Hello Dedovic Sounds like you have a real little protector there. I have a toy poodle, he keeps other dogs and cats out of the yard,(no matter the size), and he lets me know , at any hr if someone is passing our yard. Dogs are a lot smarter, and braver than we give them credit for.
Years back, a former girlfriend had 4 tattoos . Little blue roses. They suited her pale complection. (didn t look to bad. Then I met an older sailor from the Canadian Navy. His tattoos were works of art. I was impressed, till he said to me, he d give me those tattoos in an instant if he could. Sometimes fads, and crazes turn into regrets.
Nam, I just turned 59 ,two days ago, a few docters, and nurses have complimented me on having a youthful outlook on life. now I wish my body had that youthful attitude.
Back again, Nam there are some perks to getting old. When a person does something stupid, he can blame it on getting older. And an older person can always ask for seniors rates, for meals, movies... Playing the getting older card does have benifits . And me ,with a disability, I get treated like I m VERY elderly, might as well enjoy the perks,
Hello Johnny, I m hoping you find a fortune, something valuable , and if not, I hope you find something you can get a good laugh out of, In a few cases I know of where a safe was found, they were empty, Wish you the best there Bud,
Hello Ed, I wish you the best . I have a bit of a disability, but still get about, (slowly) . Trying to be a good neighbor, I take a few elderly neighbors shopping, to docters, phone and check on them..... and I ll tell you Ed, I do get a good feeling of accomplishment when I do. All the best to you.
Back Again, Nam , over the last few months ,I ve cut ties (totally) with a few friends, and I ll tell you, my life is so much more quiet, and peaceful without their nonsense in it. And Nam, I didn t have to use my cane or scissors either,
Hello Nam, You re mentioning friends, , me ,not being in the best of health has sure shown me what a real friend is. I have lots of friends telling me , you should do this ,you should do that, and they know more about my illness than I do. (their advice is beyond care and concern, ) Then there are the people who avoid me, thinking I ll be asking for help or assistance, little do they know I m usually the one offering to help others. And there are those supposed friends, who ,in a crowd offer their help ,to me , and when it comes to do something, those people are no where to be seen. I ve learnt these people I could do without , and theres no shortage of them. My life at times might be, at times, abit on the quiet side, but at least its not full of nonsense.
Back Again, Nam , I try not to think of some of the things I did back then. that would be absolutely terrifying. I shake my head in wonder at times, wondering how I m still alive.
Hello Nam, I think I scare myself more than anything . Once I start making mistakes, or doing something stupid, I tend to do it big time, or in bunches,
Hello Ed, Good to see you back, As for that job you ve mentioned, I ve always thought ,any job that there is a high turn over in staff, the bosses must figure,it doesn t matter how employees are treated, because they can just hire new staff anytime. (just my thoughts) Once again, Nice to see you back BUD.
Back Again, Nam , as for those Greedy, know it all people , one thing they don t realize is that when its their turn to crawl into the grave, they won t be remembered for what they own, or how much money they have. They ll be remembered for how they treated people, friends, and family. I ve noticed kind , generous people are the ones who are long remembered after their passing. They made a positive influence on others,
Hello Nam, I ve noticed greedy people are so into controlling , and managing their money and possessions , that they have to try and control and manage other people s money. What ever happened to Live, and let Live,
Hello Nam, I love the obesity one, will definitely be using that one. One of my favorites is> you ve heard of the saying LOVE IS BLIND, well in a lot of cases it is stupid as well,
Nam, referring to standing in line, I enjoy going shopping when the stores first open, set up docters appointments first thing in the morning..... not as busy, people in good moods...... I ve always figures the morning hrs are the nicest time of day, I don t go out much, but figure I d better get out, or I ll turn into a miserable old man,
, Well Nam ,one time the cops did haul me off to jail, Apparently there was a robbery, and I was wearing a jacket, and a ball cap (similar ) to what the robber wore, and the cops thought I was the robber. The robber was caught, and I was released. Thought it was comical. The cops were just doing their job. No harm done,
Hello Nam, I don t like standing in line not fussy about standing ,due to health issues, so I try and get to places just before lineups start forming, Whats old saying THE EARLY BIRD GETS THE WORM, well in this case its THE EARLY BIRD DOESN T HAVE TO STAND IN LINE,
RE: Me so proud today
