I watched the game last week and it didn't matter at all who won that game. The Bears still made the playoffs and the Packers still have home field advantage throughout the playoffs.
Update 4/2020: I wrote this a year ago February not knowing what was going to happen in the world in the last few months. Eerily it makes one feel right now with COVID-19 "Is the World Still Out There?" being so isolated. Feb. 2019: Sometimes I get daydreaming a beautiful dream and block out the world. Finally when I return to reality - it will be so quiet that I have to look outside to see if the world is still there.
Strike the match As the sea carries horizontal rain pelt'd beside me on the window frame All the feet I've seen en-toe'd in the sand each wave's taken out past part of time Candle'd flame chair's under me crossed knee's fingered smo

For Liam Reilly (Singer, Songwriter, RIP)
I had over an hour conversation with my mom on the possibility of her going into a nursing home. The song at the beginning of my poem is Devil Inside.
Center of attention The noble King- he’ll take your breath away. Without mention his praises you’ll sing - emotions of awesome array. A flawless pride with nerves of steel - A heart so full of gold. A primal side - that has no seal An a

Not so much a poem. It is my beliefs. To have the moral integrity and aptitude, that ALL MEN should have. Yet, I, and maybe 3 others that I know, who still don't have all the ingredients that I have. I am a very complex and intellectual thinker. And very private. I feel it is my duty as A Real Man, to share what I wrote above.
In a very traditional approach for New Years Day, I share this Vermont inspired poetry. That is concentrates on the dramatic conflict happening in the natural world. What usually begin with an observation in nature and proceed to the connection to human psychological situation. I usually get an enlightenment from observation, thus nature becomes a central character in my poetry rather than merely a background. Happy New Year !!!

Santa was a big part of my childhood and still is a part of my Christmas celebration. The best depiction of him is in the cartoon Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer.

English is my second language and when I was a younger I wrote this I tried to explain some facts about Love in every sentence in first one I meant Love is so light and tender which it's like dream! in second I wanted to appreciate the holiness and preciousness of Love as a Gift! in third I tried to explain how love could be powerful even with sacrifices! not being jealous and monogamous as try to capture her/him in a cage to not let her/him go if they find happiness somewhere else! and in forth I like to say Love is so simple without games and pretending, it doesn't have to be complicated!
she looks at me, mid pub, and asks in a way, rhetorical as if she knows something I don't and will never "why do you live on a boat?" for the sounds of raindrops above my sleeping head for my conversation with dawn always the same woman

Some say in ice. From what I’ve tasted of desire I hold with those who favor fire. But if it had to perish twice, I think I know enough of hate To say that for destruction ice Is also great And would suffice.

'I've a pain in my head' Said the suffering Beckford; To her Doctor so dread. 'Oh! what shall I take for't?' Said this Doctor so dread Whose name it was Newnham. 'For this pain in your head Ah! What can you do Ma'am?' Said Miss Beckford,
