RE: The Path to Quantum Singularity

Thanks for being gentle on me Stress as I gave pause to thinking about zero point gravity. Often I have wondered about early man and moving of large rocks. Even Easter Island sculptures amazed me and how so many of them got moved to their respective spots on the island.
Certainly levels and pulley systems might have been implemented to some degree but with no traces of early mans pulley systems found, this video gave me pause to think of this as a real possibility that early man in some civilizations had harnessed this power at some point in time. That is...providing the video is not a fake.
Quantum physics and some of the other stuff you guys speak of are way above my level of knowledge. I do not understand much of it. Hence, you will never find me writing in conspiracy theories. If it ever appears that I am, please let me know cuz I would not be aware that someone has written my idea before.grin

RE: The Path to Quantum Singularity

Hi Stress,

I am not aware of any conspiracy theory. I made my comments in relation to seeing the video for the first time on zero point energy. It was very interesting to me as I was not aware of that ever occurring and had never seen such a thing. After viewing it, it just gave me pause to think for a moment of why man has not utilized that for the health of the planet in general and how perhaps some of early man may have been aware of it. If the video is not a fake, then it undisputedly shows how physical matter can be moved without conventional fossil fuel.

Either most people do not know how to harness it or have even heard of it before(myself included)or for financial gains, don't wish to use it. If it is indeed possible to harness the zero point gravity, the implications for a cleaner healthier planet are immense and maybe even the survival of life.

Please don't beat me up for my thoughts Stress. I am innocentgrin

Now Robert, you truly crack me up laughing. I just couldn't resist throwing my comments in there. Based on your many comments on forums, I was sure you meant prostate gland, not pineal gland.tongue rolling on the floor laughing

RE: The Path to Quantum Singularity

Fossil Fuels are way past their due date. Trouble is the powers that be don't want to let it go, because it's their life of riley.

There are many ways to harness and use zero point energy. Paganism and Druids (ancient atlantians) have used it for centuries.

You have a very valid point there. Perhaps these ancient people figured out the secret and thus were able to move large rocks to build pyramids in Egypt and South America as well as Stone Henge. Economically, it would not do man well if he were to harness the power of the mind to tackle building projects and movement. Many more jobs of today would be lost. But it certainly has it's merits when it comes to cleaning up and preventing pollution and changing somewhat the greenhouse effect possibly.

I sure wish I knew how to levitate or even make myself dissappear and reappear elsewhere like in the Star Trek series. It has it's advantages for sure. As long as my body molecules can come back together in their whole form all at once, then I will be OK. Otherwise, I will be in a million pieces in oblivion and in some other dimension. Goodness, who knows what or whom I would meet then. Yikes!! troll boxing transport

RE: The Path to Quantum Singularity

Perhaps you meant prostate gland Robert when you made a pact with the devil?rolling on the floor laughing C'mon, fess up!!

RE: The Path to Quantum Singularity

Wow, zero point energy is really amazing. Now I can see how people can really levitate themselves. Somehow, they have been able to change the energy within themselves using their mind to control it much as the energy was shown different in the rock using the meter as proof. And to see how harnessing the energy moves things. Ooooh, that's really quite a feat there.

The implications for harnessing clean power are incredible. Certainly would cut down on the ozone depletion, greenhouse gases and pollution if what Hutchison has shown goes full course in the future.

Gosh, the oil would become obsolete for fueling vehicles even. OPEC would go belly up and out of business.rolling on the floor laughing

RE: it amazes me how many people on here that do no believe in God

Are you for REAL man? C'mon, give us a break already!! If you have seriously noticed that people who do not believe in God respond to a discussion about God with anger and hate, it is because they have been bashed for their non-belief rather than respected for their views. It is not in hate that they respond but truly in anger for the religious zealots damning damning those who doesn't believe in their religious views.

I believe in God but don't believe in Jesus so that should not equate to not knowing what real love and nurturing is about. I have much peace and nurturing in my life. Perhaps you might find that some of these religious zealots may not have such a peaceful love and nurturing home life going on but use religion as a front only. It is best not to judge people in general, especially those who do not aspire to believing in God. Respect others personal belief systems too as they may have more peace, love and nurturing in their lives than you may possibly ever imagine. peace

RE: Does Isreal truly want peace.

Trish,

Last year I was a newbie to the forums and definitely the Gaza and Palestinium forums got to me. It got none of us anywhere except in heated arguments and many CS posters using dubious radical websites to validate their points. There are some of the same CSers posting now again and will continue to post long diatribes and copy from the same radical websites. The OP has posted before on this issue so thre will be nothing new to add to the issue from him even. Just a topic to see how many people he can get to respond to it.

So I see no reason to waste my time posting anything as a rebuttal. The OP will sit at his computer gloating and laughing at the fighting going on. Too many people will be hurt and he won't give a darn. So nah, I have no desire to support the OP's catty way of starting a war on CS again.

I saw the same thing occur on the God and bible thumping forums. Jew haters on this forum who bash will not want informed opinion but rather comeraderie from their cohorts on here. And there is no shortage of comeraderie to be found.

