RE: Novak Djokovic faces ban ib French Oprn

I bet that's how it turns out. Just as the unvaccinated are at greater personal risk but make covid better for everyone else, the vaccinated are at lower personal risk but they make covid worse for everyone else.

RE: Novak Djokovic faces ban ib French Oprn

If the vaccines are so important then why did omicron come from an unvaccinated African who may or may not be living with HIV?

Our salvation has not come from the laboratory, but a place even more exposed to nature than normal and potentially an immune system the opposite of what being vaccinated does. Omicron comes from a place where the immune system underreacts. Milder covid has developed in a love your enemy kind of way, a Jesus way.

RE: Bo Jo's job is safe

And particularly now that they're worried being jabbed in rapid succession could be bad for the immune system. Be glad we made the gap 12 weeks instead of 3 weeks. The majority of us only need one dose anyway, up to one dose.

RE: Bo Jo's job is safe

Increasing the gap between doses was a good move. They had enough common sense not to just go with the science, the incredibly rushed science.

Other than that Boris will keep his job because we've had a relatively mild authoritarianism compared to Scotland and Wales. Milder authoritarianism with a lower rate of economic destruction and inflation.

RE: Novak Djokovic faces ban ib French Oprn

Australians are a lot richer than the French I'd be much more worried what may happen in France. The working class suffer with a lot less hypochondria but suffer far more by kicking covid down the road instead of being allowed to get it over with.

RE: Bo Jo's job is safe

It is possible for a thing in itself to be so bad that you're glad that it's advocates are hypocrites. Would we be better off with a true believer in lockdown?

RE: Bo Jo's job is safe

He obviously didn't believe in the covid rules which I'm glad about in a way. If he did believe in them they could have been worse, we could have been the Scots the real force precious Marxist scumbags. Boris is not Biden, the alternative to Biden is not the communist menace.

RE: should i forgive women...who have been unkind to me over the years?

Academia is a beautiful thing when its free from politics and religion. But then it would it be censorship if we didn't allow you to believe whatever the hell you like. Willing to be wrong and ready to look like the bad guy, these are amongst the basics of actually doing free speech.

RE: The House of Lords is examining a Bill to mke Misogyny a Hate Crime

It's because men and women have to be able to work things out. That's vital for the continuation of the species. If we avoid relationships with women like we now avoid interracial relationships then we'd die out. We'll be finished as a species when the autistopia comes between men and women.

RE: which women's sport...do you enjoy most?

Darts. Not the most attractive women but I associate them with the pub. Alcohol helps when watching a lot of sports and particularly women's sports. One ought never be too sober

RE: Bo Jo's job is safe

Yes but I think the days where Boris could have punched a kid and been reelected are over.

RE: TENNIS

Like I say it's nothing to do with Australian ancestry being prisoners. They are sticklers for the rules now, such a good boy lickspittle.

RE: Anyone Going on Holiday

I mean I don't mind because I don't really care about covid. But apparently you do. You can't force somebody to get vaccinated, violate their human rights, and then do something ten times worse than being unvaccinated for your right to go abroad.

RE: Anyone Going on Holiday

Globetrotters spread covid more than anyone vaccinated or not. They should be public enemy number one if the pandemic was about health.

RE: Novak Djokovic faces ban ib French Oprn

As much as France has the ridiculous Marie Antoinette figure in Macron, it also has Zemmour and the furious peasants.

And you would see both in the declining aristocracy that I see France as the most clear cut example. A completely unapologetic Marie Antoinette and the pitchforks and fire.

RE: Novak Djokovic faces ban ib French Oprn

And i'd take this seriously because France is not Australia. France is the leading edge of western decline, we are all sinking but France undoubtedly the fastest.

RE: Novak Djokovic faces ban ib French Oprn

And that would be a poetic irony. The communist tried to setup a competition where the best cannot compete, and what they get is a war a brutal competition where nobody survives apart from the fittest.

RE: Novak Djokovic faces ban ib French Oprn

Maybe they need to forget about sports and concentrate on the only competition that matters in the world right now. Which is civil war. Kicking the crap out of communists

RE: TENNIS

If it was last year I could understand, but with Omicron peaking in your own backyard and the vaccine powerless to stop it, we have a perfect picture of image is everything. All is vanity.

RE: What is your favorite tv series from 70's and 80's

Fawlty Towers

RE: The rising costs of energy prices,

Technology makes things cheap and easy but there isn't the technology to live the way we have been doing therefore living becomes difficult and expensive. It's a great leap forward into the past where, like a peasant, we spend a great deal more on staying alive under technofeudal overlords who have supplanted liberal capitalism and democracy.

RE: Sinead O'Connor condemns Irish State

Plus we know how being bipolar works. Going from one extreme take on things to the other

RE: Sinead O'Connor condemns Irish State

All the same I don't think these institutions exists so that the patient kills themselves.

RE: Woman fined £12000 for partyday after the Downing Street party

If they were really hard they'd endure covid. Fifty years ago they would say that there's a nasty flu coming, best of luck. Not because they can't endure, but because they can.

RE: The rising costs of energy prices,

But we're okay with the masks. The masks can be considered blameless in this fight

RE: The rising costs of energy prices,

Labour shortages, bad weather, going green, business monopoly, money printing, lockdown, social distancing and ventilation. Any and all of these things.

RE: Knowing someone fully?

Fully know someone like I've been breaking into their emails? Never.

RE: are there...too many movie remakes?

And to be honest I think this fits an aging population to see the same thing over and over again. I've said this before but instead of being young we have an infantilised world that remakes comic books. An entire room full of men consuming what was originally made for little boys.

RE: are there...too many movie remakes?

Which will cumulate in China. They don't make movies for the audience, they make the audience fit the movie. You'll like what your damn well told to like.

RE: are there...too many movie remakes?

I'd say that the 20th century was a destructive and creative and very, very destructive time. Discovering the universe, the world wars, moon landing amounted to a time unequalled in imagination.

But I think this will die away as we enter into a feudal and much more generic century where safety and insurance mean that a crap idea can't fail until everything fails. What once was a competition at the top of society is now an insurance industry.
