Very true, Chris. I only wanted to be with him, the morals were there, etc.
But I guess my ex when tested, wanted it more than anything.

Thanks Cloud. I appreciate that. But trully, I think it is him that needs to learn the lesson. He lost it all through that affair.
I only learned to get stronger and walk tall.
Believe me, the anger was the worse stage. But by letting it out, I got better. Believe me, it was a miracle that happened when I was able to have lunch with him recently. That was nice comparing me to a gem.
I think he understood me, he just had to move on. Wish that he had done it a kinder way.
Cloud, we have disagreed but it seems like we clicked on this one.

Thanks Larry, ha, at the end, she made a fatal mistake. She demanded of him to pick her or me. That is not what you demand of a man. He said, me. He was tired of 2 women being pissed. I think he also was thinking, it would look better to get out of the affair.

I really wanted him to move out and get out of my hair. Enough was enough.

Contractors are not allowed to have affairs. As for him not getting fired, I think it could have been possible. He said at the time,
ha, I'm not going to get fired. The good old boys network is very much alive still.

I'm lucky he did not get fired. I would have lost 1/2 of his paycheck when he retired, it's 50/50 here in Virginia. So he get's part of my retirement also. We were also married 25 years, the same age as she was and my niece, he was 49. The whole affair was in such good taste.

True, women cheat on men. I would say here, alot of men seem to forget how to keep the love alive. But men get their wives pregnant, but how much do they help around the house with chores and cooking. The wife is working also. Seems like the guy has it made but not many women will go for that. There are such old fashioned ways as getting the wife flowers, taking her on a date, keeping the bed warm. But is he isn't doing his part, maybe the other women is doing the wife a favor. The wife can just get a divorce then from the S.O.B.

Any idea's. This is the background of the women who had an affair with my ex while working with him. The affair went on at the office.
Ha, he said he was doing overtime. I would say that is correct. He also got her pregnant twice, losing both. She was really after my life, they were going to get married, move into our house. But it didn't happen. I am over all the pain, hurt, anger. My ex and I can talk. In fact, I just adopted one of his cats. I found this new info out then.

Just trying to figure out why a 25 year old would have such a past?
I know that she was willing and the men were willing. But they were married and she was not.

She later admitted she has gone to counseling. When I was her age,
I was getting married. I have never wanted a married man. I have respect for the woman of the married man. I would not want someone going after my husband. But if he accepted the advances, it's both of their faults.

I can only think it is something psychological, plus wanting money, and being taken care of. Before my ex, she the mistress of a married man for 3 years and got pregnant. They broke up because he did not want his wife to know.

I disagree with what you say. Maybe some women do here, but the most don't. Do you think the men in CS would let women dish them all the time? Would not they leave?

I think so, he did not sit for long and when I did see him again, he was walking out fast, like he could not slow down, but he had gone somewhere in the library after he had left the computer area.

I agree, Rock, you never know about those happenings. My niece lives in Los Angeles and they got 100 MPH winds. That is not normal.
Plus, we had 2 Earthquakes in the Fall. Where I was at, it just shook.
But in the District of Columbia, a beautiful Cathedral was damaged.

This made my day yesterday. I was at the library using a computer.
A guy comes up and gets on a computer. I noticed he looked around before he started. He wasn't on long, but he got everyone's attention.
He stood up and said "I hope a Asteroid crashes down on all of you".
None of had said a thing to him and we didn't after that. After he left, I looked and several people were stunned like me and trying not to laugh.

Oh, such lovely people to deal with these days, ha.

Hey Jac, Wile has licked me, but not very much. He uses all the Dobe tricks to get attention, bumping you with his nose. Or use his head to knock my hand while on the keyboard. I've been getting on him about that.

I think he could sense the Kiwi didn't want to touch him or my cat or get licked. It wasn't fear. It just got to the animals. They really are in tune to how a person acts and just want to make contact even more.

Jac, thank you. I was surprised Rock and Chris had the same thing happen. Our group of ladies were lucky to have Colette in our group.
She had alot of health problems but never let on to it. One of us would pick her up for lunch or dinner. I find happiness in knowing she wanted to be around us. We are a silly bunch. One time we were at a restaurant and talking about men, and cracking up. We noticed 2 men move from one table to be right next to us so they could hear what was going on.
That really made us laugh.

Imma, thank you. Yes, it was Dec 1. A bad time of year. But, she needed a break from suffering. She had a kidney transplant and was having problems. So she would have had to wait and see about that and all the rest. She had a kidney transplant 23 years ago and it was always touch and go. Plus being diabetic. That is a hard life.

Thanks Yabba, the funeral will be Saturday. The strange thing is she will be at a cementary right next to the propery where my Master Gardener demo garden and library are.
I will be able to put down flowers whenever I want.

I had warning signs and even asked if he was cheating. Once I got over the answer yes, I started making plans to get separated/divorced.
The nite he was going his way and I was going mine, I was happy to get into my apt. If a man doesn't love you, that is the way it is going to be. You have to move on because no one deserves a cheater.
