See the two birds soar
weightless in the wind,
floating like the butterfly
forever and ever to ascend
shrinking in sky so heavenly blue...
Blue for me,
blue for you...
Towards the sun they glide,
streaming in the autumn breeze,
effortlessly in undisputed flight,
while we stroll below them in our ease
along our garden path...
You pick a flower for me,
and I one for you...
Soft petals descend into the wind,
we wish for our own wings to fly,
like the gulls above us flapping feathers,
for now we can only gaze and sigh
that our love will carry us away...
A feather floats down for me,
and a soft downy one for you...

About this poem:
A romantic walk in the park on a beautiful afternoon..
Post Comment
He lived long ago
He stood about fifteen feet tall
He had a pumpkin for a head
His body was the color of dead pumpkin vines
He lived in a castle
It was surrounded by a moat
The moat was filled with the bones of boys and girls
The king was so afraid he had the giant shakes
So did most of the people in the kingdom
A simple potato farmer was gathering potatoes
His son was helping too
Though he was so fat he had to roll to get around
All of a sudden the pumpkin giant came for the boy
The farmer threw a potato and it lodged in the giant's throat
The Pumpkin Giant choked to death
The head was cut off and made into a play thing for the boy
He broke it one day and the following spring
Pumpkin Giant heads appeared by the hundreds all over his field
None opened their mouths
The farmer had nothing to feed his family
So the son in desperation ate some of the giant head
It was delicious
The mother made some into pumpkin pies
The king smelled the pies as he happened by
He had some after his knights tried it first to be sure it was safe
He knighted the farmer on the spot for killing the Pumpkin Giant
The farmer's son ended up marrying the daughter
And they all lived happily ever after

The night of halloween has come, it's filled with scares and screams,
The perfect time for ghosts and ghouls to haunt you in your dreams.
A rolling fog, the moon is full, the air has quite a chill,
And fending off a zombie hoard will prove to be a thrill.
The bats swoop down and chase you 'round, you fall onto the ground,
When up above, across the sky, you hear a shrieking sound.
A wicked witch is flying by and casting evil spells,
To make a creepy atmosphere in town where people dwell.
So please be sure to watch out if you stay at home tonight,
For you may be the victim of a terrifying fright.
The monsters hunt in packs and they are roaming all the streets,
And when they come up to your door they yell out TRICK-OR-TREAT!!
HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE!!

For the holidays seem
to pull me down.
Where as i feel my spirit
is on the ground.
Low onto the floor i go
sopping up my spirit so
i can get up enough
positivity to be able
to go on.
I put a smile on my face
and fake it for a while
you see because holidays
are just not for me.
My spirit is trodden
down and i try to lift
it up yet no success
do i see.
I just want happiness
for me real soon Lord
help me see the way
you want to get there
for me.

For the day is drawing near.
Thanksgiving turkeys are all
around potatoes they sit bags
at a time on the ground.
The party seems massive as
we start the days chore.
We know there is stills hours
of work in store.
One thing at a time we get
it done, Man this is
definitely no fun.
Yet we know the end is worth
all of this.
For Thanksgiving we will not
miss for the feast will be
set for all to see the
beautiful bounty.
For the family will gather
one by one for all the
festivities and fun.
For this year we will see
all of the family.
We catch up on the past
for we know the day
will not last.
It will past by as fast
as it came.
Family will be gone until
Christmas come near in
that one more time we all
meet to see what has changed.
For all that are here.
The Christmas tree will be
up for all to see along with
the presents for the family.
Food will be set up from
here to there, drinks,snacks
and treats are everywhere.
Just help yourself to as
much as you want.
Then sit down and see all the
family that is before thee.
Until the farewells have come
once again for this family
to say goodbye to all that is
in front of thee.
Thanks to all you for coming
here to celebrate with us
and have this great time.
For we never know what is
in store down the road.
We never know how many times
these celebrations we will see.

Hello, my name is Terrance the Turkey
Can you do me a huge favor?
Please don't have turkey this Thanksgiving
I don't want to wake up Thanksgiving morning
With my head cut off and stuffing shoved up my butt
There are a lot of great alternatives
Ham is a good choice
For all you hunters out there
Vension is a great choice
Steak is always a winner with friends and family
For all you vegetarians out there
They make a fake turkey called tofurkey
Made entirely out of soybeans and other nonmeat additives
As far as pumpkin pie
It does contain eggs
I'm ok with that
They're chicken eggs!

About this poem:
The Bob and Tom Show inspired this, they have a bit called Tom Turkey, Standup Comedian. One of his jokes, A wife walks into the kitchen and catches her husband engaged in a lacivious act with a dead turkey, the exhausted husband looks up and says, "How am I doing Honey?" The wife shakes her head and says, "No, no, no, I told you to pluck the bird!"

Santa clause and JESUS CHRIST
they will make a peaceful
time to celebrate.
Family, friends all around.
Christmas cheer
people singing
everyone smiling from ear to ear.
Many Christmas ornaments and
decoration from ceiling to floor.
People lined up
from living room to the door.
Church comes soon, off you
go to praise and worship CHRIST.
For you sing a song wishing HIM
a happy birthday.
Praising HIM for today is HIS
day C H R I S T M A S.

Christmas bells heard in the Air!
Sounds of Christmas are everywhere!
Open sleigh ride to Santa’s Christmas land
Noel music heard inside ones head
Snow flakes falling making Santa’s bed
Virgin snow upon the ground, lighted Christmas trees all around
Hiding Santa’s Reindeer hoof prints and sleigh tracks in the snow, watching Christmas tree lights all aglow!
Putting Christmas tokens in Santa’s coin box
Go to the rear and enjoy the ride
People singing, dressed up with scarf’s, mufflers with warm hands held safe inside
Snow bells ring and people singing
Christmas songs, merrily along the way!
We will all reach our destination, Santa’s land on Christmas day!
Merry Christmas to one and all!
Santa’s Helper

Tis the Season!
Silver bells are heard, snow flakes flowing down in endless stream
Tis the season of our childhood dream
Christmas lights of all delights are all aglow
Christmas time, open presents from folks you know
Holiday season, children sing, music plays, sleigh bells ring, engagement ring for your love
Wedding bells await the day, heard from high above
Tis the season to be jolly
Tra la la, La La La La! It’s the season to have fun
Mistletoe kisses, holiday cheer, light the tree,
Santa’s here
Put the presents under the tree,
Is there one there, just for me?
Present giving is for Christmas time
Now it’s time to end my Rhyme
Wishing to find my own true love, beneath
My Christmas tree!
Merry Christmas ~ One & All!

Christmas Eve shopping
Christmas shopping and arms are dropping
Bags are splitting, wish I was sitting
Few more to get and then I’ll be set
Why do I leave it until the last minute
And then I start to get on with it
Because I am a man and I think I can
Take off my hat; women have got it off pat
January the first starts their Christmas burst
Next year I will do it all different
No, that’s just lame; I know I will do the same
Because I am a man and I think I can
