Life is a festival, celebrate and drink
Spirit and Nature, dance in sync
Melancholy of laughter, make you pink
Keep gazing beauty, do not blink
Pairs of organ, want to think
If one fails, you not on brink
Light some candles, lamps and incense
Play colour, fly kites and reminiscence
Cricket, Hockey, Baseball, Football
Round and rolling, hit the goal
Go someplace never been before
Meet someone never seen Amor
Ice cream' best in wafel cone
Be adventurous, out of comfort zone
Seats get vacant when people leave
Switch your position, to know more!!

Author: Parody of I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus
Wow!
Santa's eating children
I saw Santa eating children
Underneath the mistletoe last night
He didn't see me creep
Down the stairs to have a peep
He thought that I was tucked up in my bedroom fast asleep
Then I saw Santa whipping children
With the birch branches so snowy white
Oh, what a laugh it would have been
If Daddy had only seen Santa eating children last night
I did!
I really did see Santa eating children and I'm gonna tell my Dad
Well much to my suprise
I couldn't believe my eyes
It wasn't Santa after all but Krampus in disguise
But I saw Santa eating children underneath the mistletoe last night
Oh, what a laugh it would have been
If I had really seen Santa eating children last night

About this poem:
Krampus is Christmas figure from German folklore that comes to whip bad children and eat really bad children. He takes the really bad ones and puts them in the basket he wears on his back.

The house is filled with Christmas cheer
The lights on the tree twinkle like a star
The candy bowls are full
Yet my heart feels so bare
I’m just not in the Christmas spirt this year
I hung the stockings with great care
The kids are grown
They’ve all left home
No more babies or kids running around
As I sit here I frown
This year has been hard
I’ve let down my guard
Now all I do is sit in the yard
I pray that tomorrow will bring a better day
And my heart will be filled with Christmas joy
Maybe Santa will even bring me a toy

In a simple structure that animals were fed and sheltered from any storm
It's remarkable, and so amazing that the saviour of the world was also born
As we exchange presents and travel, too family to carol and make mirth
Let's remember that the occassion, really is to celebrate his birth.

About this poem:
Sometimes we become so intent on getting our children that special present, or stressing over financial burdens
directly caused by our expenditures during this season that we lose sight of what we're actually celebrating.

It's time again to enjoy the best present
Ten days off from my crappy job
Ten days away from mean people
Ten days away from multinational corporate greed
They haul over 570 million out of this place a year
The employees get four percent of that
Where does the rest go?
Where does the rest go from all the factories around the world?
What kind of Christmas are all the factory workers going to get?
Are they going to get ten days off too?
Or are they just going to get Christmas off if they're lucky
I'll bet a lot of them have second jobs and they never get a day off
At least in other countries they have national health care
We have horrible health care coverage
One employee got hauled away in an ambulance because of lifting
Now he has to pay a 20,000 hospital bill
His story is one of many
He gets to pay all this money the company should be paying
And the manager of this place dresses up as a penguin
And gives out small candy canes
I'd like to tell him where to put the one I got!
