Within the next 72 hours...96 at the most...the United State Supreme Court will pass its decision on the constitutionality of the Health Care Act of 2009 (commonly called Obamacare).
Three possible outcomes can come from the decision.
1) The entire piece of legislation is stricken
2) Parts of the legislation are stricken
3) The legislation stands as written, passed and signed
Majority Leader Boehner has asked the REP in the house not 'to gloat' if either of the first two decisions is made. He asked that they fully read the decision completely and to prepare remarks accordingly.
The feeling around the country is that it is split 4 to 4 with a Judge Kennedy being the deciding justice. Here I have to commend both parties and the country as a whole. No pressure has been placed on the Supreme Court to rule one way or the other. At least no pressure that was public.
Behind the closed doors and in chambers talks of the 9, this has to be a hotly debated case. I see a future Hollywood movie coming from it. This one could be as good as 9 Angry Men.
Win or lose on this issue or your preferred side of the issue.....the country will survive. The flag flies tomorrow. And the legal process was played out. That is the way it should be. 312m Americans living under the rule of law......what a great demonstration of democracy to the world.

I think that the links to Obama administration being tied into far left's anti Americanism are starting to be driven home.
The most recent order to keep Fast and Furious documents from Congressional investigation is a tip. That there is so much more behind the Obama administration than meets the eye or will ever meet the eye.
What is further strange is that Assange....of Wikileaks...is taking refuse in the Ecudorian embassy at the same time this Congressional hearing is charging AG Holder with contempt of Congress. Thus keeping him from any prosecution in the US for releasing classified materials. This entire far left administration is starting to unravel.
What is even further strange.....is that we know that Fast and Furious documents go back to early in Obama's term in office and number just under 200,000 documents. So how was the Obama administration able to keep Assange and Wikileak from getting Fast and Furious documents?
Because Assange never released any documents on Fast and Furious. Though he had Private Manning and a number of other sources into the classified computers systems of the Federal government. And if he had Fast and Furious documents.....releasing them would cause vast damage to the Mexican/US relationship....cause harm in the combined countries drug wars...and bring about a investigations into the Obama administration. I watch both Obama's 20 minute Q and A....he answered 4 question....none were on Iran. I also saw the Putin and Obama joint press conference....neither said a words about Iran or had a question on it.
