I've got......
bruises on my ankle
a graze upon my knee
a big lump on my shin bone,
Oh dear, oh deary me.
My big toe is quite painful
my instep - black and blue
the heel is hanging off
my torn and battered shoe.
Oh my, I hear you mutter
what happened, please do tell
have you had an accident
Is it 'cos' you fell.
But... no dear friends it's none of these
that's caused me so much pain
it was the woman with the trolley
in the supermarket lane.........

I ride by the driveway,
There are so many cars,
I have to park halfway
Down the block.
She said she'd be here,
She probably will.
Saying that my company
Was needed to make her
Night complete, I don't
Think I believed her.
What would some one as
Beautiful as her, want
With me?
I lock my car from afar,
Walking reluctantly, to
The party in progress.
I'll just get back in my
Car and follow the route
Back to my house, or perch
Myself in front of a window,
Glaring in, to catch glimpse,
As a voyeur, hoping to
See forbidden fruit; watching
Her everymove.
These thoughts and more,
Cloud my mind.
I know, I know, I'll
Just sit in my car
Across the street, and
Watch the happy partyiers
Revel in their own company.
I stop two doors down,
From the offending house.
Good, I think to myself,
No one's seen me, I can
Still make a hasty retreat.
There, on the porch, standing,
Talking , laughing,
Is the lady in question.
I take a deep breath,
Close my eyes and pop a mint;
Pulling out a coin from
My pocket, I rest in it on
My closed pointing finger
And thunb; heads I go right
Tails I go left to party.
I flick my thumb,
The coin launches from
It's seat,
Tumbling in the air....

About this poem:
This is how I feel as about C.S..
You, people, in the poets corner, have been beautiful. I wish I could say the same about the forums. The Irish chat was wonderful; Thank you!
The international, except for a very small handful, are rude. I could go on, but i won't. To the small handful that did allow me in, Thank you.

Pardon my diving nose ,
But I Dont smell a rose!
What do you call this?
Poetry,tadpole or fish?
Sounds like a shopping list.
You're cooking the wrong dish!
It's call poem not blogs or magic,
So why post here is beyond logic.
No rhyme ,no rhythm ,does not matter ,
But no tale or meaning either!

Missing is the sandy shore; My beach is pictureque no-more. Somethings we look forward for: the summer, beach; being outdoor. And so almost everywhere, so many things people miss. Some are lost forever; there is that constant "risk". Things we took for granted, migrated to its new abode. With regrets we are haunted, when things "like" beaches erode. Whether it's life or beaches, treasures leave us behind. We work and build niches, but they "fade" with time. It's fatalism, or is it? From "tomorrow" can we hide? We lose, bit by bit, because of the changing tide!

Stupid is the Woman,
Who thinks her man is an Angel.
Worst still is the Man,
Who thinks his woman is a Virgin !
Truth is a Treasure,
But you must never,
Tell your sweet lover,
What is gone Forever.

At any time whatsoever
Whether day or night, night or day
There's always some CS blogger
Who is up with something to say
Some post blogs of their very own
Others merely make a comment
Some just peruse to see what's shown
And with viewing, they are content
CS blogging is taking place
All across the entire globe
With no barrier to creed or race
There is no need for any probe
Among all the differing views
There are times when conflicts arise
Such cases, CS mods diffuse
For bloggers here, that's no surprise
So let's all enjoy the blogging
And to the rules be attentive
In the process of so doing
Remember to live and let live

She's my confidant;-
In the mirror image,
Of a dream;-
Reflected on a screen,
Through CS.
The virtual touch;-
Digital caress;
As I confess;-
She will always,
Write to me.
Which must be,
The soft caress;-
Of stellar destiny.

No need to worry about me,
It's been this way for years,
Put to rest your sorrow,
Please calm all your fears,
Ill be here tommorrow,
Trust me... I'll be here,
Your presence is a comfort,
To one who has had none,
And hopefully will continue to be,
As the battles lost or won...