The more I have read on various topics that you have posted, the more I have gained an immense respect for your insight and views, even if they do not always agree with mine. You have tried not to be insulting and yet people have insulted you. As a newbie, I believe I may have insulted you also thinking you were doing likewise to me, especially in political threads. You can be assured Trish that you have my ultimate respect. cheers

RE: Does Isreal truly want peace.

Good morning Trish,

Hope you are nice and warm and toasty over there. Lots of snow here and much more and cold on the way.wave

As for these type forums, they are repititious under a different title everytime. They are hate mongering forums. It becomes a Jew bashing forum. They become as repititious and anger provoking as the God and Bible forums that become offensive to atheists. People start bashing atheists because they don't believe in God and the OP would insist that as a God believer.... their way is the only way.

Personally, I also find it offensive that people insist that their religious viewpoint is the only right way. You will see that with hate mongers. Don't be surprised if you find that some of the CSers who post to this forum will deliberately write things from radical websites that are not even credible to insist their way is right. And it becomes more hate mongering and bickering and most likely will get the forum locked. But by the end of this forum, Israel like any country will still be there and the government will do as they want. And the forum members will have fought a battle.

So I'm going to politely exit out and not get involved and waste my time with this forum. It's just the SAME OLD, SAME OLD STUFF with a different name.frustrated

RE: Does Isreal truly want peace.

Well, Scrooge, all you gotta do is convince your tribe to stop massacring innocents, abandon all the occupied territories, (including Jerusalem) and pay reparitions for all the damages they have done over the decades, and maybe people will stop posting the same old forum about the same old atrocities.

SNOWING! SNOWING! SNOWING!snowed in Been snowing everyday and almost constantly since at least New Years Eve. We probably have at least 3 foot or more sticking to the ground already and no let up yet. It's intermittently flurries and then the heavy stuff.

Well, I love you Canadians but I'll just have to blame ya again for all this Lake Effect snow we get. RE: Does anybody believe in superstition?

I don't walk under a ladder and I do remember to throw rice at the couple after the ceremony. Wouldn't want them to have any bad luck.

RE: it amazes me how many people on here that do no believe in God

Hi Mjames wave
I didn't know that an atheist MUST go to a church to get married. Perhaps in some countries that may be the case possibly. A local Justice of The Peace magistrate will do just fine here in the U.S. Unless.... one of the spouses is not atheist and insists the atheist go to the church to get married and the atheist agrees to it. Perhaps this may be an example of an atheist having a church ceremony with their religious partner. But it is not because the atheist believes in an organized religion. I'm not even sure if a religious leader would marry a couple in that situation in a church but may in some cases possibly.

I also don't think atheists celebrate Christmas but rather might politely respect their partners holiday and maybe go to the church as a non-participant to accompany their partner. This is common in many churches and even synagogues with interfaith couples as well as couples with an atheist partner I believe. One may also just be a friend and accompany their friend to church at times.

It is true respect in my opinion and does not constitute anyone being forced to participate in any form of religious worship contrary to their personal beliefs.

On the flip side, it is true respect to honor the feelings of an atheist and respect their non religious views and not impose with overpowering zeal anyone's religious views on them. I do not like anyone's religious views forced on me and telling me how wrong my religion is.

Religion or non religion is a person's personal belief system and should be respected as such.

I find it rather insulting to have the OP insisting that her view of her religion is correct. It shows a complete lack of respect for anyone else's belief system. Some people are religious fanatics I guess. Guess the rest of us who don't share her zeal are doomeddoh stuck hole rolling on the floor laughing

RE: Where The Search Ends

We don't dare want to hurt our poo or even animal poo. Just think of recyling our poo. I believe that there was something in the news recently about trying to harness some type of gas from it. Also, animal poo is great fertilizer. In some 3rd World countries, poo is even burned for fuel for cooking.

The Amish sure know what to do with their poo. Smart people they are for sure.

RE: Atlantis - By Any Other Name

Bodi,

Again you have made some very good points here that I didn't realize. In knowing that mutations can cause disease, it is not impossible that we were originally placed in this world from somewhere else and evolved on this world to where we are today as you have stated.

If what you say is possibly true, then it would make sense that mutations that cause disease for us may have been a protective measure or some sort of masterpiece(as you stated) to have on another planet.

Given man's limited knowledge in science, the origins of man and species plus the fact that we are still discovering distant galaxies and also that we've been visited by extraterrestial beings leads me to wonder if you may be correct about man's origins.

Now you've really given me something else to think about how man evolved and from where. Perhaps that apple that Eve ate in the Garden of Eden was the start of genetic mutations. Afterall, supposedly God said that they will not live forever and that they would die. And this was one of their punishments for disobeying God. Now if a person has deadly mutations that go activeand cause a deadly disease, then you know God meant business.

