My strong suspicion is that Mr Trump went alone into the swamp ... where Crocodiles of the MIC have gotten hold of him and he's has been forced to trade 'compliance' for his life and the life of his family...

The deal was done ... accept that that IS INDEED AN ACTUAL FACT .

It really doesn't matter whether you like the deal or you dislike it ... it was a completed and absolutely legal action.

But, typical of the US (not just and not particularly Trump) that a 'done deal' is being argued and challenged afterwards and / or regularly reneged upon.

People seem to become complacent when politicians tell them how great everything is ... so I guess for the UK it was soon after I was born ... PM Harold MacMillan (Later Lord Stockton) telling the nation 'You've never had it so good ...'

Within 50 years PM of the day Tony B Liar had sold us out 100% telling Bush that 'Britain would follow wherever the US led ...'

As a baby, Chesney bounced down 12 flights of stairs in his council flats home when the wooden wheels came off his handed down Victorian baby carriage ... purely humorous supposition on my part, but plainly 'something happened'

But hey, he's just one of many here who have loud and oft repeated negative and destructive opinions on topics and places of which they have no ACTUAL experience or knowledge at all ... their's are just reperated opinions that have been handed down more times than Chesney's old pram !

Oh, nothing out of the ordinary if you listen to the whole of the speech ... about 80% of that was looking at the state of the nation in Russia, offering a fairly decent critique on what the govt have achieved ( inc mentioning setbacks in terms of there having been a rise in poverty ... but still 20 million IS better than 40 million ) Investment in infrastructure, advances in technology, manufacturing, inward investment and he gave the Russian people themselves for having 'done the work' ...

But after all of that he really pi55ed off the Americans by drawing attention to some true facts... notably that (2002) the USA under GW Bush had unilaterally withdrawn from the arms limitation treaty and that in doing so they had begun a new arms race. He mentioned his own speech in 2004 where he had admitted that Russia could not afford to spend ten times as much to keep up with the USA defence budget but rather they would be working on 'non conventional' defence systems. He pointed to the proliferation of US directed NATO weapons systems that now ring around Russia as evidence that Russia's voice (for peace and negotiations) had not been listened to ...

THEN he really set the cat among the pigeons by announcing several 'new generation weapon systems' and showed a couple of very basic animations which 'The Hystericals of The USA' claim somehow showed the intended annihilation of the USA ...

In true Abraham Lincoln tradition ... he spoke quietly while informing them about his big Russian stick !!!

So, you're of the American Opinion that 'Democracy is the greatest thing and that people must be free to vote for their own leaders ... just so long as they do what the US Govt tells them to do?'

You're unawares then that it was the US who started all the trouble in Syria (as they do wherever they go) by stirring up a hostile domestic situation and then funding mercenaries and promising them power if they would bring down the LEGITIMATE Govt ?

have a look at the history of Syria ... even just go back as the end of WW2 ... the agreement was that Russia, Britain and USA would withdraw.

Russia did withdraw, and the USA and Britain reneged upon the agreement and remained to seize oil assets !

You hit the nail on the head 'Every life form strives to adpat in order to ensure it's own survival ...' and in that respect the 'simpler form of life' are better placed to make rapid changes whereas the more complex forms of life ( aka US Humans) take far longer because we have to ensure that 'the changes' are compatible across a wider range of organs, tissues bones and bio-systems'

It's also aprt of the reason why no cure can be found for the virus that creates the common cold ... lol, it;'s not so common ... it's constantly evolving for it's own best survival

If you arrive after all the bread is 'gone' how can you be sure there was any delivered ?

There was a bloke from Greggs being widely priased for giving his truck load of deliveries away to (supposedly) starving motorists who'd been parked up 20 minutes waiting for a snowplough!
