As Duterte has said ... there ought be one rule of law for the whole world not a scenario where if his nation wages a war on drugs it's NOT OK but if the US wage a war on drugs they can do whatever ... including stage raids on other sovereign states, kidnap their leaders and try them in a US COurt!
