interesting...clean before bed
I just discovered something about myself. I am a person who usually showers or baths after waking up. However, there have been a few nights now where I did it before going to sleep. I have noticed that I sleep very well with cleaning myself before going to sleep vs. having usually restless nights if I do not.Has anyone else noticed that about themselves?
As a side note...I hardly ever clean myself, that is why it took me 40+ years to discover this.

The following day, I'd shower again before I leave the house. Otherwise, I'd just be in my sarong batik Skype-ing with my Mr NiceGuy
I am somewhat like you. I shower in the morning, and sometimes I wash it as fast as I can.

A falling core body temp triggers sleep. It mimics the cooling from the onset of darkness.
You get in the hot shower, bring you core temp up, and when you get out it begins to fall.

Hey, what part of the Turkey do you usually get?
One of my friends told me, no matter what happens, he always ends up getting the azzz of the turkey.
(I know, I talk too much already) Anyways, I once helped a lady friend to prepare a turkey for cooking. She asked me to put my hands in the turkey where the stuffing is supposed to go, then she said, "Now try to clap?"
I answered, "I can't. It's too tight."
She added, "Remind you of anything?"

It was rain that had showered me while taking shelter under the tree
thinking I was safe from rain water/drops whatever, only to see myself all wet showered
luckly enough my complexion didn't get soaked hahaha thank you for your compliment I appreciate.
But as for romantic dinner I have no clue I am not yet lucky to experience such.
