RE: Can love exist without respect.

Hello CestMero, wave I can t see how love can exist without respect, confused Isn t being considate, respectful, thoughtful and caring....... a part of love. I ve always thought love is more than just a physical attraction. I do know having no respect for others can sure chase away more people than it will attract.

Hello, wave I am continually contacted by women who live thousands of miles away, doh who are looking for their true love. And they are all very attractive ladies, makes me wonder ,why can t they find someone in their own neighborhood, confused One woman claims to be 30yrs old, and all her kids are over 18,rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing . Another lady claims to be a non drinker, but her pic shows her holding a beer, maybe she was holding it for someone else, nice lady, rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing I might be crazy, not stupid,

RE: Leave it to a Beaver...

Hello LadyImp, wave That story of the beaver crossing the bridge really sums up life in a small town. More down home, and back to nature. Maybe the best news of living in a small town, is having no big city news. Whats that old story, less is more,
I did find the story sad, crying that the beaver never made it , but am hoping something will have been learnt from the situation, incase there is a next time of wildlife crossing the bridge.

RE: What Possesses Some People?

Hello LadyImp, wave As for you re earlier comment about being in a relationship with a person ,earlier mentioned. I doubt if I could be in a friendship with that type person.
I figure I m honest, and respectful with people and expect the same in return. I ve seen enough mind games in my life, and could do without.

RE: The appreciation of things

Hello Palmfrond, wave Absence does make the heart grow fond. I agree with you Camp coffee is the best, yay Have you ever noticed, when you do without a few things, essentials, and get those essentials back, how much more you appreciate them, along with a lot of little things, you never give much thought to before.
I know I was working out in the bush a lot, when I got back home, a simple sandwich to me was priceless, yay

RE: Why Is 'Not Looking' Considered Hopeless?

Hello LadyImp wave I don t know why anyone would consider Not Looking hopeless, confused I tend to think not looking as content, intelligent, and happy where they are in life. As for myself, on my own can step into a friendship, relationship tomorrow, but know they would be bad situations, so why would I want to stop being considered not looking.
I do know when some people are happy, and content at where they are in life , it bothers some people (jealous) and if its that way let it be so, yay

RE: Mastering the Perfect Partnership

Back again, wave As to what I was saying earlier, maybe it could have been said better> as to better to embrace difference, instead of being scared of it. (hope I made sense. I , nowadays find, I enjoy chatting, and learning from people, who work in professions I m not familiar with. Its conversation, education, and getting to know people. And it works well with friendships, and relationships.

RE: Mastering the Perfect Partnership

Hello LadyImp,wave We meet up again, wow I ve always have thought communication is the most important part of a relationship. And a part of communications is listening. I figure everyone has their own set of skills and abilities, and if a person realises it, and learn from those, from their partner, it strengthens a relationship. A matter of give and take and respecting the fact, that your partner has done, and experienced things you haven t , and these abilities are a plus to a friendship.

RE: Environmental Misinformation

Hello LadyImp, wave from Saskatchwan. I couldn t agree with you more. When the price of gasoline hits $2 per litre this summer in BC, let the protesters add that to their complaint list, doh Lets see if their protests have any influence over that.
We ve had some protests out west here awhile back, concerning pipelines. And after all the yips, and yaps, the protesters jumped into their trucks and drove off, never to be heard from again. Notice I said the protesters drove off, ???? , I never said they returned to their jobs, because most of them don t work.
I don t think the protesters should be hauled away, I think their carbon emitting vehicles should be towed away, lets make it an environmental friendly protest,
wow
