The first thing to ask is 'How / why are you qualified to judge ?'
The second would be to point out 'That what we see as negative in others is usually a reflection of our own negative characteristic / traits'
And finally of course ... one of the big things about narcissism is their feeling that they can do no wrong ... so if you were expecting someone to recognise a negative trait in themselves and do some sort of breast beating apology ... which takes us back to one above !
