So true, Mother Earth. For me it is the freedom of expression. The freedom from repression. It is to fully express how you feel no matter others may say. It is the opening of a flower. It is the flight of the eagle. It is the beauty of the rose. It is telling the world I am a alive. It is the fun of being told my fellow nurses that I am just one of the girls, lol. They wanted to get me a wig, lol.
That is just so awesome, Laurie. I am so happy for Allen and you. I just love yard sales. Just don't get too much junk I do at them, lol. I got all this great junk and need to have a yard sale, lol. I thought it was a good buy at the time and now I am stuck with it, lol. You know you are addicted to yard sales when you start buying your own stuff back or when you start making sheds or shelves to put your stuff that you never use and have no idea what to do with, lol. Does anyone have one of those closets or garages that you keep packing full, lol. One of those garages that has so much junk in it that you have no room for your car? Are there people like me here who walled in there garage and now the car has to stay outside in the weather, lol?
Having to pay for a fbi and police check on myself because of state regulations for my new job. I did this job 29 years ago as an orderly but now have to be certified and go to school for what I was doing without the certification. When cars came out no one had to have a driver's license. Now there are certifications and licenses for almost everything. The state has this new certification so you can feed someone else. There is nothing like over regulation. I am sure it helps the state to make money. Money has to come from some where I guess.
