RE: Sufi sentimentality....

Hello Free hug and you too GentleJimI . handshake I tend to agree with what both of you have just said. The way I see it is if all guns disappeared this very instance, something else would be used to harm people. Knives, vehicles..... are already being used, doh ,what s going to be the next weapon of choice,or convenience dunno

RE: Grrrr

Hello, wave Here in my part of the world, (in a lot of cases) the courts tend to favor the criminal and the victim is forgotten, doh For example a murderer is given a 10 yr sentence, rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing ,after time served for a trial, time off for good behavior, and what ever else, that murderer serves 3 or 4 yrs, maybe 5 at the most.confused
What ever happened to ten yrs is ten yrs, confused

RE: "RAMBLIN MAN"..("RAMBLE ON")..(110)

RE: Socially inept

Some people are creatures of habit, and hoping for different results. I ve noticed , on CS, and in life some people thrive on conflict, and arguing. (no need for that) My self, I ll settle for the good conversation, and humor on the blogs.

RE: Socially inept

Hello Oldbluewave The people with fake profiles , I figure are building up their own images for their own egos.Where else can they be better looking, honest, more genuine, other than a chatline, or dating site, confused
Mind you , the fake profiles, sure doesn t do anything for attitudes. Just my opinion, Bud.

RE: Homeless shelters, food pantries, soup lines, free medical care.....

We too have soup kitchens, food banks.... I can t imagine the poor and homeless not having these services available. It is nice to see the generosity shown to these places, and it is also sad to just how many people use these services, a lot more than the public realizes.

RE: "RAMBLIN MAN"..("RAMBLE ON")..(109)

Hello Nam,wave I ve read about that Canadian fellow you mentioned, and the young Australian fellow as well.
I can t grasp the reason for their actions, dunno For someone to turn their backs on family, friends, and country is beyond me. doh

RE: "UNDERSTANDING MAN"..("UNANSWERED")..(56)

You mentioned the price of gas, how come ,when the world price of a barrel of oil goes up, the price of a gallon of gas at the pumps immediately goes up. But when the world price of a barrel of oil goes down ,it takes for ever for the price to go down at the pumps, confused

RE: "UNDERSTANDING MAN"..("UNANSWERED")..(56)

Nam, that is bafflingwave I too prefer older vehicles. The newer ones are meant to confuse people, and cost them more money to repair, very mad Where as older vehicles easier to repair.

RE: "UNDERSTANDING MAN"..("UNANSWERED")..(56)

Back Again, Nam, I could see that noise being there when the ignition is shut off, to remind the driver about the keys being left there, but not starting the vehicle, wave Any chance of a minor wiring problem, (Ive had them) Maybe its one of those unsolved mysteries, wave

Hello Nam,wave I have come to the decision, that I realize there are a good number of things in this world that I don t understandconfused , and considering there is already too much useless information in my head, maybe those things not understood ,should be left that way, rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing
