The problem you have is this....

The DEM and Obama spent so much money in the first 3 years of his administration.....they financially broke the country. The debt limit has been reached. Now FEMA gets hit with the massive bill on the midwest tornados.....it has a small contingency fund....but not enough to cover the billions needed.

So?

DEM fiscal mismanagement is causing the problem here. They had to spend money on the CA Field mice...on the bike path around a lake
in Texas....on duplicate traffick lights in Los Angles. So the money is gone.

There are some local communities that have been hit....that are refusing FEMA trailers. They knew what happened in New Orleans....were FEMA never returned to build the new home....and left people in trailers. They simply don't trust the Obama administration to keep it promise here.

Pretty simple....DEMs made the environment more important than the American people during the economic down turn. Now Americans suffer for their mismanagement and poor choices.

Supreme Leader Khatenie...the head of Rev. Guard....the Head of the Iranian MOIS ....and about 8 others....not including President A strangely enough. When they don't show up to contest the charges.......

This court verdict is nearly written in stone.

BB.....you really do the families of 911 a disservice. Not only do you eschew the legal recourse that is being provided with your meddling. But you further injury them by pointing a finger at fellow Americans.

So I would say this to you. Take your evidence to a attroney and see if he would file on your behalf against a criminal US government. The 8 legal firms of the 911 families v Iran have 36,000 billing hours into this legal brief that was filed. If you have that kind of commitment and belief in what you are saying here.... paying this attroney $1000 of is your civic duty.

The 911 families are suing Iran for $100b....that is b as in Billion.

But please Lord, no more foreign gov't bailout or loans (Brazil and Egypt)...the American taxpayer is tapped out and the debt limit has been reached.

Ireland, Greece, Spain, Portugal.. are going have to make to make or break it on EU funds and with our kind President in a coming Presidential race....many here consider this a very financial risky trip.

When the UN resolution made the Nation of Isreal. It also made a Nation state for the Palestine that were both refugees and might be displaced.

They never exercised the right to make that national state.

Now.....with the President of the United States....saying return to the 1967 borders.....they go off to the UN again for another
resolution to build a nation state.

My question is. How many do they want? This can go on endlessly.
Everytime a small city on the West Banks want more status. It rushes off to the UN to have a nation state resolution done.....and to take a another hunk of Israeli land.

We all know that small city nation-states were common in both Europe and Middle East.

The UN would be smart to hold them to the first resolution terms of building a Palestine nation state. jmo

These fracking well are 1000s of feet deep. They pump the chemcial down 1000s of feet.

By the time it inner acts with near surface ground water(well water)....both the ground water and chemicals have gone thru the natural leech field process of 1000s of feet before reaching any drinking well. They travel miles to reach any city or large population...all in the leech field process.

The leech field process cleans the water. Yes?

No one is going to falling over from drinking a water from near a fracked well. If you live near a fracked well.....occassionally get your water tested....the drilling firm will pay for that.

Gov't license the fields they drill. They are not going to license a field with Eiffel tower as the drill rig. The gov't approves were they locate the drill rig. It is not going to

Look the areas that they are drilling these wells in don't have a dense population of people. So give them a break. They gave a full disclosure on the chemicals being used in the Fracking. The gov't is OK with it. They do test on the nearby ground water on a regular basis.

They got some trees.....and some birds that fly over ahead....a small river maybe miles away....and some deer that grase the drill area. They are so remote, that the three detaineed hikers in Iran.....don't know how to get to them. And they were trained CIA agents according the Iranians.

BB..in the energy mix for the US.....and I suggest Canada to our north...Hydro carbon energy is still big in the mix. In fact larger that the alternatives by far.

Why?

The physical size of the countries. If I live Holland (s small country), I can drive Volt and get around the country easily on a charge. But I live in a big country.......yes, and it is a different deal. How many charges of the Volt battrey packs do you say I need to make a cross country trip? More than number of stops stations to pump in gas.

Try flying the 10000 air carrier that daily fly in the United States on bio fuels. Boeing has a bio fuel program supported by Virgin Atlantic.... want to tell me the cost of converting the existing 10000 aircraft to bio fuel? Or if bio fuel will meet the FAA standard for safe flight operations? Were you going to find this bio fuel? We only have so much sugar cane in Florida.

Then you have energy production. Much of the US and Canada use hydro carbon power plants. Generators turned by diesel engines.
We are going trash this infracsture during a shortage of Kw in the grids? Large Solar field have been made....Clinton did a multi billion solar project in south Nevada. Did it help the brown out in South CA? No. Had they made the existing Hoover Dam better in energy production, it would have produced more Kws for the CA grid.

BB what I am saying..is for big countries the use of hydro carbon based fuels make alot more sense than in smaller countries. To keep their transport and power grids going, they need more energy simply because of the size and distances.
I put solar cell out there...unless it is attached to a specific application...it does very little for me. I put a diesel power generator out there.....I power my home in hurricane.

Lastly it not like advances have not been made. Our hydro carbon fuel consumption has fallen by 5% the last couple of years. We peaked a couple of years ago. And it continues to fall. How far is it going to fall? I don't know. But it does not need to fall as far to meet that balance of energy sources...with a large shale oil energy production ongoing in the country. We are lot closer today, in 2011 to having this done that 10 years ago. When 911 hit.

If we become a hydro carbon exporter.....how does that hurt the world's economy? It sure helps the US economy. Having the US economy strong is pretty important to the world, you have to agree. I am aware solar cell today are becoming more efficent and producing more energy. Windmills spin faster on less wind.
Theses are all are advances in energy industry as well. Trees get taken down because of windmill farms. A lizard crawling on a hot solar cell gets a hot foot and quick death. I don't complain to either. The lizard was in the wrong place at the wrong time. The trees had to come down for a energy project. Man overcame.

Look I admit I did not watch gas land. And I only needed to watch it till a guy with banjo in a respirator standing in front of two well shown, to know were it was going.

The point is. Tree hungers would grasp on to ever tree in the country....like the Indians that carved them into totem poles ....to protect them long ago.

Any and every innovation in energy the that industry comes up with is distained by tree hungers. It is too dangerous for the yellow breasted harper and the silver mouth catfish. More dangerous than that....is the US reliance on middle eastern crude! That is dangerous to the every American walking! That is killing our economy and way of life. And keeping us involved in foreign military operations like Libya.

Just as you balance the effects of a industry on the environment. You also have to balance the foreign economic threats and military dangerous to the country. We are far stronger as a country with a strong energy industry than a weak one.

But to say.....you cannot drill without a fish kill or a tree cut down is wrong. Vertical drilling methods, let a driller to place his rig in treeless area or away from water sources.
Fracking a well.....1000s of feet down has a little effect on the ground water quality of drinking wells that only several hundred feet deep.

Fine have the debate. Make it a fair and factual one. But you asked for a choice were I stood.....I gave it with explanations.

The increase production from a well that has been fracked or fractured...increases it production so much normally....that
you need fewer wells to meet the crude production requires of a country.

Meaning...more trees can live.

Specially when you consider in most of the western oil shale areas of the the US....and most of Canada...they are barren and treeless lands. You don't find many trees in Wyoming, Eastern Colorado , New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma flat lands. The area of shale production is in the US.

Tree are in the moutainious area. Not in the flat lands. Do they drill in the mountains, yes? But very little. It is preferred to drill in the flat tree less land.
