What relevance or significance does the crucifixion of Christ have to mankind? I’ve always been puzzled by this and even asked the question several times on this site. I’ve never heard an answer that makes sense.

I got a leaflet through my door today; it had a website for the “Life Changers Church” printed on it. On the website I found this nicely concise answer to the question”

Christianity is a RELATIONSHIP... That’s why He sent Jesus Christ to the earth, to die on a cross as a substitute for you and me; for our sins; and the sins of this world. Jesus paid the price to create a bridge between God and man. A perfect man, Jesus, took the place of imperfect man—you and me; and He exchanged His innocent life, for our guilty life.

As neat as this answer is I’m afraid that, as far as I am concerned, it answers nothing. It seems a totally arbitrary exercise on the part of God. If mankind was guilty of something, and Jesus was innocent, how on Earth does contriving his gruesome death exonerate mankind? There’s no logic to it; absolutely no rationality.

I am not responsible for anyone's “sins” but my own.

There seems to be a school of thought within Christianity which maintains that what you believe is more important than what you do in this life. As long as you believe in God, and love God above all else, any wrong you may have done, no matter how bad, can be forgiven. Well forgiveness is within the gift of the wronged, and is a matter for them. If you want to depart the World without sin, don’t commit any. But, if you are merely human and can’t manage that, just learn to live with what you’ve done wrong and try not to do it again.

Believe in and love God as much as you like, but don’t go thinking that lets you off the hook when it comes to how you behave towards your fellow man. .. Just consider: if God loves mankind as much as it is said he does, and he is not really the praise demanding narcissist that he is treated as, he may well think that way too.

Yesterday I deleted my blog because someone said something that offended me. Today I think I will hide my profile; possibly reinstating it tomorrow but without a profile pic. Tomorrow I will probably write a blog about another blogger who said something to me in one of my blogs that I didn’t like. I won’t actually mention their name but I will leave enough clues to make it very clear who I am having a tantrum over. After a day or two, if I’m feeling up to it, I might put my picture back on my profile. But then, out of the blue, will come my announcement that I am leaving the site forever, due to my total disillusionment with the human race, particularly its representatives who are members of this site.

But what I will never, ever, ever do, is take this place too seriously.

Now really don't know.

If only for fun , then i think wasteing of time .

The other day I made barbecued pork with potatoes and onions, and it was very nice. Then to my surprise the following day, I broke wind and it was totally rank. Usually its not too bad, but on that occasion it was quite unbelievable really. Its just s shame that nobody else was there to confirm what I suspected. But fortunately there's heaps left so I'm thinking if I check the bus timetable and time things right, I can hook in and make the bus ride more interesting for the other passengers.

Don't we owe our existence to our parents? Instead, many of us are of the mindset of me, me, me. Is it possible that we have become so distracted and convinced it is all about us...when really, it isn't? Look at the union of parents today....or should I say, the dis-union.

Just a thought that popped in my head. ...something to perhaps ponder.

I arise, dress and stroll through the quiet crime free streets to the local coffee bar.

Its only 6:30am and the sky twinkles with stars.

We are regulars there, just nods not words yet, we await the beans to be ground, cups two at a time are passed around, sips and slurps are heard, and then the satisfying sigh of contentment passes through frothy lips.

Adjoin outside, clicks of lighters, scents of tobacco; scent of coffee and the sweet scent of Aniseed liqueur permeate the area. Colorful glow of smartphone screens upon faces, wifi is free.

As the first cup empties the sky changes, brightness from the east and shadows of the palm trees decorate the pavement.

The second cup arrives, more sighs...We talk now, Barcelona, tractors and olive trees, we are animated, the caffeine, nicotine and for those on the Aniseed liqueur the alcoholic awakening starts.

Coffee guy puts up the umbrellas, the suns up, it’s bright and the heat from the Sahara burns away the cool of the night.

Walking home, passing a fountain full of birds the scent of fresh bread, a few rolls straight from the oven in hand, they are hot and their scent makes the mouth water, they will be good drizzled in olive oil and sieved tomato.

Best thing about it...I get to do it again tomorrow and the next day and the next.

Am I a coward and loser for settling here?.......No I’m blessed content (better???)

I find those days when there were no money in my pocket but was sleeping in the eyes! ! !
Today i have money in pocket but not sleep in the eyes! ! !
Money of the whole world can't back those days.

Worn out with the translation i promised to help a friend. Frequent travels and gorgeous flowers sweep me away from loneliness.



But now. I need hugs and kisses. I m not so strong and independent as people think. Sometimes i want to shout out loud "where are you my damn man!" Lol. Moments of desperate...



That won't help i know but how can I suppress the thirst and desire for love and being love? Why is it so difficult?
