This is why this is such a poor American administration. President Obama attempted to use a legal authority he did not have to force a heated debate issue on religious organization of the country. The ACA has a state option, so State's can opt out of the program. Jindal is not enacting Obamacare. So should Florida and the other states that don't want massive budget deficits in the future.

President Obama has said that middle class taxes will be declining under his administration. Not now. With the ACA being ruled a tax, American middle will be paying 1000s more in 2016 FED taxes.
I was at lunch yesterday when the ruling came. I was being sat be mid 60 ages woman. She began to smile as the ruling was read. She saw it as a means to low cost health insurance to be part of the group that is government covered. Later the restraunt manager sat with me. As we talked about the ruling....he said it would coast him and his wife $9000 dollar a year to get coverage for their family of 5.
Now were do you think that he going to get that $9000?
He employs about 50 at this restraunt. If he cuts his staff by only one person.....he can make the $9000 and even more. Assuming the 49 pick up the extra work for the one.
For small business now with ACA being ruled a tax, this is going to be a major reason not to hire. Unemployment will only increase from here to the November 2012 election, is my opinion.

Boehner has promised that any section not stricken by the Supreme Court,his Congress will legislate a repeal.
Romney has said his first day in the White House, he line item veto the entire bill.
So think that this was not a hotly debated issue in America?

Nothing has so taken the lives of Americans in debate in this country for the last 3 years other than Obamacare. Not the war in Afghanistan. Not the failing economy. Not the leaks and corruptions coming from the Obama administration.
The amount of media air time spent on Obamacare and media inches of print....is uncountable. People would talk about it at lunch counters, gas stations, homes and work.
It went to the heart of what this country is about. Is it a country of government mandates or is it a country of individual choices. On the side of government mandate is most of the liberal thinkers in the world. Make a big government to solve the problems of the people.
On the side of the freedom of choice, is the Constitutionalist and liberitarian of the world. People have a right to choose and to make even make bad choices. It is a live and learn world.
I fall in the later group. A strong believer that you live and learn. That your freedom to decide what is right for you and yours, out weights the knowledge and power of a government with experts.
What ever the Supreme Court ruling is. This issue will return in the future. DEMs will continue to make it a cause de celbrey. REP will stand opposed. Caught in the middle are 312m Americans and the countries health care system. If stricken President Obama will address it again 200 times in his re-election campaign. Coming from the desk of Newt Grinrich is this. That the DEM wrote it without a "severability clause".
As Grinirch, someone with a lot of legislative experience points out... in large bills....of many pages....it is wise to place a severability clause into it. This allows one section of the bill to be made unconstitutional, while keeping others.
But seems that the DEM did not include such a clause in Obama care.
Meaning the court's hands are tied. It either declares the entire bill unconstitutional or keeps the entire bill. Now I ask you....how can all 1300 pages be Constitutional?
Common on. The Constitution is only five sections long and 27 admendments. There is no specific section of the Constitution direct on point to the Health of the nation's populace. How can all 1300 pages of ACA being with in the constraints of the Constitution?
The interesting thing is....when they wrote the Constitution, they included a exception clause. Which is pretty close to a severability clause.
So clearly the legal eagles of the DEM knew of severability and exceptions clauses. They have done 100s of piece of legislation is past. So why not in Obamacare?
