Try mixing olive oil with mustard ... it has a warming effect on the skin and is a good place to begin for cold shoulders !

I guess ( and I'll get shot down when the International Coven Crew see this ) that the 'obvious thing' is to look at your own style of posting and see if it is similar to the those you'd like to speak too ... maybe it's possible to adapt styles with 'affecting how you are' ( It's an absolute right to be yourself )

I can think of a handful people here who are 100% true to themselves and I can treble that number if I think of the toady suck ups !

An 'open mind' in this context is the willingness to seek / hear / see information from a variety of sources without prejudice ...

In recent years this has become referred to as 'triangulation of information' and it's done by few people ... they have a Fav News Source and they simply take the OPINION of the FNS as gospel ?

But with syndication of news and the number of so called 'opinion articles' we often see people writing 'opinion pieces' that are actually only 'opinions on the opinions of others' ootooos and these ootooos are themselves ootooos on other other unknown person's ootooos ... which are ... and it can be so long a chain that little is written by anyone who actually has any real knowledge ..

For example ... imagine believing some of the crack pots on here and forming / voicing YOUR ootooo on THEIR ootoo which is 20 times oottooo (0r more removed from actuality )

Thing is, most of them who subscribe to God / MITS ... are largely unhappy and expect to 'made happy' after they die? Or to be 'made happy by some other person coming along into their lives for that purpose...

Makes no sense ... if they unhappy for decades here ... well, how will they even 'know how' to be happy ... and when someone comes into their life that person is (more often than not) going to be overwhelmed by the weight of the unhappiness multiplied by their ludicrous level of expectation !

But, rather than accept responsibility ... they prefer to call it 'unlucky in love'

I sure hope you do well but a quick look at current wholesale prices shows prices well below your expectation ... and those prices are the 'wholesale MARKET prices' ... the prices achieved by growers are always somewhat below that and often well below as crops are often sold on the futures markets ...

Getting hard to find a decent return on cash here innit ... but there's a lot of good opps in real estate ... especially in the rental sector ...

A number of landlords are fearing what the new Govt may do and many are running scared and looking to sell... there's some nice units in the city with 5 year rent g-tee leased to to HNZ ... the management cost is higher but offset that against 'no weeks without rent' and the bank likes that 'security of knowing the rent will always come in ...'
