That sounds good ... I recall in Coventry the Chrysler Traing school canteen did celery wrapped in ham wrapped in red cabbage and cooked in cheddar cheese sauce in the oven and then grilled !

Original post is well intentioned but maybe a bit 'overfluffy'

The quotes there are strong and powerful ... and the 'opposite' views expressed here are just as relevant, strong and powerful ... are they not ?

We live in a world ( well at least a western type society) which is in decline and where solid, reasoned action is desperately called for many ( especially on the left and far left ) are promoting impossible solutions ...

The notion that prevails of " forever handouts " instead of "effective one time handups" is not sustaibale, nor does it much improve the quality of life for people.

Frankl mentioned the power contained in choice ... were he writing TODAY he might also say something about 'the weight of gravity' and perhaps the repetition of behaviour until it became the 'The Default Choice' ... in reality that person has become conditioned to do 'that'

If a circuit breaker trips you go out reset it ... if it trips again you look for 'The Cause or Fault' and repair that ... yes?

Hugs ... fabulous among family and friends, but appreciate that there's a level of intimacy there and not everyone is 'socially promiscuous'

Never give up on good intent ... and maybe expect that different people will always have different views ... there's always more than one way to skin a cat!
