Doing good, for my God and my fellow man

I was raised with the Ten Commandments. I honor and love it.

I was also raised to believe that doing good is socially and Godly beneficial for all.

On top of that the Golden Rule is very good for all whether you believe in God or not.

And life is beautiful.

Thanks all for your reads and comments if any.wine

a prayer for a dear friend... SIMMO

SPECIAL REQUEST FOR A VERY SPECIAL WRITER, BLOGGER AND A FRIEND. LET'S ALL JOIN OUR HANDS TOGETHER IN A MOMENT OF SILENCE AND PRAY.

Thanks all for joining in.

Probably all of us are truly feeling sad today for the passing of a great friend. Simmo.

May I please request all of us to say a prayer for him.

I'm still shocked and as I've been very busy with other things lately I didn't even learn until the blog of Teddy. Thank You Teddy for the info.

I know most of us here that had been for a while knew what happened last year.

Another member on here whom I will not mention her name, broke his heart so he requested my help with another good member to help him in the research of that person. We didn't succeed but him and I had been communicating in our personal mail but never mentioned if he was sick or not. He was absolutely one of the best bloggers on here and I will terribly miss him.

Please join me in a prayer for his soul.

Thank you all so much.

Our dear Simmo wherever you are, we love you.sad flower sad flower sad flower

May you rest in peace.sad flower

Bald men with saucer-shaped heads

Male pattern balding is, to my knoweldge, a hereditary trait. There are few men who can pull off being bald. Being bald can age you almost 15-20 years your actual age. I once knew a man who was very attractive, but had the bald spot atop his head, at the age of 29. I assumed just from the bald spot that he was in his mid-forties.

Now, since this is genetic and cannot be stopped, please do not take offense to this if you are bald, or half bald. But there are many things one can do, such as, join 'Hair club for men' get a toupee, or shave the head entirely. Shaving the head entirely is the cheapest option, however, really doesnt conceal the fact that you have a bald spot, because there is always that little 5 o'clock shadow.

Dents in the head, scars, or misshapen heads perhaps should alert one to get a hair transplant. It may increase the chances of finding an appropriate mate, especially if you are in your 20's and already bald. If you are in your 40's then I suppose you can embrace your baldness, but steer clear of v-neck sweaters.

For the love of God, please do NOT do a comb-over. Perhaps the most ridiculous atrocity known to mankind. 5 strands of hair cannot conceal a bald spot that spans the entire length of the top of your head.

If anything, convert to judaism and wear a yamaka. beer

The Chase

Courting, to use Cat’s phraseology, is usually a game of cat and mouse; the predator and the prey.
Not in a bad sense, but one usually does the chasing, and even in today’s modern world, that is usually the man.

So, how do you play the game? Cat has already told us his style, and it works for him. cats meow

Some people like the full-on romantic approach – flowers and flowery talk and whisperings of love from the outset;
others prefer a slower, softee softee approach.

Some like an ‘exclusive’ online relationship without ever having met, others don’t believe that online chatting is a relationship.

Some hate a particular approach, while others revel in it.

Whether we are the chaser or the ‘chasee’ (or both, at different times), we all know what we like and what works for us.

Or do we? confused

Maybe we can learn from how other people approach it idea

A practical example of how the human mind works

Embedded image from another site

Ananalysis of the above picture can tell us a lot about how different people think...

· For young men, it's a picture of a lady with a nice arse, but only the most observant will notice that she is crossing a street.

· The really observant will notice that she is wearing a thong.

· For older men, she appears to be a respectable woman, with a nice arse, on her way to work.

· The perverts among them will imagine her naked.

· Wiser men will ponder the presence of mind of the photographer to take the shot in the face of such beauty and be grateful that they shared it with humanity.

· For half of the women, this is an ordinary woman who should not have left home dressed that way.

· The other half will think she is a slut, but wonder where she bought that blouse.

· Older women will imagine the misery that the woman's arse will cause by the time she reaches 50.

· But only the young, the extremely observant will notice that the taxi is being driven by a dog.

No Wars

"If women ruled the world, there'd be no wars.
Just a bunch of jealous countries not talking to each other."

Sorry Jarred, this is way too funny for me to pass on without making a note on it. So I posted for us all to state our opinions, for those who like to join.

So I'm here laughing my belly out but if we think more of it, yes, perhaps that'd be better. What do you think fellow bloggers?

Jarred, I missed those days when you used to comment.wave

Young girls-old men-old men-young girls..who cares

I was just contemplating on one of the hot topics here on CS which is “Young Girls want to date Old men” or “Old men want to date young girls”… Wonder whether we should give the said “matter” or the “thought” so much of prominence and attention, coz it seems like some people who want to promote or who are currently involved in such relationship talk so much for it, while some, who extremely dislike such relationships, carry out a counter attack!! In my opinion, both the said categories look silly and immature!!!

Well, I really can’t understand how the mindset of two people can be adjustable to a huge age gap of more than 30yrs!!!! I don’t say it’s impossible, but it’s generally impractical. Usually, the said age gap, i.e. 30 or more, is the normal age gap between parents and children and there’s this thing called generation gap, which makes one generation to do things differently from the previous one. So, theoretically, a partnership with a huge age gap such as more than 30yrs, cannot work well in a long run, due to the generation gap and also most of the time one party being dependant on the other, for matters such as decision making, financial stability and what is conveyed to the outer world about the relationship. However, we have to remember that these are only theories, and although some have been proven, people still go for such relationships and try their luck. Why do they do it is only known to the people who get involved in such relationships. They may have their own reasons, which can range from poverty to pure and true love!!! Who knows? How many individuals will come up and publicly tell their exact life story? And who will be interested to know all that?

So my personal view on the topic is, if someone has found a guy or a gal, extraordinarily younger or older than him/her, and finds the relationship is going well presently, that they should live in the moment and be happy. In the meantime, I would like to tell them to be mindful to not brag or not generalize such an unusual relationship. It’s just an individual thing and not at all a great mind-blowing phenomenon to the others!!!
