and cold, they saw his muscles strain,
And they knew that Casey wouldn’t let that ball go by again.

The sneer is gone from Casey’s lip, his teeth are clinched in hate;
He pounds with cruel violence his bat upon the plate.
And now the pitcher holds the ball, and now he lets it go,
And now the air is shattered by the force of Casey’s blow.

Oh, somewhere in this favored land the sun is shining bright;
The band is playing somewhere, and somewhere hearts are light,
And somewhere men are laughing, and somewhere children shout;
But there is no joy in Mudville—mighty Casey has struck out.

The circle of life

When we are born, we enter the world. This my friends is the start of the circle of life. We get to know our parents and are spoilt by countless relatives. When we are toddlers, we learn to walk and talk. When we are children, we go to school and learn right from wrong. We may find ourselves lucky enough to have a sibling.

When we are teenagers, we decide which path we take for better or for worse. We leave our childhood behind and start to enter adulthood. We may find our first true love and learn to drive a cat and get our first taste of working in the workforce. When we are adults, we travel around. We may marry our childhood sweetheart or someone new and become parents ourselves.

When we are middle aged, we may become grandparents and spoil our children's children. We may think about retirement. When we are old, we start to slow down, this is the saddest part of life. We also know the end is near and therefore plan the next phase of our life in heaven. When we die, we know that the wheel of the circle of life will keep turning as we are not forgotten. This my friends is the circle of life.

About this poem:
I felt that our whole life cycle is called the circle of life. We are born, we go through childhood, the challenges of teenage life, through adulthood and one day when we're old, we die. But we are granted eternal life in heaven. God taught us that.
