To CS !

You make me laugh,
You make me cry,
You've made me fel in love...
And now
All i have to do
Is to thank you
For everything
You've made me feel.

I enjoy the games room,
I relax with the people
I meet.
Now i have friends
All over the world
More than i ever dreamt.

CS...forever!

The Poets Words

A poets words are powerful
They can gnaw on your insides
And set your heart ablaze
Or they can douse the flames
Of joy, peace and contentment
And bring pain, sorrow and suffering
These words can be truth
And set you free
Or they can be lies
To enslave you in their passions
Beware of the words of the poet
For they twist and they turn
And have the sting of an scorpion
Beware as to where they lead you
Maybe to a foreign country
Or one as strange as can be
Maybe even in another galaxy
But one thing is sure
Once these words have been read
You will never be the same
For the words of the poet
They will transform you

romance

is this a place
for romance
or a place to talk
a place to heal
a place to complain

oh, I'm tired of writing poems today
just wondering how many are looking
or if they have someone
or don't want anyone

just curious
trying to get a feel for the place

A Tribute to Authumn Child

Your poem brings fire into my soul,
Gone cold from this Covid world,
And now a sparkle ignite my heart,
To blaze my mind with many words .

The gulls sound their arrival,
The hull of ships are swaying,
The sea storming up in waves,
For the presence of the full moon.

Flights of dance from the air,
Rolling clouds darken the sky,
Thunder roars fill the space ,
Of where the stars suppose to stay.

Tears are falling from heaven's gate,
Quenching acres of barren lands,
Fight for survival has gone to man,
On a killing field of million animal species.

Covid comes and brings damnation,
Across the oceans and rivers beds,
To every foul living breathing monsters,
And Gaia revenge her raped nature.

About this poem:
I have been gone too long
Almost lost in another dimension
Where tragedy and vile news broadcast
With lost jobs and hunger goes begging.

I hope to stay longer
Share my view and my pleasure
Share my doubt and anger
Share my love with one another.

Thank you . Be strong
The fight has only just began.

The Maiden of Magadan (Fellsman challenge?)

The maiden of Magadan

The wind rustles in the leaves,
crisp air whispers through the trees carrying
your name to me in delicate spider web dreams.
She becomes the blue sky peeking between angry grey clouds,
a taste of hope in an otherwise cold and bitter day.
Just a moment of her, a glimpse just at the edge of my vision;
there and then gone, so fragile,
she is like the powder on butterfly wings.
I know she is there and yet I am blinded by reality,
a lovely silken shroud.
Yet she becomes just a face in the crowd.
And suddenly, I am back in the forest,
Frantically turning in slow circles searching for a phantom.
And all that remains is a wisp of her perfume and my insanity
Within a cold Siberian forest.

About this poem:
Magadan is in Siberia on the far east of Russia. Siberia is a land populated by ghosts and ancient spirits, paved by the road of bones from the Stalin years.
I wasn't sure if I was supposed to put 'challenge' on the name..Not even sure if I qualify..

POET (words to a song) Bastille - Poet Lyrics

Obsession it takes control.
Obsession it eats me whole.
I can’t saw the words out loud,
So in a rhyme I wrote you down.
Now you’ll live through the ages,
I can feel your pulse in the pages.

I have written you down
Now you will live forever
And all the world will read you
And you will live forever
In eyes not yet created
On tongues that are not born
I have written you down
Now you will live forever.

Your body lies upon the sheets,
Of paper and words so sweet.
I can’t say the words,
So I wrote you into my verse.
Now you’ll live through the ages,
I can feel your pulse in the pages.
I have written you down
Now you will live forever
And all the world will read you
And you will live forever
In eyes not yet created
On tongues that are not born
I have written you down
Now you will live forever

I have read her with these eyes,
I’ve read her with these eyes,
I have held her in these hands.

I have written you down,
Now you will live forever.
The virtues in the verse,
And you will live forever.

I have written you down
Now you will live forever
And all the world will read you
And you will live forever
In eyes not yet created
On tongues that are not born
I have written you down
Now you will live forever.

To just a few Men who I admire and think are kind of wonderful on here.

