I was wondering when they were going to raise the rates. With all the people involuntarily leaving the blogs, they need extra employees. Somebody has to pay for that.
A lot of wonderful stuff here. For myself, it is one thing to know this information and completely another thing to "apply" it to your life. I have found it takes getting out their and facing fears, taking some time to realize where you are going wrong, and then "applying" the exact information you have posted to you personal life.
Great info. I just heard something similar on the news today, about going with your instincts. They were interviewing the writer of the book, Spring Cleaning your Soul....or something like that.
He was saying (in effect) in order for us to connect with our souls, we need to break free from the perceptions that people who know us...have of us. He says we tend to act in accordance to these perceptions. Because of this, we do not connect with our souls. He encouraged the audience to use more of their instincts and gut feelings.
I think this kind of aligns with what you posted. If people can break free from the fear of being judged and be comfortable with who they are, one could think they would have the ability to become more spiritually connected with themselves.
I find it really baffling to listen to Fox and their take on things and then listen to MSNBC to get their take on things. To me, it is just a direct reflection of the immaturity/selfishness that is going on between the two major parties of our government.
There has always been differences between to two major parties of our government. But, they always seem to get together and make constructive decisions for our country. The way I see it, only after GW has politics become some sort of drama story.
I remember two key things from the GW era....first, Michael Moore's movie about our faulty healthcare system and GW's quote to his buddies saying...something to the effect that they were the, "have and have mores."
Whether you believe one side or the other with our political parties, there is a high likelihood there will be a feeling of resentment.
I like action and suspense movies. I went and seen the new Godzilla movie last night. :) It was okay. Even though it was in 3-D, it seems as if you seen one Godzilla movie, you seen them all. I think I am hard to please.
Those are the exact type of first messages I send women. You are right, at first, you do feel a little shame. But, after sending thousands of them, they begin to feel normal.
I should clarify my previous comment a little. I am not saying its any one gender's issue. Both men and women are involved in our families and our workforce. Perhaps our society today is seeing the results from inequity of the past. I do not think inequity should have existed in the first place and certainly should have not lasted so long.
I am all for equal rights for everyone. But, I do wonder with all the women entering the workforce, is the traditional family structure going to suffer? Now days there is a large number of divorces and a lot of single parent households. It seems to me, that society has taken a major change, and it happen rather quickly. Maybe it is for the better, but it certainly is different.
In addition, there also seems to be a shortage of jobs. With more people now in the workforce, this will lead to unemployment. One could even speculate, lower wages for everyone. Supply and demand...more supply of workers and lower demand for them, leads to less value of a worker = lower wages.