For anyone who doesn't believe in God, please do not beat me up over my thinking on the subject. I believe in God but also do believe in many parts of evolution. I respect everyone's beliefs, be they with or without God involved. I have found the most interesting topics on this forum regarding people's personal beliefs. Quite an eye opener for me. Quantum physics is way above my level so I find it rather interesting to try to decipher what someone is saying and put it in layman's terms.

RE: do u tink people should be excutied for smuggleing drugs?

Different countries have their own justice system. If a foreigner comes to our country and breaks the law, then he has to face our justice system.

Our system says that a person is innocent until proven guilty. However in other countries, it may be the other way around. I'm not sure how China works though.

Perhaps with this in mind, some of the CSers here arguing the point of whether a country should execute someone for a drug smuggling crime should look at how their justice system works first.

I believe that if this man who was executed was a "mule" and DID NOT know what he was carrying, then by no means should he be executed if he can prove differently. However, those who set him up wherever they can be found in the world are the ones who should be executed IMHO. But if he went to China knowing what he was carrying and that he was there to sell it and make a profit...then he is subject to the law of the land of the country he is in. There's right and wrong in the way a person conducts their life and dealing with heroin by bringing it in to a foreign country is a "no-no". I don't buy the mental instability issue when it comes to knowingly transporting drugs. Hadn't the man hoped to profit from the drug sales? If someone who purchased it from him overdosed, what would he say? Perhaps something like, "Uh, too bad, sorry for ya man."

If China has a zero tolerance for these drugs, so be it. That is their system of deterrance to others. Too many lives have been lost to drug dealers all around the world. Parents who have lost children to drugs may very possibly agree with China's laws on drug dealers.

RE: Atlantis - By Any Other Name

Again, thank you Bodi for your explanations. I find them rather interesting when you explain mutations that are in us for some reason and how things can trip those triggers to cause havoc, destruction and dis-ease of our balanced bodies.

However, I still don't know the WHY part of certain mutations and perhaps it's maybe because man hasn't come far enough in the science of genetics to fully understand WHY some of these mutations I wrote about occurred and what they might have been there to protect us from.

Now I am stating this with the understanding that mutations have occurred throughout the millenia in living things to ensure survival as further research on Darwin's Survival of the Fittest, thus giving a further explanation for the biodiversity of life and it's usefulness to help us adapt to our environment.
Geneticists and anthropologists evidently do not have all the WHYs as to the original purpose of genetic mutations in humans to date at this time. I would think that skin color and eye shape mutations occurred to protect us from sun depending on where man migrated from the Cradle of Civilization in Africa.

From what I have learned from a genetics researcher with diseases, one of the future goals is to change a mutation to no longer be a mutation. It is thought that may be one way to eradicate a potential disease or illness and not pass it on to future generations. I've read about some gene splicing going on now and how they remove certain defective genes from embryos to stop a potential deadly disease from occuring in a person's lifetime. This is cutting edge stuff and controversial. But in the case with deadly diseases that have come down through family lines, this has been done. Especially with diseases that have repeatedly occurred with young children and are deadly.

Perhaps man plays God at some points in controlling life. Or as you say, there is a bit of God in all of us. We should all strive for the right balance.

RE: Atlantis - By Any Other Name

Very interesting what you have stated above Bohdiprana. However, I don't think that science is an illusion of life. Science can explain life and disease to a point but only in terms of what is available to man at this point in our knowledge as you have accurately stated.
Now as far as disease and illness as conscious replications, there may be some merit to what you say there. We all have oncogenes which somehow when triggered by something, will mutate into cancer. But there are also counteractive genes or perhaps some mechanisms in our body that counteract the oncogenes from becoming cancer. There is a war going on in our body all the time with the oncogenes. Things that flip the switch to activate the oncogene to do it's destruction are things like stress, environmental triggers, immune system changes, dietary issues. When these triggering mechanisms are stronger than the counterbalance that stops the trigger from turning on, cancer is what occurs. I believe other illnesses may also have triggering mechanisms also.
Interesting how it showed that Darwin's Survival of the Fittest had alot to do with mutations that occurred as a protective mechanism. However, it led me to wonder what caused humans to have genetic mutations as a protection to what during the evolutionary path. Why is it there in certain populations? What benefit is inheriting a gene for Thalesemia or even Sickle Cell anemia? Example: What benefit is a BRCA1 or BRCA2 in humans that is inherited? It is destructive when the switch is turned on that activiates this gene as well as the other genes listed above.
BTW, cancer was well known even back in the Middle Ages. I was reading an article on the history of masectomies. It wasn't called cancer back then but something else.
The show didn't address the DNA made life out of nothing. But I will read up on quantum singularity as I have not heard of this before.
Much appreciate your input and explanations.

I do believe that there is a lost continent or even city of Atlantis. Afterall, continents did shift and break apart and earthquakes and underwater volcanoes do exist. Perhaps global warming, continental shifts and earthquakes caused a continent to sink. When I read about the Bimini Road, I could not help but wonder if this was an ancient civilization that may have been part of Atlantis. Just saw on Nova also that several islands in the Pacific that were around at the turn of the century have completely vanished off the maps. Guess islands can sink and take civilizations with them.
