I too look forward to a combined Salsa (music) and salsa (chile) festival in my neck of the woods. I have missed it for the last 2 years BUT next year!!!
So guag, here's an answer to your blog. Whenever you get turned down, can't find someone, nobody answers your e-mails and flowers then just have fun on the blogs with us. Write something funny or whatever. But just have fun!
I know it's real late and probably too late to comment.
Actually, the headline didn't make me look. I like to read all the blogs.
Yeah, I have had my ups and downs with "stuff" and it always comes out in an interesting story even if I am th only one to get a kick out of the events.
Southern California is the closest to that tropical Isle I have always wanted to be in because I hate the cold ALOT! It gets rather cool in the winter and sometime downright cold, but all in all, it's pretty nice here.
My kids and G-kids keep me close by but I do wish I was some where nice and warm all the time. Good luck. Get yourself a nice heavy coat!
Looks like tornado weather in Scottsbluff to me. Then you posted them dreadful funnel clouds a little lower.
@ Coco: Nebraska is not the place to go. It's mostly wide open country, the farms are nice, and with ABSOLUTELY nothing to do except Cornhusker football on Saturdays during football season. Too may tornados!!!
Keep it kind the way your doing it and it will work out. They just don't understand and as a special needs class they probably won't because their little brains won't function in such a way to make elementary ways for you and me easy for them. You'll find a way!
I would love to go, but it probably wouldn't work out because I would have to make sure it was during vacation time. And with all the people and all the countries it may be a little hard trying to coincide that!
Yes Ma'm! It is fun having fun with a person you can relate to in some way or form. I like sincere friendship. Did the two of you chat tonite? Maybe he was looking for you?
That's an easy problem to solve. We will buy 2 candles. One shaped like a #3 and one shaped like a #9. Voila, only two candles, but technically your birthday is signified!
Thanks to all of you ladies for your great comments!
What it all comes down to it appears that the "official" just randomly "threw" in a woman, any woman, to quell the critics. It really backfired on them if that was the case. Just my opinion.
Years ago when i was in school I had this teacher named Mr. (Curtis) Erdman. This man was brilliant in his teaching methods. And he always had a nice word for you. He also had a big paddle if you didn't do your homework.
I still remember this man with a big smile on my heart because he was a darn good teacher!
Night!! That boy will remember you for a lifetime for those simple little words, "proud of you"!!
I like to be polite to women and I call them Ma'm as in "Yes Ma'm or No Ma'm". OK, so I'm 71 and many are younger, but some of these women will comment, "I'm not that old"!
I just reply, "Age has nothing to do with it. I am just respecting you as a lady".
I will go to bible study tonite. Then come home and MAYBE go to this club to do some dancing. Saturday is clean my little hovel, do some grocery shopping, hang around my computer, do some CS reading and maybe commenting and maybe a blog.
Yeah, time for a little Saturday night dancing. It's off to this new club I've been wanting to visit and seeing this real good L. A. band called "Pork Chop Tom". He's a good harmonica player with his blues band.
The marquee at the club had the bands name posted right above the menu special for tonight. Right below "Pork Chop Tom" was the special: "Leg of Lamb".
RE: home sick!