Bill(fellsman), gentle teacher and a Gentleman, someone to look up to and rely on, always there for people he respects, a wonderful guy.

John, my sweet man who inspires many, with knowlege and teachings he shares freely. my soul poet.

poetnumber1, sweet and sexy who many adore, a Man who I admire.

jesse james, a deep thinking Man who knows woman, and who is sexy and gentle.

cafe, what can i say, strong gentleman with a wicked streak woman love, your real life "bad boy" but for His lady he would always be there.

Morgan, just a darling who gets on with everyone and who one day will find true love and loves deeply.

darkhorse, Liam, a sweet heart and great friend, and I am soo glad he found someone amazing he can love.

Macduff, another great writer who is a gentleman, knows a lot about life but I feel will be butter in the right womans hands, has a heart of gold.

Greg (GMS75), sexy and another darling I am missing these days, hope its a good sign?

bard76, My amazing friend who is very hugable, and has a deep inner strength that is wonderful to see.

jimEee, another lovely guy who has been missing lately.

Madtat29, a nice guy who if you got to know, would I think be a true friend.

timotie, one of the most gentle and loving Men who will always be a friend, and another who found love with a beautiful Lady here.

My Michael, weemike, the Man who wrote me a poem one day instead of a message and won my heart, he then sang me a song and stole my soul, his gentle ways and loving arms are all I need in life, I found love because he remembered my soul from before time, I heard his call and climbed into his arms, its where I belong.

We, the lovely things

We’re different in the way we speak English.
Differences in accent and attitude...
Yet you know me from somewhere before as time releases its grip on us.…
Everywhere I look I find you, even in a flower petal, washing itself down the gutter on a
swanky address down Fifth Avenue.
Take me as I am; within your arms.
If I had but one ambition in life It would be watching you sleep.…
There doesn’t seem to be just that moment between us but a series of literary commentary
at a silent auction filled with open wallets
[And closed minds]
In a bid to be seen giving to charities
Yet you pass me at the party and I feel the winter’s retreat in your stare.
You struggle to (dis) remember me yet,
I know I am in your blood,
don’t listen to them, [I whisper]
Just be yourself No matter what they think…
Walk with me and tell me you Love me.
I adore you, the way you act speechless when I board that flight. Only to come back to you
meeting you at a Spanish café on a sidewalk covered with sudden snow;
we’re different in the way we speak English
In that gorgeous language all our own.

Cafe's Mermaid

It was dusk and the sun was just going to bed over the sea, the water was carm and looked like blue, green, white and silver glass.

She climbed onto a rock slowly so she would not be seen,
Her tail shimmered with the colours of the sea, her hair red and flowing curled slightly just past her breasts, falling free with rivers of water down her back.

She gazed at the shore her blues eyes searching the beach.
She spotted him laying there, his legs stretched out in the sand, his strong arms folded behind his head, he was gazing out at the water lost in thought.

She watched him as she had done for the last two nights, she wondered what he was thinking, she wondered what his hair would feel like if she could run her fingers through it, what his lips would feel like if she could kiss him.

Today she felt brave suddenly and slide into the water,
She swam slowly into his line of vision and watched him slowly sit upright and rub his eyes as he saw her, she looked deep into his eyes and smiled slowly at his expression.

She blew a kiss and waved, laughed and dived into the sea her tail flashing for him, and decided tomorrow she would be braver.

Girlfriend or wife?

Sure you are petty; you look good behind! I labeled you sexy, that, you didn't mind. You are well educated, there is no doubt. I feel so elated, when we "make-out". Oh! what a cleavage: those georgeous-breast express. You perfect "that image", in your pretty dress. You got it all; makes the eyes desire! Men will always "call", while friends will admire. You are so comely; girl you're so cute! I say so sincerely, i say so in-truth. Let's talk about marriage, the nuptials, the "we". Letting go the "baggage"; let's silence the "me"!. So my dear, woman, prepare to be a wife! "Be ready", for a Husband, or "girlfriend" for life! Be a woman of virtue, a woman of praise! With character to admire; not a body for "gaze". Second grade is girlfriend; it's the inferior life! virtue and beauty blend, turns girlfriend into wife!
