As I read your blog, my 15 yr old toy poodle is here at my side. His age is catching up to him, and the thought of lossing him scares me, so I can surely sympathize with your thoughts.
I couldn t agree with you more. I spent some time on the farm growing up, and head out to the country where I grew up every so often. The land, the wildlife, the plantlife...... everything has changed, and what I find sad about it is most people don t even notice it has changed, for the worse.

Those people who are up in years, and are out there still active, and doing what they want, I admire,
Probably because I know too many people who somewhat give up in life as they get older.
I ve stepped into a few of those too good to be true situations, a few ,very few did live up to that too good to be true scenerio, if you come across one enjoy it, they re rare, but do exist,
I found to have good friends, ,you have to be a good friend, but you have to be selective doing that. . There are friends, and there are users, and its hard to tell them apart. Took me awhile to learn that one.
